The restaurant is located in the main square. Varied and very good menu, with very fresh ingredients. Fast service and average prices. Very friendly staff and; a special thanks to Angelo who served us with professionalism and kindness.

We are currently sitting here for the 2nd TIME, enjoying the delicious food and looking forward to a lovely evening with a great ITALIAN, thank you for the hospitality, we will come to you again this week

The food was good. I liked my seafood spaghetti and the pizzas were good. The Niçoise salad was okay. Overall, good lunch but nothing really outstanding compared with other good Italian restaurants that we’ve been to.

Today, November 26th, 2024, there are still tulips and daffodils as decoration on the tables and the Striezelmarkt - Christmas market is being set up outside on the square????

I really enjoyed the pizza. Very tasty pizza!!! The atmosphere is nice. The staff is attentive and polite. The Italian language makes this place special. There were a lot of people there. You have the feeling of being in a small Italian café where all the visitors are old friends who want to meet up. I recommend this place if you want to try delicious pizza.

Unfortunately a total failure! Stay away from this “restaurant”. The food was okay, but the service was the worst I've seen in my entire life. Unfriendly staff, long waiting times and about 20 people who left within an hour because they had to wait too long, even though there wasn't even much going on. My friend then asked if we could get the bill. This was denied and people were comforted that someone was supposed to be coming soon. I would prefer to give 0 stars if that were possible. An absolute disgrace!!!

The patron is there everywhere. We ordered bruschetta without mozzarella and various wines here, and we were also able to enjoy 0.1 glasses here. Very good service, friendly staff, great location. Definitely worth it!

We were served very well at this restaurant on Sunday October 13th, 2024. We are a family from Switzerland 🇨🇭 good conditions, good food is very important to us. The welcome from the staff was very warm, they also had fun with our son🤭. We were assigned a table where we were allowed to sit. We were quickly asked what we would like to drink, ordered and delivered quickly. Later we were asked if we had already chosen something, of course, ordered it and delivered it quickly. To this sentence I would like to add that the kitchen is 1.A, big compliments to the kitchen👏👏👏. The beer was very good and my wife had a rose, well filled🤭 here in Switzerland you don't get that much rose for the price🤣. Also a big thank you to the service 👏👏👏👏it was great. A negative review of this restaurant is inexplicable for me🤔...We are satisfied with everything and recommend the restaurant wholeheartedly. Many thanks for everything to the whole team 💪💪🇨🇭🇨🇭

We are from Dresden and wanted to treat ourselves to a little something to eat at the Frauenkirche on a sunny day. A third of the tables were cordoned off by cables. Everything else was occupied. When I asked whether more tables would be opened, I received a very unfriendly answer that this was not possible. By chance a table became available in the open space where we sat down. We ordered a pizza and it was average. The service wasn't particularly friendly. The worst were the toilets, I haven't seen anything like that in a long time, it was totally filthy - the walls in the toilets, the trash cans, at the sink all the paper towels in the wastebasket were overflowing and lying on the floor, everything was simple just dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in half a year. Really disgusting! During a recession about four months ago, another guest complained about this and was then praised for improvement, but this did not happen. All in all, we will not eat at this restaurant again.

Tourist trap with lots of tü tü and chic... but terrible underground toilets. I am horrified and disgusted. At the First Place in Dresden....shame on you...something like that can only survive through tourists.

We would not recommend this restaurant! Unfortunately we didn't like the lasagne at all! There were too many pasta sheets and they were extremely soft! The hack (which was almost non-existent) also had no color! The pizza, on the other hand, tasted good! Even when we got a bottle of water, it was simply placed on the table and the waiter disappeared! It's a shame, but we won't be eating lasagna at the Italian restaurant again anytime soon!

We were there on Friday, August 30th. to the "Classic Open Air" and wanted to listen to the music outdoors. We sit outside in this restaurant, we just wanted to have some bruscetta and a glass of wine. The first waiter who passed us and whom I spoke to was not allowed or unable to take orders. The other walked past us to a group of new guests who arrived after us. As I walked past, a waiter made a movement with his hands that I couldn't interpret at first. We sat there for about 15 minutes until another guest pointed out to us that orders were no longer being accepted here. It was only 8:45 p.m.! Something so unfriendly and rude...no greeting and nothing... We then got up and left. So I can't comment on the quality of the food! We then went to the Italian restaurant “Ristorante Classico Italiano”, which is located on the opposite side of Neumarkt. We were served friendly there and got our little something.

Disaster, unfriendly staff not reflected

This evening we sat in your restaurant where we waited 20 minutes for service. Afterwards, the waiter told us that the restaurant was closing and it was still 8:30 p.m. and we already saw that other guests were being served. We just wanted a few drinks, since we weren't there for dinner we weren't even served for that. We had to get up and leave because the restaurant just didn't work for us. We are outraged by this behavior by your employees. It's unfortunate that you have a good restaurant with a beautiful location and don't know how to run it. This is not the first time we have received poor service from your restaurant. We will also report this to food monitoring in our community.

Unfortunately, the food literally didn't taste good. Just completely tasteless. And for these high prices. It's a shame about all that money.

TOURIST TRAP!!! Two out of four pizzas were delivered incorrectly. When we brought this up, the waiter took the pizzas back, visibly annoyed. Instead of bringing us new pizzas, the missing ingredients were put RAW on the wrong pizzas. Cold, wobbly ham, not in the oven for a second - a small handful of capers on the other pizza, COLD. Of course it didn't taste good! I have never experienced such rude service, with the exception of the waitress who was the only one who seemed friendly. Nevertheless: NEVER AGAIN! I wish I could give 0 stars.

Nice long and nice atmosphere. Unfortunately that was it. The wine was too warm, not enough glasses and plates were brought, and one meal was completely forgotten (there were five of us). Unfortunately, the taste of the food left a lot to be desired. The pork medallions we ordered turned out to be a very thin schnitzel, more like glued pressed meat. The service was subpar. We won't be coming back, what a shame!

Food was okay, prices reflect the location. But the service is catastrophic. We were harassed and begged by... people. We reported this to the service that we as guests do not want this. People shrugged their shoulders and didn't feel responsible. If there were zero stars I would give it. We're not going there anymore. Waiting time for food with few visitors is approx. 50 minutes!

I had a question about the dishes or the ingredients, but unfortunately the waitress couldn't answer it. But then she didn't ask. So I ordered something else. But what didn't work at all were the toilets. Rarely seen such dirty toilets. There was no toilet paper anywhere and the trash cans were completely overflowing. There was a roll of kitchen paper lying around to dry my hands. There is definitely still a lot of room for improvement.

The pizza was very good, the waitress was a nice, cheerful person. On the other hand, the two gentlemen made a very annoyed impression and you felt like you were in a “fast food restaurant”. The toilets are very unkempt for the location and the door has certainly been broken for a long time.

Service, friendliness and good food are unfortunately out of place here. After we had eaten here last year and were pleasantly surprised, we wanted to eat out again this year. The spaghetti with bolognese was a disaster for the price. Pasta much too soft, broken into small pieces, Bolognese tastes like nothing. Friendliness is also out of place here. Card payment is only possible inside the restaurant. When I was checking out I was accused of having specified the wrong food and drinks. Had to run out again to locate a table number. Even then, the ordered food and drinks were still disputed. This is not customer friendliness. Never again.

Eat something during Kaisermania? No problem as there was a free table. The question about drinks came quickly and they were delivered promptly. Good evening, nice that you are here. .No report. Everything seemed hectic, tense and a bit chaotic. We expressed our desire to eat for 15 minutes. Ordered pizza, which was okay for just under 16 euros. Toilets in the basement and hygienic concerns. To pay by card I had to queue at the counter. And there, too, chaos. Customers were asked for table numbers, only the tables don't have any identifiable ones. Conclusion: Tourist pizzeria...not made for regular guests. It's a shame you're at Neumarkt almost once a week

The food tastes reasonably good and that's about it in terms of positive points. Service is subpar, unfriendly, the waiters deliberately look away, you wait forever even though the waiters are walking around bored. To get rid of your money, you have to run after the waiter...etc, etc. Unfortunately, such a review doesn't help much, because thousands of people walk past the store every day and simply fall into the trap... like we did.👎🏻

Tasteless food, unfriendly staff, bad service, unfriendly staff or did I mention that already?

Had dinner today and wanted to order a bottle of wine, Aperol and a beer. What came was a beer, a glass of wine and sex on the beach... without words Then we canceled the bottle and the glass of wine and just drank our drinks... we didn't want to eat anymore. After looking at the other reviews. In addition, the staff doesn't give the impression that they have much desire to work... if I worked like that... I would be unemployed Update... wanted to pay for my drinks amounting to €15.90 and the waiter said card starting at €20... it doesn't say that anywhere. I was supposed to follow him in, we discussed it briefly and in the end he accepted my card... with a big murmur... that's not possible...

We were too early to check in at the hotel on the day of arrival, so we wanted to stretch our legs and have something to eat or drink. As soon as we sat down, the service appeared and wanted to take our order. We, both still undecided, asked for a few (three) minutes to briefly study the map and make a decision. Unfortunately, we were then ignored by both service employees, so we left the cafe without having accomplished anything.

Although we are critical when it comes to restaurants in tourist hotspots, we were pleasantly surprised. Service 1A, very attentive and quick. Our food (pizza) was incredibly delicious, we even ate the edge. Only the toilets urgently need to be cleaned (and please do so regularly).

Recently I visited the cafe and would like to share my experience. The service was very friendly and the cafe is in a great location. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the pasta carbonara. I expected more. Next time I'll order something different, maybe I'll change my mind.

Price performance is really bad. Charging 16 euros for a normal pizza, even if it is good, is simply too expensive. Waitresses rude. Thank God this restaurant always has paying guests due to its location... I really can't recommend it.

Das / die Essen waren wirklich ausgezeichnet! Leider muss dringend am Service gearbeitet werden.....Mehrfach nach der Rechnung gefragt, nach 20 min zum Bezahlen nach drinnen gegangen und dort nochmals 10 min auf eine Rechnung gewartet! So etwas geht überhaupt nicht!

Putting two tables together due to a larger number of people was forbidden with an evil look and an evil tone! Impossible. This is not how you welcome your guests!

The food was very tasty. The staff very nice. The atmosphere is very nice. Points are deducted for the toilets, which we also told the staff and they promised improvement. To celebrate the day we received a free drink and tiramisu on the house and a photo. We'll definitely be back.

Service totally unfriendly...the customer is just a product here...unfortunately it's a shame...the location and the large number of tourists seem to overwhelm the staff and make them full.

The pizza was ok, but nothing special. Pasta dish not seasoned well. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately there was no invoice to check the individual items. Doctor's payment on Therese, between the door and the angel. A normal pizza was charged instead of the smaller children's pizza. A typical tourist restaurant where you don't have to worry about the quality.

The staff is not particularly friendly, you have the feeling that you are disturbing them. We ordered salad and Aperol. The salad came without dressing, it was our mistake that we didn't choose it when ordering, but the waitress didn't ask if we would like a dressing. They work there every day and should have the basics down pat. The Aperol Spritz was flawless. However, the prices are excessive.

Rarely have I had such a bad pizza and the spaghetti was watery too. Well, I don't want to say unkindly, let's call it neutral 😉 In addition to moving around, we “enjoyed” our food.

Italiener stand abends auf dem Plan, nach einer kurzen Wartezeit im Eingangsbereich bekamen wir einen Tisch zugewiesen an dem die Gäste aufstanden und das Restaurant verließen. Penne all' arrabiata und Pizza Reginella sollten es sein. Die Pasta war schmackhaft, aber nicht übermäßig scharf. Die Pizza hätte mehr Geschmack vertragen können.

The food was delicious, the Kros pizza and special requests were implemented. The waitress was very friendly, laughed and gave good advice. The young waiter, on the other hand, is very unfriendly, rolls his eyes when you want to order something and seems very annoyed. The restaurant itself was nicely furnished, only the floor and the toilet facilities were very dirty, something like that shouldn't be the case. Otherwise a great restaurant.

I always really enjoyed coming here; has now come to an end. The prices are very high. Well, if the food is good, I'm willing to pay more. But a €30 dish (No.74) shouldn't consist of 80% egg and 20% meat. Ambience much too bright. €11 starter made from old, hard bread that will ruin your gums (no, I don't have any problems with teeth etc.), no thanks. The best thing was actually the drinks (apple spritzer). I'm out of there. Short and sweet; look for other places. I'll try the Italian on the other side.

Waiters very accommodating, but unfortunately you don't feel comfortable in the atmosphere. Lights that are too bright, music that is constantly repeated or interrupted, and annoying noises from the television? The dish as a whole was very rough and not lovingly prepared. The prices are not justified either. A pity.

Gnocchi with four cheese sauce was not worth the money. Pizza is highly recommended. We had to wait a long time to place our order at the table. Table wobbled. We weren't asked whether it tasted good or whether everything was okay. Just eat quickly, pay and make room for the next people.

Very atmospheric ambience on the upper floor. The waiters were all very nice and quick and asked every now and then whether you were satisfied with the food. This is often no longer the norm in tourist restaurants. Food was warm and very tasty, drinks were good too. Location with a view of the Neumarkt at night is of course great. The sanitary facilities are also chic with golden mosaic tiles 👌.

Der Service war okay, aber der Kellner war unfreundlich. Zudem wurden halbe Portionen zurückgenommen, ohne nach dem Grund zu fragen. Die Location hingegen war angenehm.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience in the restaurant. The food was weak in taste, and it seemed like all the pasta dishes shared the same sauce and were processed products. Service was acceptable, although the waiter was rude and didn't ask when half portions were returned. The location, however, was fine.

Service and ambience were great. The food also came quite quickly. It's not too "fine" either, so we felt very comfortable with our little daughter. We didn't see a children's menu, but luckily pasta always works anyway ;-) The food was “ok”, but rich. The plates were full! We just lacked a bit of spice and originality.

Das Restaurant liegt ganz in der Nähe der Frauenkirche, also sehr zentral, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Gute Minestrone, aber weiche, nicht knusprige Pizza, was enttäuscht.

Eine absolute Frechheit was einen hier direkt an der Frauenkirche Angeboten wird, Kellner die einen nur kläglich bedienen, essen welches kalt auf den Tisch kam und geschmacklich eine voll Katastrophe!!! Ich bitte um eine Schließung des Restaurants!

Dieses Ristorante ist zu meiden. Due Pizza war mit Übermengen Rucola belegt, so dass der darunter zu erahnde Belag keine Chance hatte. Die Lasagne al forno war fern von forno und derart matschig, dass es mich schüttelte. Angesprochen beim Service erfolgte keine Reaktion. Schade. Offensichtlich wissen sie nicht was italienische Küche ist.

Ich (vegetarier) hatte große Hoffnungen nach der Vorspeise, welche super lecker war. Als wir dann richtig bestellten sagte ich zum Kellner, dass Parmesan nicht vegetarisch ist, und warum es dann auf einem vegetarischen Produkt ist. Er sah es nicht ein, und war danach beleidigt. Ich bekam Parmesan auf mein Essen, trotz dass es nicht auf der Karte bei diesem Produkt stand. Er hat mein Essen dann mitgenommen. Dazu haben wir ca. 1h auf das Essen warten müssen.

Das Essen war gut aber leider lässt die Freundlichkeit der Kellner zu wünschen übrig. Kein ''Hallo'' bei Aufnahme der Bestellung. Lange Wartezeiten obwohl nicht alle Tische belegt waren. Als ich nach der Rechnung gefragt habe, wurde ich unfreundlich mit ''nur Geduld" angepampt. Obwohl wir da bereits eine Stunde gesessen haben. Für die überteuerten Preise aufgrund des Standortes wünscht man sich schon besseren Service. Ich empfehle auch nicht die Toiletten zu benutzen. Diese haben schon länger keine Renigung gesehen.

Ich habe nach Platz für 5 Personen gefragt, eine andere Familie bekam Platz die nach uns kam. Nach meiner Frage hat die Kellnerin mich nichtmal angesehen und sagte Nein, obwohl es noch angekettete Stühle gab. Unfreundlich.

Es war leider nicht gut. Eigentlich wollten wir nebenan Sushi essen gehen. Da das Restaurant noch geschlossen hatte haben wir uns in das Ausonia gesetzt. Essen: Mittelmäßig - kann man machen, muss man aber nicht. Bedienung: - unfreundlich, lustlos, frech - Ständig wurde man von dem einen Kellner indirekt beim Essen gestört, da er alle Passanten die vorbei kamen in das Restaurant locken wollte - Dann durfte man sich noch anhören, weshalb man nicht alles aufgegessen hätte. Man hätte ja dann eine kleinere Portion nehmen können. - Beim bezahlen hat der andere Kellner sich einfach zu dem Tisch nebenan gedreht & die Bestellung aufgenommen Sonstiges: Bezahlung mit Karte erst ab 20€.

Ресторан находится в центре Дрездена, в туристической зоне, но при этом не имеет меню на английском языке!!! Предлагают туристам меню только на немецком и итальянском языках! Обслуживание ужасное, весь персонал ходит с недовольными лицами. Официант выглядел нервным и куда-то опаздывающим. Еда низкого качества и не соответствует заявленной цене. Салат подается в посуде, в которой его невозможно перемешать. Паста с лососем содержала копченый лосось и общий вкус был странным. Лазанья оказалась вполне съедобной. Просеко и эспрессо были вкусными. Не рекомендую к посещению данный ресторан. Зря потраченные время и деньги.

A boiled egg though was not a good idea. In the end, wanted the half pizza and half calzone to take home. After waiting 10 minutes we also wanted to pay... went inside and asked for our leftovers and they simply said "weg. Müll" and looked to his colleague. He said yeah, simply thrown away. Then we paid. Then om the way our of the door they asked if we wanted a coffee on the house. They threw away about 20€ worth of food but offered a coffee in return. I'm sure if we said we'd take that coffee to go they'd simply pour it down the drain before we made it to the door.

Typisch Italienische Küche, guter Service, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Restaurant und definitiv eine Empfehlung wert.

Waren abends spontan dort essen. Das Essen kam eher als unsere Getränke. Nach dem 2. Mal nachfragen, wo die Getränke bleiben, kamen diese dann auch endlich mal. Essen an sich war OK, nichts besonderes. Personal ging dafür halt überhaupt nicht. Es kam keine Entschuldigung für das Vergessen der Getränke und auch so kam auch nicht die Frage ob alles OK wäre. Als wir mit dem Essen fertig waren, wollten wir die restliche Pizza eingepackt haben. Unsere Bitte wurde mehrfach ignoriert, erst nach dem 3. Mal wurde die Pizza lieblos in Alufolie gepackt. Auch dafür gab es keine Einsicht bzw keine Entschuldigung. Es wurde noch gesagt, dass dies ja überhaupt nicht sein kann. Das war wohl das Erste und letzte Mal. Schade...
