McDonald's in Lübeck

Ich war nach einem langen Tag hier im McDonald’s essen und ich muss wirklich sagen, dass ich selten so einen tollen Service erlebt habe. Die Mitarbeiterin namens Rin war sehr sympathisch und unfassbar freundlich zu uns. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker 💕 ich würde immer wieder kommen 🙏🏼

Extrem lange Wartezeit am Drive In

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung heute, 14.08.2026 gegen 08:30 Uhr. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse war sehr unfreundlich und hat sich sogar geweigert, uns einen Strohhalm für unser Getränk zu geben – ohne den Grund richtig zu erklären. So eine Behandlung wegen einer einfachen Bitte ist völlig unnötig. Für mich war das der letzte Besuch in dieser Filiale.

Leider sehr enttäuschender Service Leider war mein Besuch bei McDonald’s sehr enttäuschend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Mitarbeiter hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert, sodass meine Bestellung mehrfach nicht richtig verstanden wurde. Am Ende wurde meine Süß-Sauer-Soße vergessen und sogar mein Cheeseburger komplett vergessen. Ich erwarte bei einer Bestellung, dass die bestellten Produkte vollständig und korrekt ausgegeben werden. Hier sollte dringend an der Kommunikation und an der Kontrolle der Bestellungen gearbeitet werden. Insgesamt leider kein gutes Erlebnis.

Der Filialleiter ist extrem unhöflich und hat aus heiterem Himmel Ermahnungen ausgesprochen, die Fahrräder doch nicht am Rand im Restaurant stehen zu lassen. Die Ausdrucksweise war aggressiv und unhöflich. Essen top und das Personal ebenfalls

Mistverein noch nicht mal Milchshake haben die da und dann noch so komisch der man an der tecke eine Unverschämtheit sowas sollte man zu machen

Eines der schlechtesten, wenn nicht sogar das schlechteste McDonald's, das ich je gesehen habe. Es ist winzig, es gibt keine Bildschirme zum Bestellen, es ist sehr teuer und mein Becher Limonade war nur halb voll.

Fast 5 € für eine billige Apfelschorle 0,5 L?! So eine Abzocke.

Anscheinend weder Softeis noch gibt es Milchshakes zum Verkauf. Aber schön das die dafür Werbungen auf dem Sortiment TV machen. Mein Humor.

Auch nach wiederholter Bestellung erhielt ich die falsche Bestellung.

Das Personal ist unaufmerksam und faul haben keine Lust Bestellungen aufzunehmen und sind mit privaten Gesprächen beschäftigt bin nach 5 Minuten warten gegangen anderen Kunden ergibt es nicht besser

Wirklich der schlimmste Laden. Mir war nach dem Essen miserabel und ich saß auf dem WC die halbe Nacht. Never ever!

Guten Tag ich teste Regelmäßig an den Bahnhöfen Mc Donald Franchise Restaurant u a Mc Donald ging mit meinen Wiedergutmachungs Gutschein dort hin im Quers steg .Die Indisch Englisch Sprechende Bedienung sprich much höflich aber direkt in Englisch an, ich bin verwundert, dachte ich wäre in Lübeck ? Nun um was es geht, ich wollte Frühstücks Bürger wurde abgelehnt ein Cheessburgee als Alternative wurde abgelehnt wegen Defekten Grill ???? Alternative Kaltgetränk kein Kaffee oder Spezialiäten und ypommes ? Um 08:30uhr Nach einer Wiedergutmachung für eibe vergangenen Schlechten Service wollte ich mit 2 x 2 € Wiedergutmachungs Gutscheine

Mcdo alds mitarbeiterin hat mich angespuckt fand ich geil

Es war insgesamt gut. Der Service war gut und die Angestellten freundlich. Allerdings war das Getränk nicht kalt genug, da es kein Eis enthielt, was etwas enttäuschend war. Abgesehen davon war aber alles in Ordnung.

Echt mieser McDonald's. Ich wollte das Mario-Set mit den Münzen (Super Mario Coins) haben, aber nichts ist da. Auch im Happy Meal gibt es keine Mario-Spielzeuge mehr. Totaler Reinfall, dieser Laden ist echt schlecht.

Mit Kindern am goldenen M vorbeigehen ist schwierig. Noch schwieriger wird es, wenn das Spielzeug im Happy Meal vergessen wird...

Die Verkäufer sind nicht freundlich, die haben mir einfach alles reingeschmissen , hat aber trotzdem geschmeckt. Der Raum war halb sauber .

Das ist der beste McDonald's.Die Effizienz hier ist erstaunlich.Da es keine Bestellmaschine gibt, kann nur manuell bestellt werden.Aber von dem Moment an, als ich durch die Tür kam, bis ich den Burger bekam, dauerte es nur zwei Minuten.

Ist ganz okay, auch was die Burger angeht. Aber morgens um 7:30 geschlossen? Ich musste mit hungrigem Magen in den Zug steigen. Nehmt euch ein Beispiel an den McDonald's im Hauptbahnhof Kiel. Der ist rund um die Uhr geöffnet.

Milch war schlecht zum Cappuccino und der Laden war kalt, weil die Tür nicht zu ging und dem Besitzer scheint es egal zu sein, reagiert bis heute nicht auf die schlechte Milch. Ich war schon im Zug und konnte es nicht reklamieren direkt, als ich den Cappuccino im Zug eigentlich genießen wollte. Bevor ich mich da nochmal mies fühle und mir den Genuß verderben lasse, gehe ich nur noch zu Junge nebenan. Da bekomm ich wenigstens was gutes zurück.

Leider muß man 1 Stern geben aber selbst der ist zu viel.In meinem Fall ,lauwarme und trockene Nuggets und obendrein noch wie fast alle die dort arbeiten,unfreundliche Bedienung !!!!!!

Das Essen ist nicht frisch. Die Pommes und Burger sind trocken.

Größte Frechheit dieser Laden. Bitte freundlich um frisches Essen. Sehe wie in den Warmhaltebehälter geschaut wird und frisch nach vorne gerufen wird, als wäre man ein Idiot. Keine Reaktion Seitens der anscheinenden Führungskraft auch nur im entferntesten eine Bitte der Entschuldigung. Es war das letzte mal.

Ein Stern ist für mich noch zu viel. Essen war kalt..Heizung am Wochenende bei -7 ausgefallen. Und das Personal noch uneinsichtig. Bei den Temperaturen ohne Heizung hätte man die Filiale lieber zu machen sollen. Positiv: das Personal hatte zumindest einen Heizkörper für sich auf dem Tresen stehen.

Sehr wenig Auswahl. McDonald's Punkte kann man auch nicht einlösen liegt aber daran weil es halt ein Franchise mcDonald's ist. Der Service ist ein glücksspiel Einige sind Premium mega nett. Andere dagegen genau das Gegenteil.

Leider idt mein persönlicher Eindruck was das Essen und auch das Personsl angeht nicht gut und das ist leider keine einmalige Sache.Wenn ich mir andere Bewertungen hier anschaue bin ich nucht alleine mit der Erfshting. Der Restaurantleiter, der sich aber nicht für mich wie ein Restaurant leiter benimmt, ist ebenfalls,was umgang mit gästen angeht sehr unprofessionell.

Fünf Euro für eine Flasche Wasser, nicht mal bei Carlo Cracco in der Galleria in Mailand – schämt euch!

Erstmal sei gesagt, dass man bei dieser Fast Food-Kette wahrscheinlich sowieso nicht viel erwarten kann. Dennoch gibt es einige Punkte, die negativ auffallen. 1. Das Restaurant ist sehr klein, eher auf Laufkundschaft ausgelegt und hat sehr wenig Sitzplätze. Das ist im Hbf HH anders. Man ist anderen Kunden ständig im Weg, was unangenehm ist. 2. Weiter dauert es hier immer EWIG bis man sein Essen bekommt. Der Zug ist dann ggf. schon weggefahren. 3. Es fehlt regelmäßig etwas bei meiner Bestellung, z.B. die Soßen. Auch typisch für McDonalds. 4. Die Qualität und der Geschmack sind wie zu erwarten, wie in Deutschland, stetig sinkend und viel zu überteuert. Das ist wirklich ein riesiger Minuspunkt. 5. Die Mitarbeiter fand ich bisher tatsächlich immer ausgesprochen freundlich.

In diesem Laden wird man nicht bedient zudem werden extrem kalte Burger die schon 20 bis 30 min liegen rausgegebene

Der Manager dieses Ortes verhält sich sehr unhöflich, respektlos und unprofessionell. Eines Tages habe ich ein Essen bestellt, aber die Kassiererin hat das Menü falsch eingetragen. Als ich sie bat, den Manager zu rufen, damit das Problem geklärt wird, kam er und sagte statt einer Lösung nur: „Entweder nehmen Sie dieses Menü oder Sie können den Ort verlassen.“ Sein Verhalten war sehr unhöflich und unangemessen.

Far too small for a main station. Long waiting times

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I wanted to redeem a coupon via the app and was told it wasn't possible. When I asked for a business card or something similar, I was directed to the menu sign. After explaining what I wanted several times, and the store manager didn't even know what I wanted from him (lack of language skills as a store manager -.-), I left, totally annoyed... it's a shame that a simple order isn't possible. I commute a lot, but I've never experienced anything like this before! A disgrace!!!!

The nuggets are almost always cold and tasteless. I've experienced this at least three times. When I asked about it, my nuggets were only warmed up; I didn't get any fresh ones.

Fast staff! Delicious burgers! Highly recommended!

I've been shopping there on and off for years, but since the staff changed, it's just been disappointing. They're so stingy, I've never experienced a McFlurry with even a tiny drop of chocolate; if that's the case, it's barely enough for half the ice cream, just like the amount of Oreos or other ingredients. In EVERY branch, I get a decent McFlurry with enough chocolate sauce and enough Oreos. But I've never experienced what's going on at the train station, so I'll only give it one star if anything, unless less is possible. I'm really annoyed. I have to rule out some of the employees because they prepare the McFlurry properly, as it should be, and as I've come to expect from McDonald's. Not to mention that they only have the standard selection. Without exaggerating, I unfortunately have to say this is the worst McDonald's I know. Save your good mood and go to the McDonald's downtown instead; any of them is better than the one at the train station.

I ordered a cheeseburger. First of all, this was fart dry...that same evening I got a drastic stomach ache, as a result I had to throw up and couldn't keep the whole burger down!! It's a snotty thing to offer something like that, even my girlfriend who ate the same thing happened to have a bad stomach ache. 🤨☝🏼 I'll never eat there again...

Fries and drinks were forgotten

The cheeseburgers were very stale - at least the buns were. They were even hard to eat. Too bad I read too late that this is always the case here.

The cleanliness here leaves a lot to be desired. It's small and cramped. Staff—well, times are tough...

Apparently no customers were there, just friends of the numerous employees... I wasn't even noticed as a customer at the counter, that's my criticism... I'm not a beggar, so after several minutes I "cancelled" with the words 'well, no way.' Does Neubaumer, under Kevin Neubaumer, have nothing to say about all the bad reviews...??

The experience and the food were extremely disgusting. The employee first gave me the wrong burger, then the nuggets tasted completely dry and cold. The Coke Zero tasted absolutely nothing but water. A disaster and a disgrace for the incredible city of Lübeck!

They threw it in their bag without looking. The fries were cold, and so was the cheeseburger. Thanks for the 10 napkins. They also just threw in the fries and didn't ask for a drink, just poured a Coke without ice.

The employee was unintelligible; he was talking to himself, and I didn't even hear my order. He didn't offer a drink selection either; he just poured a Coke. He just threw the fries in the bag, and they all fell apart. In short: I can't recommend this McDonald's to anyone.

Yesterday we ordered a Happy Meal and 6 cheeseburgers, among other things. We ran to the train and saw that there were only 2 left. On the way back we went back in and mentioned it. The employee serving us rolled his eyes and pulled a face. The southern employee dressed in dark blue made fun of it, and the blonde lady in the light blue shirt and ponytail also turned away, rolling her eyes, and completely avoided the situation instead of de-escalating it, etc. Yes, we are at McDonald's and yes, this branch isn't the best in terms of quality, but you pay for it and you should at least get what you pay for.

Okay for a McD in a train station.

Service is an absolute disaster! Serving food on a dirty tray is a total disaster, even at MCD. It's completely unacceptable. As a traveler, you're hungry, and then this happens.

Constant problems with coupons. Two classics of your choice, but they only say Big Mac or Chicken, even though the others are also available on-site.

The staff urgently needs training. Regarding their own menus. I was under time pressure. I wanted to catch my train. And I ordered a McSmart meal. And the employee charged me a standard McSmart meal and gave me the bill, and she had no idea what she was doing.

Hi, My job takes me to Lübeck every now and then. A very beautiful city. The ambiance of the restaurant... well... a train station. It's perfectly fine. A large window invites you to sit down. However, I wouldn't recommend sitting down. Well, McDo, McDo. To be honest, I only have two expectations: a) good value for money and b) correspondingly mediocre to bad burgers I don't understand why the marketing is all about 'We're super fresh and sassy.' If I want a proper burger in Lübeck (or anywhere else), I go to "Leo's." But often I just don't have the time, or I'm too stingy right now. Every now and then I'll just have the chicken nugget, which tastes like nothing without sauce. You can rely on it. It tastes the same everywhere... uh, bland. And to be honest, I sometimes really like it. Absolutely delicious. It gets difficult when my burger costs €6.50 and I (see picture), despite the visible seasoning (!), simply don't feel like eating this delicious bite because the journey to this centerpiece already felt like too much work. I had the burger freshly made. ("It's only been on display for 5 minutes!" ---> yeeeeees... that's the problem) Be that as it may. My request was fulfilled without complaint; the service always gives me the impression of being efficient, but above all, friendly. But folks! €6.50 for a burger that... just sits there... no... it really doesn't have to be that way. The price-value ratio is completely wrong. Please change your general slogan to "When it's in a hurry." But that doesn't seem reasonable to me. A fresh burger and everything was like, "well... now it's time to eat it." It's no secret to me that McDonald's can't compete with decent restaurants in terms of taste. But this recent burger experience with the Royal TS, which I associate with romantic childhood memories, was so off the mark that I unfortunately have to come to a rather devastating assessment. One that doesn't logically explain to me how anyone could try to associate a 'yummy, delicious/fresh, fresh' image with it. Note: Go ahead and get the prepared 'only 5 minutes old' burgers; who knows, maybe they'll be better after they've been sitting for a while. Cynical, perhaps. Honest, in any case. I'm not disappointed. I'm vindicated. I'm a little sorry. I'll be back, but with completely different expectations.

We were at the mc with my friend the milau woman they were talking about their private things and we said please can we get a move on we have to take the train 2 guys had already left before us because they were talking about private things and to buy something it takes 10 minutes then we wanted to buy and she didn't want us to eat there really bad experience to take a look at the staff.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald's branch at Lübeck Central Station. During my visit, there were about 10 people in line, but two employees were chatting undisturbed with a third colleague – about purely personal matters – while only one employee was trying to take orders. However, the third employee was constantly distracted by the two, which slowed things down considerably. Two customers even left the line in frustration because they would otherwise have missed their train. Other customers also expressed their displeasure at the long wait. I forwarded my complaint to an employee named Ms. Milau, who responded in a very unprofessional and unfriendly manner. Instead of understanding or apologizing, I was lectured, spoken to rudely, and finally even told that I wouldn't get any food for complaining. They said they didn't want my money and that I should leave the restaurant. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable for an international company like McDonald's. I sincerely hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate consequences are followed.

I just ate the 7.50 euro menu there, wasn't full, fried potatoes, 10 in total, the burger was very small, I can't recommend it at all, I won't be coming back, this is my last menu from this company.

The ambiance is naturally somewhat dampened by the guests. The service, however, is very friendly. The food is very good, as at any MCs. The phone service is also very courteous and friendly.

I just ordered 8 cheeseburgers and when I got home I saw that there were only 7 in them :(

The coffee for over 4 euros had more milk foam than coffee and the staff was unfriendly.

Terrible, I ordered a mcsmart and asked for fanta, i was given sprite. The person at the cashier almost forgot my friends milkshake and my friend had to remind her. She wanted chocolate but was given vanilla. And the worst was my friend asked for a Happy meal. she got that but also a mcsmart..?

I've been there 1,000,000 times and never got a Mc Flurry Frozen Yougurt. I don't think it's funny and it's also really real. I also need my sugar rush for the day but that's not how it works. You can almost never understand the staff because most of them don't speak German, but otherwise the shop isn't that bad except for my 🚨 MC FLURRY FROZEN YUGURT WITH CAMAHEL SAUZE AND CHOCOLATE LENSES🚨

A limited menu and no kiosks are simply not enough

I recently went to this McDonald's and have to say that it was by far the worst experience I have ever had in Germany. The burgers don't taste good at all - they are obviously prepared in advance and then sit around for hours before they are served. You notice this immediately because of the limp consistency and the lack of freshness. The fries were also anything but crispy - they seemed old and limp, as if they had been in the warming tray for a long time. The cola was almost completely carbonated, which made the whole thing even more disappointing. What struck me as particularly negative was the staff: instead of caring about the quality of the food, the employees stood around and laughed with each other while the guests were dissatisfied. Overall, this was an absolutely disappointing visit. I would definitely not recommend this location and hope that something changes there in the future.

Bad open times for a Train Station . Really a shame!!!

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Unfortunately my visit to this branch was very negative. When I ordered I was met with very unfriendly service who was very annoyed. The food was OK apart from the cold fries. But what was very negative was the cleanliness. The tables and floor were dirty and a pigeon ran across the floor. I'm not coming back.

The facility is outdated. Half of the menu is SIMPLY NOT AVAILABLE. I am already silent about the fact that there are often not even ingredients for the dishes that are on the local menu. The staff is bad. I simply removed part of the order because I thought we weren't ordering three potatoes for three people, but we just made a mistake and said we needed three potatoes. If you come here, be prepared that it will be dirty. Don't avoid the word at all. You have to clean the table and other people's messes yourself. It is very hot in here. even hotter than outside (outside +27). There is no way to customize a dish. The ingredients for the burger clearly weren't the freshest and I ate it like a tree. I can't say the same about the potatoes. I don't recommend it

Very nice and friendly employees. My burgers and fries weren't really hot and seasoned poorly! As I expected again, the store was also very clean than what I'm used to in other stores.

I'm just sitting in the store and can't believe this McDonalds. I never actually write reviews but this store is so bad that I just have to rate it. Super unfriendly service, cold limp food and not even a toilet.

Thanks to the dedicated and friendly employees who accepted the order from my children and I just before the store closed and were friendly, courteous and customer-oriented despite a tiring and long day at work - a real lifesaver, since we overlooked the time by the sea and all Restaurants had already closed. Every company could only wish for employees like these! A big thank you!

Strange taste in cola without sugar. I hope it's not detergent

I've tried several times to order something - long before the store closes. Sometimes the kitchen closes at 9:30 p.m., sometimes at 10 p.m. - what does that mean? The customer receives the rest of the goods and nothing fresh. Overall, the selection of food and drink at this location is limited and the staff is neither assertive towards homeless people nor friendly to customers.

I was there with my son yesterday. The food was ok. McDonald's. No better or worse than other branches. The store was reasonably tidy and we didn't have to wait long. But what really stood out negatively was the behavior of the two female service staff who were serving at the time. I have rarely experienced such a display of bad mood. Unfortunately, you didn't really feel comfortable as a guest. Next time they're back, we'll go a few meters further to the bakery.

The railway considers an escooter as luggage. In this store you are let in by an employee with your large suitcase, but are shown the door with a narrow escooter. Despite offering to put it aside for take-out ordering. Juice shop. Who leaves their scooter unattended in the train station?

Food cold. I presented a coupon from the app for 6 nuggets and was charged the full amount. Unfortunately I only saw it later. Of course the points were not credited to me either. I feel very bad about it. Never again.

Super unfriendly employees, there is no order and everyone can do whatever they want... but the worst thing is that even though I ordered plant based nuggets, which was confirmed to me again, I got normal nuggets made of meat. Absolute mess.

Shortly before closing time (30 minutes), the store had nothing left on offer. It's a shame actually.
