Strange taste in cola without sugar. I hope it's not detergent

I've tried several times to order something - long before the store closes. Sometimes the kitchen closes at 9:30 p.m., sometimes at 10 p.m. - what does that mean? The customer receives the rest of the goods and nothing fresh. Overall, the selection of food and drink at this location is limited and the staff is neither assertive towards homeless people nor friendly to customers.

I was there with my son yesterday. The food was ok. McDonald's. No better or worse than other branches. The store was reasonably tidy and we didn't have to wait long. But what really stood out negatively was the behavior of the two female service staff who were serving at the time. I have rarely experienced such a display of bad mood. Unfortunately, you didn't really feel comfortable as a guest. Next time they're back, we'll go a few meters further to the bakery.

I ordered a cheeseburger. First of all, it was fart dry...that same evening I got a drastic stomach ache, as a result I had to throw up and couldn't keep the whole burger down!! It's a snotty thing to offer something like that, even my girlfriend who ate the same thing happened to have a bad stomach ache. 🤨☝🏼 I'll never eat there again...

Food cold. I presented a coupon from the app for 6 nuggets and was charged the full amount. Unfortunately I only saw it later. Of course the points were not credited to me either. I feel very bad about it. Never again.

The railway considers an escooter as luggage. In this store you are let in by an employee with your large suitcase, but are shown the door with a narrow escooter. Despite offering to put it aside for take-out ordering. Juice shop. Who leaves their scooter unattended in the train station?

I like this small but clean mc donnald!! Fast service, nice staff!

Super unfriendly employees, there is no order and everyone can do whatever they want... but the worst thing is that even though I ordered plant based nuggets, which was confirmed to me again, I got normal nuggets made of meat. Absolute mess.

Very good coffee for my everyday trip to Hamburg

There are no beyond meat burgers, although they are on the menu. I asked a couple of weeks ago, but they still weren't there. No coffee, no coffee at all, no milkshakes either. They say that the car does not work. The staff is friendly. But half of the menu items are missing.

McDonald's is small. But there is a place to sit down and eat. Nice staff. Promptly prepared my coffee. I was pleasantly surprised. The latte was very bitter. But I didn't find lids for cups, cream and sugar. Corrected. Found the cream. They were on the side of the cash register. I didn't see them.

I just stopped in for coffee before the train. I ordered a large coffee and a smart menu to go with it. They brought me nuggets instead of coffee. I didn't order them. But since I already paid for the order with a card, I had to eat these damn nuggets and wash it down with cold cola. I didn’t want to deal with the manager anymore, because my train was leaving soon. Never set foot in this place again. I would like to draw the manager’s attention to the staff on today’s shift, especially the girl who placed my order. and look at the cameras, it clearly shows that I ordered coffee.

What kind of pig shop is this????? Can't do anything with the offers, there is no milk shake, there was no fillet or fish at all. We stood around stupidly with 3 people and had no idea what we wanted. Such employees are bad for business. Maybe we disturbed them while they were swinging their eggs!!!!! I've never experienced anything like that at McDonald's. Unfriendly to the point of dismissing it.

Very good: reusable coffee cups (€2 deposit) Stupid: Staff has no idea how to take the cups back and return the deposit I hope that will happen. The cups are really good and I would like to use them all the time.

Habe dort nach langer Zeit mal wieder einen Hamburger und einen Chickenburger bestellt. Beides kostete vor nicht langer Zeit zusammen noch knapp über 2 Euro. Aktuell kostet beides zusammen 4,18 Euro, was ich als Wucherpreis empfinde. Eine Brötchenhälfte des Hamburgers war zudem schwarz gebrannt von innen und auch mit dem Belag wurde gespaart - 2 Tropfen Ketchup, ein Viertelteelöffel Zwiebelstückchen und 2 Tropfen Ketchup waren drin. Zudem waren beide Burger fast kalt und lagen offenbar schon lange.

Netter Service, schnelle und freundliche Bedienung. Leider waren die Birger nicht ganz warm und die Pommes labberig.

Keine vegetarischen Burger. Dafür beheizt. Der Rest ist okay.

Ich war seit langem wieder bei MC Donalds und habe noch nie so qualitativ schlechte Burger gegessen. Die Burger-Brötchen sind trocken und sehr dunkel, die Ware scheint dort sehr lange zu liegen und wird trotzdem weiter verkauft. Die Burger sind auch nur lauwarm. Ich habe diese Filiale zweimal aufgesucht, ein drittes Mal wird es nicht geben. Das Personal ist freundlich und arbeitet zügig, daher gibt es zwei Sterne, sonst wäre es nur einer geworden.

Hat die 5 Sterne echt verdient. Bedingung sehr kompetent und vorallem schnell was am Bahnhof meistens wichtig ist. Immer wenn ich hier bei der Durchreise bin hol ich mir gerne schnell was hier! Die Leute haben fast food richtig verstanden :) (Einige regen sich über die Preise auf aber dafür kann der mccs nichts das ist ein allgemeines Problem von mccs)

Klein eng, und die Bestellung werden meistens falsch aufgenommen, bestellt war 1 Hamburger Royal ts im Menü, 1 Eis & 2 Double cheese burger, und 1 chicken burger Bekommen haben wir 1 Hamburger Royal ts (einzelnd ohne Menü) und einen Hamburger, der Rest der Bestellung war okay..

Opening pretty late at 8am considering this is a train station. Very small and does not offer a breakfast menu at all, only the regular menu available. The food was very fresh and warm, but I would expect no less as the first customer of the day right when it opens

Bardzo fajne miejsce z fajna mila usmiechniętą obsługą spędziłam.tam 6 godz jednego dnia ponieważ czekalam na transport. Zjadłam klasyczny obiad (fytki nuggetsy i surówka) wypiłam kawę Flat White i jeszcze ciastko dostalam gratis. Doładowalam telefon ogarnelam czesc rzeczy biurowych za pomocą laptopa. Spotkalam milą parę z Francji aktualnie w podróży po Europie, Polki wracajace do Hamburga i japońskich studentów zmierzających do Moguncji...pogadalam posmialam się ogarnelam wszystko i ruszylam w dalszą podróż. Bardzo milo będę wspominać ten Mc Donald

Es gibt noch McDonalds, wo man schnell und unkompliziert bestellen und zahlen kann. Davon sollten sich alle anderen mit ihren Terminals eine Scheibe abschneiden.

Essen zu Teuer und die App, ist schon lange nicht mehr, dass was sie einmal war. Vermag ich auch nicht zu kritisieren, sind ja auch ganz wilde Zeiten! Jedenfalls waren 1 Big Mac und 2 Hamburger in einer Tüte und sie reißt unterwegs.. Man könnte meinen, ich habe sie wie ein "Unmensch" gehalten. Yo, ich wiege 58kg und habe noch kleinere Hände als 2 jährige Säuglinge. Zum glück haben die Burger überlebt.. Glück im unglück.. Macht etwas gegen euere ***** Tüten! Danke. Also wir haben 7 Minuten zum bestellen gebraucht. 7 Minuten. Die Dame war zwar nett, wir mussten aber 2 mal wiederholen was wir wollten, was sich irgendwie nicht richtig wie Service angefühlt hat. In der Cola von mir und meinem Freund war außerdem kein Eis, und für das was wir am Ende wirklich bekommen haben war es für Fastfood schon sehr teuer. Restaurant an sich ist aber clean, sehr ästhetisch.

Einfach Super Freundlich immer wieder Dankeschön.

Guten Tag, Die Filiale ist klein aber geordnet und sauber! Das Sortiment ist auf die Basis beschränkt, was wohl für den normalen Alltag ausreicht. Alles in allem muss man sich echt nur hinterfragen, was man sich auch für welchen Preis einverleibt! Für das Essen ist das Geld nicht wert!

Sehr saubere Filiale in Lübeck! Klein aber fein. Ich empfehle dir Chicken Wings und die Doppelburger. Das Personal ist zügig und sehr freundlich. 👍

Nur das halbe Sortiment vorhanden, keine Aktionsburger und man steht oft bis draußen da die Filiale sehr klein ist. Im Großen und Ganzen sauber, nette Mitarbeiter.

Moin. Ich habe im November /Dezember mir des öfteren am Morgen eine Kleinigkeit geholt, um was im Magen zu haben😉. Die Qualität ist echt davon abhängig, welche Schicht arbeitet bzw man merkt, dass einige nicht zusammen passen - manchmal ist die Stimmung toll, manchmal sehr eisig. Klar weiß ich als Gastronom selber, wie schwer es ist gutes Personal zu bekommen, welches erstens arbeiten will, es auch noch mit Freude gerne machen und es dann auch noch ausstrahlen. Das man manchmal nicht "verstanden" wird, liegt zum einen an den Masken, aber leider auch an einigen Sprachbarrieren. Vielleicht sollte man dann in dem vorderen Bereich Mitarbeiter platzieren, welche unserer Sprache "mächtig" sind. Auch, wenn das Engagement der Mitarbeiter da ist - so wird schnell mal was missverstanden und dann kommt es zu Bewertungen mit wenigen Sternen , die gleich immer alles wieder einreißen, was 5 Sterne Bewertungen mühevoll aufbauen. Deshalb trotzdem von mir 5 Sterne, obwohl es bestimmt bessere Filialen gibt. Aber welcher Chef kann sich sein Personal aussuchen - schlimm auch, dass dann "wohl" gefrustete Ex Mitarbeiter diese Plattform benutzen , um sich selbst oder über andere bei der "Führungsebene" zu "rächen". Also weiter so, vielleicht mal mit dem Personal lächeln lernen 😉👌
