Restaurant der DGUV Akademie in Dresden

Sufficient for a seminar restaurant. There are no highs, but no lows either. The provision for the seminars is good. The employees are friendly and competent.

The buffet restaurant initially offers a wide selection of dishes and also a salad buffet that is initially nice to look at. However, once you take the first bite, you either taste nothing or alternatively you taste convenience food, i.e. ready-made meals. No potatoes are peeled here, let alone vegetables are cut (except for the completely tasteless tomatoes and cucumbers on the salad buffet). This is where things are thawed and then usually cooked for too long. Noodles, vegetables, soft and watery. Here it tastes as if all cooking and individuality have been banished. Large amounts of meat do not make food good either. On a positive note, I would like to say that on some days (apparently) fresh home-baked bread is offered, which actually tastes good. The kohlrabi schnitzels last week were also okay. But that was it! Please! Please! Start cooking! Not the cheapest. Less but good meat, the same applies to vegetables. This institution is about health! And of course, you have to invest, but it will be worth it.
