Almost any problem can be resolved very easily on site or by telephone. It would be nice if more satisfied customers expressed their opinions to give a real picture. Absolutely worst Dominos in Dresden. When ordered, pizzas either arrive after 1 hour and are therefore cold or have completely wrong toppings and are not cut. Great drivers, very helpful and understanding. I've had very good, solid experiences with Dominos so far, but this really disappointed me.

Ordered pizza, rösti sticks and goat rings about a week ago. Everything was cold upon delivery (with a delivery time of only 30 minutes). The goat rings and rösti sticks were soggy, as if they had just been left briefly in the sun to thaw instead of being baked or fried. the pizza was anything but crispy. also seemed like it had been briefly warmed up. I have the feeling that the store doesn't make various products fresh but prepares them in stock and then only warms them up briefly. There is no other way to explain why everything is cold despite a short delivery time. Incidentally, this is not the case in other Dominos branches.

We order almost every Sunday and then pick up. Everything always works out great and the pizza is delicious.

Just ordered a beef hash brown pizza and got pretty much the most disgusting coldest and driest pizza ever. Let's go through this case for the barrel: "Creamy cream sauce" is not an option, I have dry dough with a hint of dried something in front of me. “Tender, melt-in-your-mouth mozzarella” where is that supposed to be? "Juicy grilled burger crumble" JUICY?! The stuff almost turns to dust! The “crispy Röstisticks” are sticky and dry. Seriously dominoes?! Such cold, inedible garbage for €14? Thanks, now I have to order some real food.

For the second time in a row, the dough is barely baked through, almost raw. Too bad. We're ordering somewhere else now.

Of course you can also calculate it, as you should, but to deny yourself such a small thing and opportunity for additional income is stupid in business terms... There's no tip either... I ordered today, August 18th, 2024 at around 7:15 p.m. from Dominos Pizza Alaunstr. In Dresden. After an hour and a half the food still wasn't there. So I called and politely asked what was going on. The employee on the phone seemed very annoyed and recommended that if it took me too long I could pick up my food. I then asked his name to complain about him. He didn't give his name and simply hung up. Maybe Dominos Pizza should consider whether they want to continue working with such an unfriendly and annoyed employee and whether they are putting their reputation at risk through such employees.

We've been waiting for 90 minutes now and no one is answering the phone in the restaurant. There are 3 pizzas and the app says delivery time is between 15 and 40 minutes. Period 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and I only live 2 streets away

The food: The pasta Cheesyo tasted good, but was still lukewarm when it arrived and relatively dry because I was missing some cream sauce and the pasta was delivered in cardboard, which I personally don't like. Furthermore, it could have been a little more in terms of the portion in terms of price-performance ratio. The service: The service on the phone was friendly as was the driver. LG

When I lived in Dresden until 9 months ago, I always went to these Dominos when I was in the Alaun Park and was always satisfied. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is always ready super quickly and simply great.

It used to be great, but now it's standard that something is forgotten, the wrong thing arrives and you pay for double sauce, but you don't get it. I was annoyed last time.

Domino's Pizza in Dresden Neustadt offers service at a high level: the staff is attentive, friendly, fast, and helpful. - I have been ordering 1-2 times a week for >5 years and have ALWAYS been satisfied. - Unfortunately, I don't know this at all from other food delivery chains (regardless of whether it's a pizza or burger delivery service); The Neustädter Domino's are a really strikingly rare exception. For a pizza delivery chain, Domino's pizzas are surprisingly tasty. I can't say the same for the other top dogs, all of which I've tried - but that's obviously a matter of taste. It's also clear: this isn't an Italian stone oven pizza, but it's still a regular order. - And I'm neither a pizza nor fast food freak; I order when I didn't have time to cook for the kids. And the kids love pasta (of course!) - or the pizzas from Domino. I find the price-performance ratio to be appropriate. Just order and pay online, view the completion status online, have it picked up/delivered - everything is easy. And crucially, of course: no miserable waiting times until the pizza is ready and there or ready to be picked up. I have no idea how anyone gets bad reviews. Probably had a stupid day, very hungry and in a bad mood. - In any case, I don't understand it. Full marks from me. Basta.

I regularly order via the Dominos app. Works great, whether pickup or delivery. You can choose everything individually, select coupons and pay straight away in the app. You can see the current status in five steps. The pizzas are always delicious, the quality and price are completely ok here! The staff is also very friendly. It's a shame that some bad reviews here just want to vent their frustration...

Just the usual domino pizza Place

Bestelle hier regelmäßig, meistens schmeckt es ganz okay. Nervig sind die Coupons, die dauernd zugemailt werden und wenn man sie nutzen will, kommt die Meldung "Coupon bereits verbraucht". Schade, dass bei Veggi-Gerichten nicht klar welcher Fleischersatz verwendet wird. Ich vertrage kein Soja/Tofu, habe aber kein Problem mit Saitan.

Ich habe schon in vielen Dominos in Europa gegessen und muss sagen, dass diese Pizza die beste überhaupt ist. In allen anderen wurde der Teig "frisch" per Hand auf semola gezogen. Hier ist der Teig schon vorbereitet, was geschmacklich um einiges besser ist als wenn man noch mehr semola(hartweizengriess) hinzufügt. Bisher war ich von Domino extrem enttäuscht aber hier kann man eine gute Pizza bekommen die mit einer italienischen Pizza mithalten kann.

Wollten eigentlich ins Restaurant gehen, sind aber hier gelandet aufgrund der Parkplatzsituation. Ist mehr auf Fußgänger ausgelegt, ist halt zentral in Dresden Neustadt. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat mit uns Gescherzt. Das Essen war schnell gemacht und uns gebracht. Die nette Servicekraft brachte uns auch noch Optionen wie knoblauchöl. Das Essen war total gut und lecker. Sehr schmackhaft.
