Je n’ai jamais l’habitude de mettre des avis négatifs mais je suis obliger de dire la vérité dans ce restaurant l’accueille est horrible 0/10 le personnel manque de respect on demande la viande saignante il nous la fait bien cuite on demande des pommes de terres il nous ramène des frites je demande de la mayonnaise il amène en jetant sur la table je suis partir demande l’addition pour inviter les amis discrètement elle vient à la table et le dit devant mes amis la nourriture était horrible également l’accueille il ne connaisse pas du tout le respect ! J’espère que ce message sera transmis au patron parce que ça fait mal au cœur .

Unfortunately really bad service. Waiting close to ten minutes for a burger, where a happymeal and a Big Mac menu were packed immediately. We told them that the happy meal had become cold during the wait, after which he stuck his hand into it, said he thought it was hot, and we got it again 🤢

Ordered for pickup again after a long time. Unfortunately for the last time, the food was ready 5 minutes before the pick-up time, actually great, except that the food was ice cold, which of course you only notice when you get home, which is a shame. I find that if I schedule a pickup, the food should be hot. Also wrong sauce at the New Yorker. If it had been stressful, that would be okay. However, 3 employees stood directly at the checkout and did nothing...well, that's fine. I'm going to the competition.

The service is extremely slow; you wait over an hour for four burgers. The staff is completely overwhelmed, slow, and looks listless. The restaurant wasn't full, so I don't understand this at all!!!

The ice cream at the McDonald's branch in CITTI PARK kiel is recognized as a quick and affordable option, but it offers a rather average and unexciting experience, the excessive use of ice in the shakes leads to diluted flavor, which is not ideal. As a regular customer for years, I unfortunately have to say that we will no longer be ordering from them. Last week we waited over 2 hours without contact and the food was inedible...pizza where you needed a spoon because there was no base, pasta where half was missing and oversalted, etc. We accepted that as an exception, but today something was missing from the order and is constantly pushed away on the phone before someone answers. Were there in person and they wanted to deny what was missing even though they had the proof with them. For further information, there is a call center, so it's apparently no fault of our own. I'm usually happy to order despite the 1 hour waiting time, but the last few orders were just too extreme. I hope for everyone that we were an exception, but Smileys: never again!
