We were there as part of a small event, Lutz is a nice guy. Drinks are delicious, steaks were great too. Maybe modernize a little here and there and that's fine. I'd love to come back.

If you don't need luxury and like good home cooking, this is the place for you. We were warmly welcomed and served in this garden restaurant by a very nice couple. The food was fresh and plentiful. Great value for money. Simply recommended. THANKS!!!

I would say it's a "secret tip" The best fried potatoes I've ever eaten. An inconspicuous restaurant, on the edge of the allotment gardens. Not visible from the side street. From the outside it looks more like a roof and that's more or less what it is. A large winter garden or canopy. The older couple runs this restaurant. The older gentleman takes the order and brings the food. Very friendly and personable. The woman cooks the food. It is freshly prepared. Very tasty and well seasoned. We had breaded schnitzel, the breading on the schnitzel is perfect, even breaded and fried. Fried potatoes with onions, super tasty, all homemade. You can clearly see the different small onion cubes, so you can see that they are all cut from fresh onions. And just like the different sized pieces of potato slices. These were the best fried potatoes I have ever eaten. Everything here is actually home-cooked. A big compliment to the lady cook. We enjoyed it very much, no... it was excellent.

Hello dear hosts, it was a really nice evening with you yesterday. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was exactly ours. As hosts, you were very warm and you immediately felt at home. The seating options outside and inside are great if the weather doesn't cooperate. The music was just as great. We will be back . Next time I'll eat pork knuckle. Already chosen :). Stay the way you are and keep doing what you are doing. The nearby playground was also really nice for our children.

Today is Labor Day, and yes, work was done here and it was perfect. Really “eat like your mothers”. It is a garden restaurant that surpasses a 5 star restaurant in terms of food and friendliness. We'll definitely be back, the portions are huge - the prices are reasonable. We had egg tarts, we had never seen anything like that before, mega big and a lot of applesauce, the fries couldn't be compared to fast food or frozen food - an indescribable taste. Farmer's breakfast, 1 cucumber left. Steak au four was also lovingly packaged as it was not made. The sliced ​​turkey was eaten - it was too tasty... Enough of the good, not that we won't get a table next time, we say thank you and see you soon...

Very hospitable The musical ones were accepted. The portions were huge and were extremely filling. Not only was it super tasty, the waitress put all his heart and soul into it so that no one's wish was denied. I found it very satisfactory that if you change your side dishes there are no additional costs. The food was damn tasty and the plate was full to the brim. There is enough space for children and there is plenty to keep them busy thanks to the diverse playgrounds. 5/5 everyone rating and 7/5 for Lutz our host. I found the place online. Since I like good, home-style food and that kind of atmosphere, we decided to go for it. The decision was the RIGHT one, called beforehand and announced the number of people, places would be prepared accordingly. Since it is a family business, you have to be prepared for waiting times due to the small number of staff depending on how busy the restaurant is, but it is limited, in contrast to some busy restaurants. Wieder einmal war unsere gesamte Gruppe im Radabing. Anlass war das 2- jährige Bestehen des Gartenlokals. Man kann wieder einmal sagen, es war toll bei euch, Musik klasse, Essen super und euer Personal und ihr als Gastronomen sowieso. After the sport, we were looking for something cozy, tasty, affordable and solid. We found this oasis of well-being in which we were not only able to fill ourselves completely with one portion, but were also served in an authentic and friendly manner. The prices make you want to come back - especially since the food is really freshly prepared. Given the rather hidden location, it's an insider tip: Here you can get really rustic Saxon home-style cooking. In the spirit of an allotment restaurant, the menu is manageable, but what's on it tastes excellent. Here you can come out as a family fed up and happy without becoming poor. The portions are just as big as the owners' love for their restaurant, and the prices are more than fair. The food is freshly cooked and your own wishes are not an issue at all. I had the pork knuckle (with fried potatoes, which were really delicious), and my child got two huge and very tasty egg tarts with apple sauce, the leftovers of which he had to pack up because a whole portion was far too big (according to previous warning). I would particularly like to emphasize the attention of the owners, who are like bees everywhere at the same time and do everything to make the guests feel at home. This almost family atmosphere absolutely reflects the restaurant's motto "Feed like your mother eats". We'll definitely be back. PS: I would like to emphasize that this goulash soup is incredibly good. The meat is incredibly tender and the soup tastes wonderfully strong. Definitely try it!

Wir sind waren vor 1 Jahr schon sehr angenehm von der Gastfreundschaft vom Wirt und seiner Frau, zugleich Köchin, in dieser urigen Gartenkneipe überrascht! Nun war eine Wiederholung fällig... An unseren 3 Abenden verbrachten wir hier 2 davon ! Nicht nur die gute alte Zeit ist hier stehen geblieben, sondern auch die Preise und das in der schweren heutigen Zeit. Wir haben Gulasch mit Rotkohl und Klößen als Tagesangebot sowie leckeres selbst paniertes Schnitzel bestellt. Das Essen wirklich wie bei Muttern!` Das Bier gut gezapft und der Weißwein angenehm kalt. Ein kleiner Schnack mit den lieben Wirtsläuten gehörte natürlich auch dazu. Wir freuen uns auf Bald!

As a Hanoverian, I would like to find such caring hosts at home too. Price/performance ratio is right. Dogs are welcome and fish is prepared and tastes good, so anyone who expects good food at reasonable prices will not be disappointed. I can only recommend it.

We ate there on Sunday last weekend and I have to say it tasted very tasty. At least you can eat something that is salted and you don't have to worry about seasoning. Price performance top prices for the amount of food. The hosts are very nice and they will play if you wish You can also play the song you want. It's also very nice that the children have a playground there and can keep themselves busy. If you're nearby, I can only recommend taking a break there and eating there. It's worth it itself.

Die Bratkartoffeln waren super. Perfekt gewürzt und das Fleisch dass es dazu gab war auch perfekt. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Genau so wie der Service. Sehr freundlich und höflich. Einfach Top!

Wer mit DDR Standart Räumlich kein Problem hat ist hier richtig, Essen lecker, Hausmannskost, alles frisch gemacht, zuvorkommende Bedienung, kommen gerne wieder....Spielplatz für Kinder....

Einfach und ursprünglich ist dieses Gartenlokal aber wer das mag ist dort genau richtig. Die Wirtsleute sehr freundlich. Im Außenbereich gibt es einen Spielplatz mit Sandkasten, sehr schön für Kinder. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und wird frisch zubereitet. Wir werden wiederkommen. 👍🌻

Angerufen, ob geöffnet (ja, laut Gastwirt auch gut, vorher anzurufen) Vor Ort kleine feine deutsche Karte (20 Speisen inkl Vorspeisen und für kleinen Hunger). entspannte Atmosphäre, Gartenkneipe halt. Das Betreiber Ehepaar kocht selbst, Schnitzel mit Ei und Pommes und ein großes Radler für 13,14€. Stark. Absolut empfehlenswert!! Komme wieder vorbei, wenn es zeitlich passt und auf dem Weg liegt.

Total liebe leute und tolle stimmung hier

Wir sind durch Zufall im Internet auf diese Gartenkneipe aufmerksam geworden. Wir waren in Leipzig als Weihnachtsmarktbesucher unterwegs und suchten ein Lokal mit deutscher bodenständiger Küche und wurden nicht entäuscht! Die Inhaber haben uns sehr freundlich Willkommen geheissen. Wir bestellten Schnitzel, Hamburger Art und mit Erbsen. Nach der Bestellung hörten wir wie das Fleisch in der Küche geklopft wurde. Nach ca 15-20 Minuten kam unser bestelltes Essen an den Tisch. Es war mehr als reichlich und sehr lecker! Der Wirt kam mehrfach an den Tisch und fragte ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Allen Respekt!!! Wir sind als Touristen gekommen und als Freunde gegangen. Garantiert werden wir als Wiederholungstäter im kommenden Jahr wieder hier einkehren. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Das meine erste Bewertung überhaupt. Und auch nur weil das Essen hier top ist. Wer oft auf Messen unterwegs ist kennt das. Teure Hotels, schlechtes oder mittelmäßiges Essen, siehe München oder Frankfurt. Im schönen Leipzig ist es anders. Im Hotel nebenan gut und sehr sauber übernachten und hier abends essen. Einfach ausprobieren und im Zweifelsfall kurz vorher anrufen ob geöffnet ist. Kleine Karte aber alles frisch gemacht und Preis / Leistung mehr als gut.

Wir waren zu einer runden Geburtstagsfeier hierhin eingeladen. Auf Wunsch der Gastgeberin wurde das Abendessen auf dem Grill vom Wirt zubereitet und selbstgebackener Kuchen durfte mitgebracht werden. Der Raum war schön ausgeschmückt und bot das passende Ambiente für unsere kleine Runde von 15 Personen. Der Wirt ging auf alle Wünsche der Gäste ein. Zur musikalischen Umrahmung konnten Wunschlisten geschrieben werden, die dann alle abgearbeitet wurden und das Tanzbein wurde geschwungen. Auch ein Dart ist vorhanden und trug zur kurzweiligen Unterhaltung bei. Alles in allem eine gelungene Feier ermöglicht durch die Inhaber und das Personal dieser Lokalität, etwas versteckt im Westen Leipzigs die wir rundum weiterempfehlen können. P.S. Direkt vor dem Lokal gibt es einen Kinderspielplatz, inklusive Sandkasten.

Wir waren heute kurzentschlossen zum Abendessen in der Gaststätte(etwas schwer zu finden). Wir wurden sehr nett willkommen geheißen und konnten hier sehr gut essen. Es wurde alles frisch zubereitet und war sehr lecker. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und Preise echt fair.
