Unfortunately, the food is inedible. The sausage is salty like aloe vera, and the oil is full. The shish kebab is chicken breast as it is and has no connection to shish kebab at all. Even the garlic wasn't good. The only fattoush that was edible out of the entire order. I put 40 euros and ate fattoush 😡

I ordered Mansaf Kibbeh twice, once for an engagement party, unfortunately each plate had only one Kibbeh and two small pieces of shish kebab. The taste is 2 out of 10 and the quantity is 1 out of 10.

We stayed here with the reuse company. You have a different idea of 4 stars. Is the hotel facing bankruptcy? The food that was included in the price of the trip was worse than what you would expect from a snack bar. There was no beer, only Hefeweizen, which not everyone likes. On the second day, a Monday, there was still no beer to order. When I asked how something like this was possible, the answer came from a nice young lady, by the way: we've been waiting a week for delivery... That gives you a deep insight. Strange hair in the bathroom. When we checked in, we arrived promptly at 3 p.m. and were made to wait 30 minutes for the room key. The porter was no match for the arriving guests. Overall not recommended.

The staff are a disgrace, unfriendly. Apparently, there are no more appointments available (even though the doctor ordered acute treatment within 14 days). Appointments are only possible in three months! A report has been made to the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians! It's a waste of time to go there!

It was a beautiful, warm summer evening, and music was playing at the market. I sat down at a table and wanted a bite to eat. I didn't have to wait long for service and ordered a drink and number 108 from the current menu, "Pecorino Pomodori." The salad was supposed to be dressed with tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, garlic, and onions. Dear friends of refined gastronomy, what then arrived at the table was a culinary and visual revelation. The fixed components of the salad, carelessly placed on the plate, were 8 small halved tomatoes (16 halves), 6 cubes of feta cheese, a few small pieces of garlic, 2 pieces of an onion ring, and 4 black olives that had obviously reached their best at the end of the previous week. There was no way they were dressed. The salt mill was missing from the table (my neighbor was kind enough to do so), I couldn't persuade the pepper mill to add pepper, and the bottles for the vinegar and olive oil were stale. I'm a frugal consumer and cautious about negative reviews, but this is completely unacceptable. I tried to voice my criticism cautiously. The response was as helpless as it was sobering: "I'm sorry." The restaurant industry certainly doesn't have it easy, but here you can clearly see the "tourist restaurant" trend. I'm leaving in a few days, and the restaurant won't care if I return. The next tourist will just come along and order the 108.
