So I ordered via Lieferando and even specifically wrote kebab only with tomato and onion and meat and he just brings me kebab with complete salad. I think that's not normal. This has happened to me several times.. I think the employees don't speak German or something like that.. then they shouldn't work if they can't read German..

I just ordered via the Persepolis app and according to the order it says 60 minutes delivery time. I waited these 60 minutes and no delivery came, 20 minutes later I called and asked where the order was and the employee said we have a lot of orders and they are NOW PREPARED..... 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES LATER. .... then I would have had to wait another 30 to 45 minutes so I asked if I could get a discount on the order and this was answered in the negative. I had to cancel the order, not because of the discount but because of the delay. I will never order anything there again and hope many people follow this post, you can't treat your customers like that.

They gave us falafel without falafel when we ordered delivery from Liferando. Just pita bread with cabbage

Welcome to the first truly negative review of my life: I ordered there and the delivery time was a disgrace! After over two hours and a very angry call, the delivery arrived within four minutes. For an additional delivery fee and this waiting time after the mentioned 35 minutes, it was simply bottomless. The driver is really incredibly nice, but the company's entire scheduling is a catastrophe and therefore even well-intentioned words no longer help. It's no wonder that the entire delivery was ice cold after two hours of driving. The taste of the order was average, but the prices were not. Above-average prices for average performance and below-average delivery times. In short: NEVER AGAIN! Even if the bread is already moldy, it's better! Both in terms of price, taste and time!

I am extremely disappointed with Persepolis on Sonnenberg. It's a shame to even call what's sold here a kebab. I am someone who basically eats everything and rarely dislikes something. I've never spurned a kebab and not finished it, but what I received here was simply not edible. The meat is an unseasoned mush that tastes like nothing. The sauce or red cabbage - I'm not sure - tasted sour which made the kebab simply inedible. I was really disgusted by it. Nothing like this has really ever happened to me. I've already eaten at another Persepolis on Paul-Bertz-Straße and also at "Zum Haineck" (the same owner), where the kebab was at least "OK". So it was clear to me that I wouldn't be served any culinary treats here. But I have never eaten anything as disgusting as in this shop - which in no way deserves to be called a kebab. After this visit I will now avoid everything that is associated with Persepolis in Chemnitz. You really shouldn't expect anything here! It's a shame that there are hardly any decent kebab shops in Chemnitz that actually offer Turkish specialties!

It's a shame you can't deduct stars. A stated delivery time of 40 minutes for 3 km is strong, but turning the 40 minutes into more than 120 minutes is an outrage. Despite repeated phone calls and the promise that the food should be there in 5 minutes, nothing happened. I can't judge whether the food tastes good. After more than 2 hours the food can no longer be warm. If you then have to let people make a fool of you because you complain... you can't think of anything anymore.

The hottest kebab/pizza I've ever eaten. Unfortunately the delivery service is never on time but the food is worth it. You will still receive your food and drinks no later than 10 minutes later than stated in the email. The food is never cold, the drinks are always well chilled and you are always treated kindly, no matter what time it is. Even if you get a little hungry at night, the food is always fresh and damn tasty!!!!! Keep it up and thank you for being here.

Unfortunately, a lot went wrong with our order today. We ordered a kebab plate with rice. The rice was completely overcooked and therefore inedible, and there was also very little garlic sauce on it, which made everything very dry. We ordered via Lieferando from Perspolis on Fürstenstraße. When we complained over the phone, we were referred to Haineck on Hainstrasse, as all deliveries are made from there.

Perspolis or Haineck makes very tasty food, and I am very grateful that I can write there from time to time. I can only recommend it.

I don't order anymore now because the quality of the pizza has deteriorated dramatically. Currently I can get a frozen pizza for €4 - €5 that tastes better. Personally, I think it's a shame that the pizza has deteriorated so much. I used to love ordering it. Maybe the boss in the store checks the quality again and improves the preparation of the pizza again. I will definitely order this again very often.

I ordered 3x pizza (2x tuna and 1x salami with extra corn) + a portion of fries. A salami pizza came without corn. And 2x tuna pizza without onions, even though it said "tuna with onions" when ordering. When we noticed while eating that all 3 pizzas were moldy, we called and were told that new ones would be delivered and that the driver would take the moldy ones away. When the driver came with the new pizza, he was still upset because we had already eaten the moldy pizza. After a long discussion, he angrily gave us back 2 moldy pizzas and said "Given here" and only took one moldy pizza with him and wanted the receipt back.

Delivery time was okay and was adhered to. I ordered a kebab and then had the worst stomach cramps...sorry but I won't order there again.

I ordered there today and found the food good and warm. (2x kebabs 1x noodles) The driver didn't find our address straight away and called me but with a little English I was able to give him directions. It was also a very nice driver. Gladly again :)

Food was ice cold. The salad and red cabbage felt like they came fresh from the freezer. Meat completely full of sauce was really not enjoyable, but we also had to wait 1.5 hours for the supplier. We ended up complaining and got a bottle of champagne, which was Njom Njom Njom.

Yesterday I ordered from Persepolis in Chemnitz via Lieferando. To be honest, I was a little put off by all the reviews here on Google Maps at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered for 11:00 p.m., the food arrived at 11:15 p.m., which is absolutely no problem as there is a lot of construction on the roads at the moment. The food itself was fresh and still very warm. And most importantly: it was very, very tasty :) The driver was very friendly. For me there is no criticism. Gladly again ;)
