Restaurant N°18 in Dresden

Absolut nicht auf der Internetseite stand geöffnet bis 21:00 Uhr dort angekommen hieß es das heute geschlossen ist.

We stayed here with the Reuse company. You wouldn't expect a 4-star rating. Is the hotel on the verge of bankruptcy? The food, which was included in the price, was worse than what you'd expect from a snack bar. There was no beer, only wheat beer, which not everyone likes. On the second day, a Monday, there was still no beer to order. When we asked how that was possible, the answer was, by the way, from a nice young lady, "We've been waiting a week for the delivery..." That's quite telling. Strange hairs in the bathroom. We arrived promptly at 3 p.m. when we checked in, and they made us wait 30 minutes for our room key. The concierge couldn't cope with the volume of guests arriving. Overall, not recommended.

You can stay overnight there. It's far from a 4-star hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's centrally located, and the city center is easily accessible by tram. For me, a 4-star hotel should have impeccable cleanliness—no stains on the curtains or carpet. The breakfast is good, but not outstanding. The bathroom could also be cleaned more thoroughly. I also don't find the breakfast time distribution particularly appealing. It's an option if you don't have high expectations and just need a place to sleep.

The quality was very, very good. The food tasted perfect, especially the desserts. I'd be happy to go back.

Since the meal was included in our hotel package, we didn't have the highest expectations for our candlelight dinner. But even these weren't met. Instead of a three-course meal, we had a buffet and had to carry our own food through the basement corridor past the cigarette machine and the restrooms. The quality was no better than a frozen cafeteria meal, and the dessert was completely inedible. By the way, we didn't get our welcome champagne either. Was the chef on vacation?
