So 1 star only for the fries, they were okay and relatively warm. The employees were rude, annoyed and gossiping about customers is not possible. Service leaves a lot to be desired. If you don't feel like working, you shouldn't do it, because the customer is actually king!!! The prices are just too expensive...

The food is ice cold, the ingredients chosen are repeatedly missing, the driver doesn't speak German, unfortunately he's the poorest in the whole chain. In addition, it is offered with a discount online and is still charged without a discount on Paypal. And on the phone you are always told off that it was a mistake...

I really don't give bad reviews, but that's just cheeky. I ordered, delivery time should be a maximum of 40 minutes, I've been waiting for 70 minutes now, you give tips in advance at Lieferando, so they apparently rest on it. And the customer feels fooled. Just state if you think it will take time and don't let anyone buy a pig in a poke when it comes to time.
