If I could, I'd love to give it zero stars!! The staff on April 2, 2025, at 8:10 PM was very rude, rude, etc. There were two people in front of me, and I had to wait until 8:28 PM. When I asked how long it would be, the staff told me "until it's ready." I didn't take any food with me because I had to catch my train at 8:31 PM. This has nothing to do with a fast-food restaurant! In fact, it's more like a sleeper car!! I paid €6.98, and all I got was waiting time, not citizenship!! Thanks for nothing!!! If I were the boss and read this review, the staff could report me to the unemployment office.

Sorry, but here I had the impression that I was sitting in a coffee shop on campus. It in no way lives up to the high standards of the manufactory. The staff doesn't seem to be qualified and seems very unstructured.

Too bad even for a simple fast food pizza. Tomato sauce tastes like ketchup and the pizza is baked in a pan. Industrial goods without taste.

I don't understand the negative reviews here at all. Been here a few times now and always thought it was great. It was tasty and the people were nice. If you can't manage to walk there, don't be surprised if the food is delivered and it might be a little drier. The Eisi definitely has nothing better to offer.

Used to be good, but has been declining significantly for some time now (orders very late, cold). Today: The order came too late, was cold and with the wrong sauce - I can't tolerate it (journey 6-7 minutes). Called there. "Yes, sorry, I'll do it again, but be patient, 20-30 minutes". I was hungry and didn't want a new kebab plate, but rather my money back (I would have returned the goods untouched). "No, I made the order" and hung up. Then no one answered at first. 5 minutes later, demand from management > "Not there. I'll do a new one..." (same text as above, then also hung up). I then drove there myself, neatly placed the goods and receipt on the counter and asked for my money. I then received this with the stupid words “You won’t be ordering anything from us in the future!”. No self-reflection whatsoever. I made it clear that the error was not mine, but the company's. No insight from even one of the five apprentices. Thank you, I will definitely never order from you again!

This was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The hollandaise sauce was hard to find. It was completely dry, and the ham was also dry, as if it had been sitting outside for days. If it hadn't been two pizzas at the same time, it would have been debatable. What a pity for the good Hallo Pizza.
