Sportsbar Ostra in Dresden

Unfortunately, recently, people have been allowed in 90 minutes before a hockey game. Supposedly, that's a VIP area. If I were them, I'd consider the fact that everyone is a customer. I feel like a second-class citizen there, and that simply shouldn't be allowed anymore in this day and age!

On a beautiful sunny day, we spontaneously decided to stop by for a drink to go during our stroll. The young staff were very friendly and helpful, but the mood was seriously dampened by the older, long-haired blonde waitress. She seemed to be the resident dragon of this bar and was visibly annoyed that she was making us two Aperol to go and a Fanta. Her face spoke volumes, and when we asked for the Fanta from the fridge rather than the tap, she responded with ironic, insulting, and homophobic language: "Where else would you get Fanta?" and that I had found myself with a particularly demanding boyfriend. The small glass bottle of Fanta wasn't even completely filled into the cup, but only three-quarters; we certainly paid for the remaining quarter. However, it was withheld from us out of "kindness." We ended up paying over 17 euros for two Aperols and a much too small Fanta :) The icing on the cake was: The Aperol tasted like cleaning water and was a 100% cheap copy poured into the original Aperol bottle. So if you want to be ripped off and insulted and support this homophobic restaurant, then you've come to the right place. Everyone should be ashamed of giving this house dragon even a cent of wages or tips. One star is still too much for this kind of treatment of paying guests.

Quite okay, beer selection could be better

Bad restaurant. The food was okay but the prices were a surprise in the end. According to the menu, a sandwich cost €3.00 but was then charged €6.00. The reason for this was inflation. So all in all, it was a bar with good food, but the prices were arbitrary.

Not your typical sports bar. Unfortunately, there's very little sports-related content. And the staff's friendliness was questionable. However, service was relatively quick. The food was definitely not to our liking. The burger meat was almost burnt, the bacon was raw, the bread was untoasted, and the cheese didn't go well with it. The potato wedges were partially raw and practically unsalted. All in all, not recommended.

The service at Dresden Eislöwen games is beyond bad. The concept has incredibly long wait times, while other customers who tip heavily are served without waiting. The most outrageous thing is that the staff give you such information!! If you order more and tip more, it'll go faster for you!! My answer: I can't order more because I haven't even gotten a drink within a third of the break (15 minutes)!!! Yesterday was the sad climax!! I waited 30 minutes for two mulled wines... My tip: Check out other ice rinks; they're much better organized, and the staff are also eager to work!

The solyanka tastes outstanding, and the burgers of the other three guests were equally impeccable. Service is a bit slow at times, and the beer tastes awful, but all in all, you can have a good time here before a hockey game.

Opening hours on the Internet should be adjusted. We wanted to eat at the sports bar yesterday, which was open according to the website. Standing in front of closed doors. That's no way to win customers!

Service ignores us, no response...

Sehr gute sportbar mit Kegelbahnen. Hier kann man auch auf reichlich TV Geräten live Sportveranstaltungen verfolgen. 👌E kegelbahnpris war mir etwas teuer. Und bier gabs außer hefeweizen nur in unsinnigen 0,3l oder 0,4l Gläsern, das allerletzte mMn. Ansonsten ist es auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert oder mehr.

Freundliche Bedienung , lecker Essen

13,50€ für 0,4L Bier. Der Mann ohne Haare nimmt 20€ und wechselt auf 10€. Ich reklamiere und er diskutiert und verschwindet dann.

Gute Fankneipe! Wir fühlten uns als Gäste wohl hier. Das Personal war freundlich & schnell. Preise sind auch OK.

FAST ALLES TOP. Essen schmeckt, Kellner sind freundlich, Essen Portionen können mehr sein für denn Preis und die Wasserflasche ist viel ZU TEUER.
