The success seems to have gone to the company's head. There's no other way I can explain how people are turned away at the stand in the Chemnitz Center at 7:15 p.m. with the words "there's nothing left" after sales had been going on 10 minutes earlier. But I just had to go to the store for a moment. It was probably up to me... I always enjoyed buying the food. Too bad!

As a family we have always enjoyed eating Langos and the quality was always the best in the area, but when we paid 4.50 euros for a mini Langos to take away yesterday at the Christmas market in Chemnitz with a 5 euro note, the remaining money was withheld saying that the box costs 50 cents. I pointed out to the staff that this surcharge wasn't visible on any menu and then had to be pestered and told to leave. Absolute impudence to demand money for services that were not obvious and then dealing with customers is not possible at all.
