Gemütliches Restaurant mit kleinem Sitzbereich außen in einer etwas ruhigeren Straße. Kleine Karte, dafür sehr schöne ausgewählte Gerichte. Die Cocktails sind fantastisch, der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gern wieder!

Sehr schönes Örtchen für Getränke mit Freunden oder auch Abendessen, ruhige Lage mit sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre und einem nettem und freundlichen Eigentümer Willy

Wir hatten ein Mittagessen als Hochzeitsgesellschaft im Kolinar. Es hat uns und allen Gästen sehr gut gefallen. Jedes einzelne Gericht war etwas ganz besonderes und gut durchdacht. Auch die Getränke waren hochwertig und das Ambiente hat zu einer lockeren Atmosphäre eingeladen. Danke an Willy und das Team vom Kolinar für dieses tolle Erlebnis!

10/10, er hat mir ein maßgeschneidertes Wassermelonen-Steak zubereitet, es war das Beste, was ich je gegessen habe.

Ein super nettes Lokal. Wenige, aber toll zusammengestellte Gerichte. Wo gibt es sonst Krause Glucke auf der Karte. Der Wirt ist sehr freundlich. Die live Musik an dem Tag super. An den Außentischen kann man sich trotzdem unterhalten.

Sehr nettes, kleines Lokal mit origineller Asiatisch/ Spanischer Küche. Sehr netter Service, ein toller, rauchiger Negroni. Eine Entdeckung in Leipzig. Wir hatten Vorspeisen, cocktail, Icetee und 2 Hauptgerichte (Enoki und Thunfisch).

Das Essen war hervorragend und die Bedienung unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich, obwohl ich kein Deutsch spreche. Absolut empfehlenswert! Mein Lieblingsessen in Leipzig!

Mein Mann und ich waren zweimal dort essen und jedesmal sehr angetan von dem so liebevoll gestalteten, gemütlichen Ambiente, der Musik, dem Service und natürlich den Speisen 🙏🙏 Die Speisen waren sehr appetitlich angerichtet und sehr schmackhaft. Wir können das Restaurant seeehr empfehlen 👍👍

Ein wirklich schönes, ruhiges, nicht sehr großes und gemütliches Restaurant. Man kann sich gut unterhalten. Der Service war echt total zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Speisekarte ist erfreulich übersichtlich und das Essen welches man bekommt wirklich sehr fein und liebevoll zubereitet. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die hauseigenen Limonaden. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Super service, ungezwungen und nett! saisonales knackiges angebot. liebe ja kleinere auswahl an gerichten bevor es zu viele gibt und die qualität leidet. hatte das vegan flame steak auf enoki-plots basis mit bärlauchspinat und drillingskartoffeln mit chipotle sauce, ein wahre frühlingshafte geschmacksreise. sehr weiterzu empfehlen !! hier kommt jeder mensch auf seinen gesmchack (vegan, vegetarisch oder doch fleischesser*in)

Sehr süß und gemütlich, dazu gehobene Küche. Die Atmosphäre ist herrlich und das Essen köstlich. Fast unerwartet – von außen wirkt das Lokal eher unscheinbar. Ein echter Geheimtipp! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Heute war ich im Kolinar, Leipzig, Kolinnarstr 12, sehr cool, authetisch, tolle Küche, Sterne Niveau, sehr zu empfehlen, Willi, der Inhaber ist voll der Held... hinsetzen, genießen und sich treiben lassen ... mein Geheimtipp !!!

Ich bin sehr beeindruckt. Ein super schönes kleines und gemütliches Restaurant mit wechselnder Karte. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und wird frisch zubereitet. Ich hatte einen Lachs mit Nudeln. In vielen Restaurants bekommt man ein Haufen Nudeln und wenig Fisch, hier nicht! Ein schöne Portion mit einem wunderbaren Fisch von erstklassiger Qualität. Super zubereitet und geschmacklich eine 10/10. Zudem gibt es eine nette Auswahl an selbst gemachten Getränken. Limonaden sind sehr lecker, jedes Getränk schmeckt einzigartig, sowas findet man nicht im Supermarkt. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wirklich jedem empfehlen und bin auch nach mehreren Besuchen jedes Mal aufs Neue beeindruckt.

Absoluter Höhepunkt!!! Es war so köstlich! Wir hatten eine Vorspeise, die unglaublich lecker war! 🤩 Ich hatte Ente, einfach himmlisch zart. Mein Mann hatte Lamm, es war so zart, dass die ganze Portion völlig ausgereicht hätte! 🤩👍 Ein so genussvoller und gemütlicher Abend, und der Kellner war einfach fantastisch und sehr freundlich!! Das Ambiente im Restaurant war erstklassig!

Yesterday, we visited the "insider tip" Kolinar for the first time. A very nice ambiance, the service, the bar, and the kitchen immediately convey a warm welcome. A small menu, great fresh dishes, and excellent wine recommendations. A little different from the traditional restaurant, but still welcoming and friendly. We'll be coming more often now.

Yesterday, we spontaneously strolled through Kolonnadenstraße and discovered this small restaurant that we simply couldn't pass by. A mix of perfectly harmonious ambiance, a great service staff/owner, delicious food, and good drinks made our stay for several hours very pleasant. You can sit outside and soak up the atmosphere of Kolonnadenstraße, or enjoy the time inside at a table or on the bar stools. The food was delicious, and there was no long wait. We were particularly impressed by the homemade dips and sauces. You feel very well looked after. We will definitely be back at Kolinar and encourage everyone to do the same.

To round off a lovely day, we decided to have dinner at Kolinar as a group, and we didn't regret it! The food, ambiance, and service were truly excellent. We'd love to come back :)

What can I say... a true enrichment for Leipzig's culinary scene. Exceptional dishes prepared with love and passion, incredibly delicious! Everything is fresh and not a system restaurant, varied and surprising. But even for "just" a drink, Kolinar is highly recommended, as the decor, atmosphere, and service make this place a real insider tip in Leipzig. Kolinar is a great restaurant, a cool bar, and for some time now, a really hip cultural venue, as it also hosts live music and other truly wonderful events with lots of heart and passion.

We were a huge group and the waiters were super nice and funny, youth vibe and beautiful varied music!!!

On a rainy Friday, after a long evening, we found our way to this lovely restaurant. Despite the late hour, we were greeted with open arms and pleasant conversation. We were served and entertained to the sounds of atmospheric music. It was a memorable evening, and we will definitely return at the next best opportunity. The ambiance was extremely pleasant!

My absolute favorite restaurant in Leipzig. The food is excellent. There are always new, delicious dishes. A very pleasant atmosphere; I always enjoy coming back. Highly recommended.

In short, I wouldn't go back. It was very nicely decorated and cozy, but the food was, in my opinion, merely solid, and at a very high price. There was only one dish on the menu for vegetarians/vegans. The service was nice, but we waited so long for the food with no explanation. It was literally over an hour, and then everything came one after the other.

The shop is slowly becoming one of my favorites in Leipzig. Yesterday was my fourth visit to the small and fine restaurant and everything was great again. The two girls in service do their job really well and are super friendly. We had the lamb steak and the miso salmon and I have to say, we were both blown away by the taste that was offered to us. This time I had the salsiccia with fennel as a starter, which was also really tasty. - The tapas variations on the menu are also ideal as a starter. The cozy atmosphere also invites you to linger longer, so we treated ourselves to a drink or two after dinner. We'll definitely be back! Very cool shop! But you should make a reservation as the store is always very busy.

Nice service, relaxed atmosphere and delicious food. Unfortunately I have to give 3 stars for the prices, which were incomprehensible to me without a “justification” such as regional products, organic seals, etc. The food was tasty but really too expensive. I'm just referring to the starters as I didn't have a main course.

The Kolinar is a real insider tip! The ambience is an excellent mix of cozy and elegant. The food varies seasonally and after a few visits now I can say that the quality and creativity endures. The whole thing is topped off by the warmth of the team. My conclusion: The overall package lets you feel (and taste) that the Kolinar is run with passion!

I've been eating at Kolinar regularly since it opened and highly recommend it! It has a fantastic, creative menu with something for everyone, delicious drinks, a great atmosphere, great staff, and fair prices. It's very quaint and, given its size, very cozy and intimate. You can tell that everything there is freshly prepared with love (even most of the drinks). It's definitely my favorite restaurant in Leipzig, whether inside in the winter or outside on the charming Kolonnadenstraße in the summer.

This restaurant is simply a dream! The food was outstanding – fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared, and creatively presented. The service staff is very attentive, friendly, and always there to help, without being intrusive. The location is beautiful, with a great ambiance that invites you to linger. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back!

Overall we had a nice evening. However, a few points meant that it wasn't perfect. It was a bit cold in the restaurant even though I was wearing a sweater. The price level is generally a bit higher - at least I don't think €8 for a small bowl of olives is cheap. Unfortunately there were only three main courses: Wagyu, salmon, vegan. The plates were not preheated, so the food stayed warm for a shorter time (even in the cold room temperature). It still tasted good and the service was good. I still don't know whether I'll come back because the price, performance and atmosphere don't quite match.

We were here for dinner – very friendly service, delicious drinks, and great food. A starter was out of stock, so the chef personally came over and suggested alternatives – very straightforward. Reservations are recommended, as there are limited seating. You should allow some time for the meal, but you'll be rewarded with a wonderful, relaxed meal in a living room atmosphere.

Everything was great, but the prices were a bit high. The place is very cozy. I don't recommend going with bigger groups.

Waited 90 minutes for the main course. Way too long! The food was okay. But the price was not right.

We were there in a larger group and were given a very warm welcome. The food was absolutely delicious and all tastes (vegan, vegetarian, omnivorous) were served. The restaurant is very lovingly furnished and we all felt very comfortable. Many thanks to Kolinar!

It's been a long time since I've had such a nice evening out. We were invited there to celebrate our birthday. A nice little board was placed outside. Loving contact beforehand for reservations and final arrangements. The food was delicious, even spritz varieties that I didn't know yet. We were totally thrilled. They understood hospitality.

Highly recommended! Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere, I had the veal steak with grilled vegetables and a bread basket with various homemade dips, everything was super tasty and I will definitely come back :)

Cute and cozy - the service is very friendly. The food (veal steak) was mediocre-dry and the side dishes were unsuitable (salad without dressing) and grilled vegetables were too hard. What a shame, considering the price!

Cute restaurant with a sunny outdoor seating area in the most beautiful street in Leipzig. Sophisticated cuisine and a good selection of drinks, served by charming staff. Unreserved recommendation for this well-hidden treasure away from the tourist center.

A colinatorial experience. The ambience and operator are first class and the food is fantastic! A culinary delight is also available for vegans. Reservation is an advantage but with a bit of luck you can find a spot spontaneously.

There were three of us and we drank cocktails and beer. There was even free bread and olives with 2 dips - everything was delicious! The service was also really nice and considerate. I'll definitely be back and will also order a large meal.

Gute Küche, aber mangelhaft organisiert Als wir Anfang April nachmittags ankamen, waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Es lief noch nicht einmal Musik, diese wurde dann erst angemacht. Das wirkte ein wenig komisch, das Ambiente war dann aber grundsätzlich angenehm. Leider konnte ich meine Happy Dinner Card nicht einlösen, da der aktuelle Besitzer diese nicht akzeptiert. Ich bin niemand, der unbedingt diskutieren und damit die Stimmung weiter drücken möchte, aber das empfand ich schon als recht ärgerlich, weil ich sonst nicht das Restaurant aufgesucht hätte. Die Bedienung war aber trotz allem sehr freundlich, hat ein kostenloses Getränk angeboten und brachte uns dann zum Trost jedem eine Tomatensuppe als Vorspeise, die auch lecker war. Auch wurde zwischendurch gefragt, ob wir zufrieden sind. Als Hauptspeise hatten wir jeder eine Bowl (Tofu, Hähnchen), die frisch und gut schmeckte. Sie könnte für meinen Geschmack vielleicht etwas Würze vertragen. Außerdem hatten wir beide eine Limonade, welche okay war, aber auch gern größer sein könnte. Nach uns kamen noch zwei weitere Gäste und später dann wohl eine Onlinebestellung. Die Bedienung war allein im Geschäft und wirkte dann doch etwas überfordert. Es kam dann auch niemand mehr zum Abkassieren, sodass ich an die Theke bin. Meiner Bitte nach einer ganz normalen Quittung, wurde nicht nachgekommen. In diesem Moment begründet mit der Stresssituation, ich könne aber meine Daten hinterlassen, dann würde man mir die Rechnung noch in dieser Woche per Mail zukommen lassen (ein ganz normaler Beleg hätte mir vollkommen genügt). Nachdem ich nichts bekam, schrieb ich das Kolinar nochmal per Facebook an, insgesamt dann fünfmal. Zwischendurch kam die Information, dass er die Unterlagen Ende des Monats vom Steuerberater erhalten würde und dann würde ich meine Rechnung bekommen. Bis heute habe ich leider nichts bekommen (und jetzt würde es mir auch nichts mehr nutzen). Trotz der guten Küche, gehe ich aus diesem Besuch auf Grund der Nichtakzeptanz der Happy Dinner Card und dem Nichtausstellen eines einfachen Beleges mit einem recht negativen Eindruck heraus und werde das Restaurant wohl nicht nochmal besuchen.

Super Atmosphäre und das Essen ein Gaumenschmaus . Ein kleiner Geheimtipp wenn es um gutes Essen in der Stadt geht .

Farmers Break mit Rotkraut und Feta war ein absoluter Genuss! Auch die vegan bowl kann man nur empfehlen! Trotz der etwas längeren Lieferzeit wurde die mit einem kleinen Paket voller leckeren Saucen und Marmeladen abgegeben - besonders wegen Heidelbeermarmelade freut man sich immer aufs Frühstück.

Heute die "Lachs meets Gin" Bowl bestellt. Verflucht nochmal die BESTE Bowl die ich bisher gegessen habe! Schaut her Sushi Läden! Nicht nur die guten Zutaten nehmen und lieblos in ein Behälter schmeißen... Sonder alles geschmacklich verbinden. Vielen Dank für diesen Gaumenschmaus :)

Sehr cooler Laden mit netten Besitzern. Das Essen und die Drinks sehen wirklich toll aus. Sie waren gut, aber ein kleines bisschen haben mir die Gewürze gefehlt. Deswegen gibt es nur 4 Sterne. :)

Die Kräppelchen waren sehr lecker und auch das Handbrot schmeckt. Tolles Personal.

Ambitonierte kleine Karte, gute Gin-Tonics, faire Preise, außergewöhnlich freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Mein Geheimtipp für Leipzig Schwärmer. Der Matjes in Cherry ist so zart auf der Zunge und erübrigt jede Reise an die Küste. Hier sprießen die Geschmacksknospen und der Suchtfaktor steigt ins Unendliche. Dazu empfehle ich den hauseigenen Wermut und das Glück ist perfekt. Na klar, Wirt und Wirtschaft machen das Lokal zur Wohlfühlzone. Fünf Sterne und ganz viele Herzen von mir.
