The restaurant was full and very loud! It took over 90 minutes from ordering to serving - unbelievable. Some drinks we ordered didn't come and the food didn't come as requested.

A measly hot dog for 3 euros and an unfriendly, arrogant saleswoman, that was my first and last hot dog here.

We stayed here with the reuse company. You have a different idea of ​​4 stars. Is the hotel facing bankruptcy? The food that was included in the price of the trip was worse than what you would expect from a snack bar. There was no beer, only Hefeweizen, which not everyone likes. On the second day, a Monday, there was still no beer to order. When I asked how something like this was possible, the answer came from a nice young lady, by the way: we've been waiting a week for delivery... That gives you a deep insight. Strange hair in the bathroom. When we checked in, we arrived promptly at 3 p.m. and were made to wait 30 minutes for the room key. The porter was no match for the arriving guests. Overall not recommended.

I order there every week, the food is very tasty (my favorite is tofu with hoisin sauce). The owners of the bistro are very friendly 🤗

The chairs.....the chairs are annoying.....that howling when the chairs are moved.... In my opinion, the buffet is set up without any structure...no space for trays....the food, the selection in the surrounding area is large and the taste is certainly different than a desired healthy and meat-free diet...or do I always come here for the experimental weeks...the staff is very nice and attentive everywhere...let's see how it develops.
