Es schmeckt nicht ganz so wie die Cevapi, die ich in Bosnien gegessen habe, aber sie ähneln ihnen schon recht. Das Gebäck ist meiner Meinung nach durchschnittlich, aber immer noch nicht wirklich vergleichbar mit dem in Bosnien. Wir haben etwa 25 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet. Die Bedienung war freundlich, daher lohnt sich ein Besuch. Der Geschmack ist gut, aber man sollte keine allzu hohen Erwartungen haben.

egal ob perfektes fladenbrot, leckere burek, nen ehrlichen teller cevape - oder saftigste trilece. Man wird hier glücklich und geht immer mit nem guten gefühl. Danke für alles!

Ein echter Tip abseits der üblichen Döner-und Grillhäuser der Eisi. Backwaren, Kuchen aber vor allem die authentischen Küche ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Sofra in Leipzig ist ein fantastischer Ort für authentische Balkanküche! Die Atmosphäre ist warm und einladend, und die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Gerichte sind reich an traditionellen Aromen und werden mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Alles schmeckte frisch und köstlich. Ein absolutes Muss für alle, die echte Balkanküche lieben – sehr empfehlenswert!

2026 Sofra überteuert, überall kostet der Byrek 3€ nur bei Sofra kostet 5€ die sind wahnsinnig zu teuer.

Mittlerweile kosten die cevapcici doppelt so teuer und doppelt so klein die cevapcici, byrek wurde auch dieses Jahr sehr teuer.

Das beste albanische Restaurant und die beste Bäckerei im Kosovo. Mir schmecken der Kaffee, das Essen und die Süßigkeiten dort sehr gut. 😋

Ich hatte plötzlich Lust auf ein Burek und Cevapi und war hier gar nicht enttäuscht!!! Wenn man nur Fremdsprachen in einem Restaurant hört, wird man sicherlich gut essen. Die Preise sind leider ein bisschen gestiegen, seit die Fotos von der Speisekarte hier gemacht wurden, ein Burek ist jetzt 5€ und 10 Cevapi 12€, das ist aber trotzdem nicht super teuer. Das Essen war wirklich lecker und hat genauso geschmeckt, wie ich bosnisches Essen kenne. Die Nachspeisen sahen auch wunderbar aus, aber ich war schon satt und unter Zeitdruck. Man kann auch alles mitnehmen, ob das richtige Speisen oder Backwaren sind. Ich hätte mir 15 Burek holen wollen, meins war erstaunlich gut! Ich bin Rumäne und werde 1000% wieder kommen, hier ist ein echtes Stück vom Balkan in Leipzig. 🇷🇴🇧🇦

Sofra in Leipzig is a great alternative to the same old food on Eisenbahnstrasse. Friendly staff, simple cuisine, and a bakery offering a good selection of savory and sweet dishes. The cevapcici were simple but effective. Rakia is missing from the menu for me.

Charming little Bistro with authentic balkan food and a lot of charm with friendly waiters that speak nearly every language you can imagine. Nice little corner of Leipzig to escape and have good food and good company that is really cheap and some of the best tasting food you will find anywhere!

This review refers exclusively to the börek, as I was there for the first time today and ordered it to go: I discovered Sofra by chance while out for a walk and am very happy to have struck lucky. They serve fresh börek with various fillings, all of which cost €4. I think that's very fair, since everything is homemade. The börek was delicious, nice and fluffy, and well-filled with cheese. Next time, I'll try the spinach or potato filling. I'd love to come back!

Super bakery, burek is phenomenal just the way it should be. We also tried the hamburger which was also very tasty. Very friendly and helpful staff. All praises 5⭐️, be sure to visit!!! We will get it again when we stay in Leipzig.

Ohne Zweifel das beste albanische Essen in ganz Leipzig

Im Balkan Imbiss Sofra schmeckt wirklich alles vorzüglich. Die Ćevape sind saftig und ich finde es super, dass es Lepinja (Brot) dazu gibt und Kajmak - super authentisch also. Man kann sich auch Tepsi Burek bestellen mit Fleisch oder Käse. Das muss aber vorher bestellt werden - entweder vor Ort oder telefonisch. Ansonsten gibt es auch noch die Burek Schnecken, welche man jeden Tag kaufen kann. Geschmacklich sind die auch top! Der Nachtisch ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Alles ist super günstig und schmackhaft. Das Fladenbrot, welches ich manchmal mitnehme ist auch noch nach 3 Tagen schmackhaft. Die Angestellten sind alle super lieb und auch die Kunden tragen zu einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre im Laden bei. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

Toll, wie in meinem unvergesslichen Albanien Urlaub :) mit dem deutschen Backhandwerk hat es nichts zu tun, einfach was anderes. Sehr freundliche Angestellte. Die Bohnensuppe war leider mit Fleisch, hier hätte ich mir eine bessere Kennzeichnung gewünscht.
