Wonderful restaurant with wonderful host :)

Short trip to Leipzig. While looking for a restaurant near our accommodation, we came across the beetle. The innkeeper was very nice! The food, roulades, hamburgers and schnitzel with spicy meat and cheese was super delicious. We were all full and satisfied.

The pizza is freshly prepared in the stone oven and tastes very tasty.

Nice beer garden and a friendly gentleman who served us. The beer was cold, the coffee was hot and the ice cream was cold. Everything fine!

Nice restaurant, with friendly staff and delicious food. Whether spare ribs, carbonara or beef roulade, everything is recommended with a delicious selection of beer.

We ordered a table, the employees stood outside, we greeted them warmly and walked past them and sat down at a table and waited. After waiting a quarter of an hour, we had enough. No waitress was interested in us. Now I understand why no one is ever in there. We ordered a table especially for our wedding anniversary, but experience has shown me that the guest is not valued there. We then went to Sternhöhe, where you are still valued as a guest, we are also German!!!

A really very good experience. We are here on assembly and were looking for something at short notice. The food was very good (men's toast and steak gratinated) and, above all, great value for money! The service was very friendly and on the ball. Beer is delicious too 😉 If we end up here again at some point, we'll come back :) No card payment possible, which didn't bother us 😀
