Local kebab shop has been in town continuously since the 90s. The food is quite ok... what I don't like is that he is the only kebab shop I know that doesn't cut the meat fresh, but keeps it in the warmer... what I particularly notice is that there are fewer kebabs "content" and is more expensive than the competition (€5.50 small kebab that is not particularly full, see above). Therefore 2 stars deducted...

There is a very cozy and inviting atmosphere at La Luna. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is tasty and of high quality. The restaurant is highly recommended and definitely worth a visit.

Attention: Dino nuggets (3 pieces) always come with fries. We didn't know that and ordered fries with it. The selection is very limited. Dino-Wurst is a very large Viennese. The food is okay but you can't really go wrong. The staff was nice but apparently still being trained. Price performance is okay.

We used to enjoy coming here often. Unfortunately, we no longer see it that way. This location has so much potential, unfortunately nothing is being done with it. Everything seems very unkempt and neglected. Old and worn out.

A bitter disappointment: Ambience very simple and uninviting, uncomfortable. The stairwell smelled like a toilet. The pumpkin cream soup was so salty that 5 out of 6 people at our table didn't want to eat it anymore. It can happen, but after we told the waitress there wasn't even an attempt at an apology. All she could do was grin briefly and then completely ignore him. Unfortunately, the main course (Zander fillet) didn't taste like anything. Too bad! At least the prices were of a higher standard. (Cynicism) The service was terrible: Listless, unfriendly, unmotivated,... There was no eye contact at all while ordering - you feel more welcome at the drive-thru. If you wanted to order more drinks, you had to call several times - unfortunately the lady didn't come up with the idea of offering anything on her own. Then she doesn't wait until everyone has ordered, leaves and gets upset when you force her attention later and want to order. Simply cheeky. Herb butter for steak - request simply ignored. There just wasn't. Only exception: A young employee who says she is new; she was friendly, committed, open and pleasant to deal with. (The 2 stars only for that) The more experienced employee can learn a lesson from this. Overall: Never again!

Ordered via Menu24 around 6 p.m. At 7:30 p.m. there was no sign of a delivery anywhere. Called the delivery service and asked, and the suspicion that the order had been forgotten was confirmed. At the end I cooked the whole thing myself, which was better and quicker than taking the “replacement” option. Order processing is very amateurish and unprofessional. So the delivery service is underground, the simplest order acceptance via online forms or platforms is not possible even though it is offered. Even one star is too much for this “performance” I won't be ordering there again, just too unsure whether I'll get something or not.

I tried to order from La Perla by phone last night. After an unbelievable 40 minutes I gave up, either it was busy or no one answered the phone. I got in the car and drove to the restaurant to confront the owner about it. In a simply unreasonable manner they just told me that she wasn't more than can work and ultimately they can't hire someone to answer the phone. In my opinion, the restaurant and/or the home service are hopelessly overwhelmed. Maybe the owner should think about not accepting any more orders when a certain order volume is reached. Then Maybe there would be a little less in the till, but you would have more satisfied customers or guests. As I can read from several other reviews, I wasn't alone.
