La Perla in Schiffweiler

Actually everything was always okay here, but we are very disappointed. We ordered at 6 p.m. via Lieferando and paid directly via Paypal for 5 people. Nothing has arrived so far (8:50 p.m.)! Unfortunately, calling doesn't help at all. Either it's busy or you're stuck on the line and thrown out at some point. We tried with 5 people, you really can't get anyone to answer the phone here. The food was now marked as delivered on Lieferando, even though it wasn't. We've been waiting for our order for almost 3 hours and in my opinion that's a disgrace. That was the last time we ordered here. Edit: the food finally arrived at 9 p.m. Without an apology or anything.

Ordered from La Perla for the first time today because we wanted to try something different than usual. Ordered shortly before 6 p.m. and the food arrived shortly before 8 p.m. Conclusion: Very long delivery time, not reachable by phone or only very difficult. The pizza was very salty and the pasta was the opposite. Won't be ordering there again.

Last store you order it says 30 minutes delivery time and after 1:30 hours you call the store and no one answers! Ordered from the juice shop for the first and last time... Best regards

I tried to order from La Perla by phone last night. After an unbelievable 40 minutes I gave up, either it was busy or no one answered the phone. I got in the car and drove to the restaurant to confront the owner about it. In a simply unreasonable manner they just told me that she wasn't more than can work and ultimately they can't hire someone to answer the phone. In my opinion, the restaurant and/or the home service are hopelessly overwhelmed. Maybe the owner should think about not accepting any more orders when a certain order volume is reached. Then Maybe there would be a little less in the till, but you would have more satisfied customers or guests. As I can read from several other reviews, I wasn't alone.

Waiting for 2 hours for the food... on the phone they kept saying it would be prepared immediately.

I am absolutely disappointed and upset about my last order from Pizzeria La Perla in Schiffweiler. We had ordered a steak that simply wasn't delivered - and without any consultation! This left one person sitting without food. This is unacceptable and shows poor communication and service. As if that wasn't enough, we ordered a chef's salad with strips of pork tenderloin. Instead, a separate box came with goulash in meat sauce. What's that supposed to mean? How are you supposed to eat goulash with sauce on a salad? This was completely unusable and shows that customer wishes were neither taken into account nor was the order read correctly. I'm really upset and won't be ordering from here again. Something like this simply shouldn't happen.

Super tasty, great atmosphere & mood. And above all, there are actually (on a Thursday) real (and in a good mood) guests in the restaurant (not just one of those "order only, nothing else" restaurants) Go have a Pizza & Pasta and enjoy!

Ordering food should take about 45 minutes, according to the La Perla employee, called again after 1.5 hours. The employee said the food would be there in 10 minutes, after over 2 hours there was still no delivery. We wanted to give the delivery service another chance because that The food is good although we have already had the experience twice. If you want to order something shortly after opening, you will be told in an unfriendly tone that you will no longer be accepting orders for the day. Schade has always been happy in the past.

I always enjoy visiting this restaurant! The food is consistently excellent and the service is first class. The waiter is not only very friendly, but also incredibly fond of children, which makes a visit with the whole family particularly pleasant. In terms of taste, every dish is a hit and the prices are absolutely fair. It's always a pleasure to eat here - I'm looking forward to my next visit!

The service at La Perla is absolutely unacceptable. The driver honked at the door and handed the box of food into my hand as if it were a burden. When I asked him whether he could at least come to the apartment door, the answer was that I could bring the box back down later. The quality of the food was also a disappointment. The salad dressing was definitely not homemade, but tasted like a cheap ready-made sauce. The pizza was cold and not properly baked, the schnitzel was greasy and simply not edible. The customer service was the crowning glory: After I called, another employee was called in who apparently didn't want to take care of the problem. In the background I heard someone say: "Then they should put it in the oven again!" This is not an acceptable response to poorly prepared food. I will definitely never order from here again and would advise anyone else not to. One star is already too much for this experience.

Waited for almost an hour, it's just fine! Had turkey schnitzel Hawaii with noodles 3 times! Turkey schnitzel at the lowest level, definitely much better! Spaghetti not salted at all! Sauce to run away with, not even gratinated as requested! A very last chance with the next order You have it! That's exactly how it should be! Bye! There are enough of them who can do it better

Since I ordered two hours in advance and the pizza still wasn't there after three hours, I tried to call them. But there wasn't even a free sign, it was always busy. The receiver had probably been placed next to it. So I drove there and waited until the pizza was ready. The employees were shouting at each other! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Absolute recommendation! Great taste, great price, great service What more do you want? Keep it up :)

Guys, if you have time and are not hungry then this is the right place for you. Food arrives over an hour late. And then no one even answers the phone

Good afternoon dear La Perla team, We ordered two family pizzas via Lieferando on June 19, 2024 at around 5:35 p.m. We were promised a delivery at 6:35 p.m., but this time was not kept. After telephone consultation, we were told that the delivery would arrive within 15 minutes. Even this delivery date was not met. After another half hour we contacted the restaurant again by phone. The restaurant assured us that the driver was on the way. After another 30 minutes the food reached us after a total delivery time of 2 1/2 hours. The lady on the phone was very unfriendly and dismissive. She also yelled at the staff in our presence and was very unprofessional. Overall, it was a very negative experience and we will continue to do so as much as possible. A lovely evening

We have always ordered the Cordon Bleu for years. It's great, price/performance is right, large portion, great taste

From the outside you wouldn't think there was a little pearl waiting inside. We were there for dinner with friends last night. We received a very friendly welcome, the salad was bomb, the pizza 🍕 was very tasty. You can only give it 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. Big compliments to the nice waiter...

Unfortunately I had to wait over 2 hours for my delivery, pizza was rock hard and inedible…

The food tastes really great, but unfortunately the delivery times are sometimes too long.

Actually very tasty, we have ordered there several times. Today a bottomless impudence. Food came 2 hours late. Pizza was really inedible because it had been left in the box for so long. Like rubber! Really not the best! It was also the last time we ordered from la perla. Absolutely incompetent. I can absolutely recommend it to no one. If I could I would give a 0 star rating.

The pizza was by far the best we have eaten in years. Schnitzel was also super tasty and the portions were also great. We will definitely order more often.

From the outside you can't see what a "pearl" it is, very tasty food, fair prices, and portions that were absolutely filling, 9 people were there and everyone was extremely satisfied! The man of the house is super friendly and always ready to joke, and the ice cream was also highly recommended!! Gladly again!!

A tarte flambée, tortellini ala panna and a lasagna were ordered. The tarte flambée had a thick base and was generously topped with the desired topping, but everything was manageable. Tortellini were really nothing special, sauce was very runny and "empty" when compared to other restaurants. Portion OK for the price. Now we have to get to the lasagne, which is anything but recommended, there are pieces of cartilage in the minced meat, there is no béchamel sauce, the taste is terrible, but the dog enjoyed it. We won't be ordering here anymore for 1-2€ more you get much better quality in terms of taste and content in other restaurants and I don't have to settle for something that I can get better in the freezer section at Aldi

We went to the restaurant and had pizza and pasta. Quality was okay, portions huge. Service was very attentive and the atmosphere was also pleasant. The Primitivo as an open wine was quite good. Prices very cheap.

Very nicely decorated. The portions were really generous for the price and we were very full for relatively little money! The food was really damn tasty and the service was very nice :)

We were there a while ago with a birthday party. There were twelve of us and first of all we had to wait for almost three quarters of an hour until someone came to ask for drinks. At the same time as the drinks we also ordered the food. This came again almost an hour later, even though the restaurant was completely empty, and there were no side dishes for some dishes or everything was served in small pieces. Schnitzel without fries, salad without dressing and there was hardly any time for everyone to eat together. Special requests expressed were not taken into account at all, for example breaded schnitzel or Italian salad without meat. The restaurant was hardly heated, so the women present sat there in jackets. The owner should think about not presenting a shabby backyard, including a construction site, behind a restaurant. After the visit we were all really hungry for food and the kitchen. The towel holder in the toilet was also broken and the owner didn't respond to our notice. There are no parking spaces per se.

Good evening, this is the first Google review I've ever done in my life! But after today I have to do this. I'm a regular customer, even if the food was often just for the trash can! Ordered today at 4:42 p.m. via Lieferando for 7 p.m. and the pizza arrived at 8:21 p.m. I have never seen such impudence in my life!!! Pizza as thin as paper no matter which piece you lifted the topping fell straight down, and for a pizza that costs €24 you can expect a little more! After 72 phone calls to clarify it with the boss, I gave up! It was the last time for me today!!! And if I were the boss, I would consider changing the chef, because a chef who tells the driver to ask the customer how to make a sauce creamy is 100% missing his job.

Catastrophe. When you call, no one answers the phone, even though it's supposed to be open. That was the second time in 2024. Apparently they aren't even open anymore.

Catastrophic! Waited 2 hours and nothing came. They hung up on every call. As soon as we called with a different number, they answered and then hung up again when we gave the address. Rude, disrespectful and impossible on the phone. It was definitely the last time we ordered there!

Impossible! We ordered food more than 2 hours ago and we are still waiting for delivery! When we asked, we were told that the preparation of the food had just begun. That means the bottom line is that we wait almost 3 hours for 2 pizzas! Maybe you shouldn't keep accepting orders (out of pure greed) if you don't have the staff to deliver them on time. ADDENDUM: My order arrived after three hours. Of course the order was wrong and due to allergy I can't eat it!

We had dinner with the family today. As always, it was plentiful and very tasty.

Guten Abend Normalerweise bin ich nicht der Typ, der Rezessionen schreibt, aber was ich heute erlebt habe, bewegt mich dazu, dieses zu tun. Ich habe 2 Chafing Combinazione bestellt, wir haben diese schon mindestens 10 Mal bestellt, im Prospekt steht groß es sind Cannelloni drin, dieses Mal waren gefühlt alle Nudelreste drin (Gnocchi die gefühlt vor 4 Wochen gekocht wurden, Tortellini die nicht durch waren, Lasagne, Spagetti und Rigatoni die gut waren) Cannelloni waren keine drin zudem war die Portion vielleicht die Hälfte von vorher (wir haben mit 10 Personen 2 Chafing a 8-10 Personen gegessen). Ich musste aus familiären Gründen meine Feierlichkeit Ende Dezember (25 Personen) absagen und dachte gerade, dass ich diese Sache mal anspreche. Im Hintergrund ist der Chef lautstark unter die Gürtellinie gegangen. Die Dame war null einsichtig, angeblich wäre alles wie immer,  hat mir aber kurze Zeit später das Essen, das ich für nächste Woche bestellt habe, storniert. Für mich und die ganze Familie das letzte Mal in diesem Laden. Absolut nicht mehr zu empfehlen!!!

Es tut mir halt echt Leid diese Rezension zu schreiben weil ich hier längere Zeit echt gern bestellt habe. Leider hat die Qualität in den letzten Monaten echt nen Absturz gemacht. Die Pizza hat sich öfters mal qualitativ geändert aber bei den Preisen konnte man nicht meckern bis vor ein paar Wochen, da war die halt wirklich super schlecht. Ok habe ich mir halt gedacht dann bleibe ich beim Schnitzel Parmigiana was ich mag, leider wurde da auch absolut versagt. Beim letzten Mal bekam ich Pommes statt Nudeln, ist jetzt nicht die Welt. Aber heute bekam ich ein Schweineschnitzel statt Pute. Ich bin zwar nicht muslimisch oder habe andere Reservierungen gegenüber Schwein, aber das Putenschnitzel kostet 1€ mehr. Wenn ich dann schon mehr bezahle glaube ich, dass ich auch das Essen bekommen sollte das ich bestelle. Nebenbei möchte ich noch erwähnen wie inkompetent einer der Lieferanten ist. Ein eher fülliger Mann der es nicht geschafft bekommt eine Klingel mit zwei Namen zu verstehen und dann bei jeder Pizzalieferung erstmal von einer "Mafiatorte" redet. Ich bin selbst Italiener (Aus Sizilien) und finde den Ausdruck halt einfach unter aller Sau. Ich hoffe echt das es bald wieder bergauf geht aber bis sich mal was im positiven ändert werde ich hier nicht mehr bestellen. Edit: Ich sehe die Inhaber haben mir geantwortet. Leider muss ich mitteilen, dass ich den Unterschied zwischen Schwein und Pute sehr wohl erkennen kann. Es ist komplett lächerlich sich zu so einem Level uneinsichtig zu zeigen nachdem dies nicht nur für mich alles andere als ein Einzelfall war, dass etwas falsch geliefert wurde. Und statt sich jetzt zu entschuldigen oder wenigstens zu sagen, dass da was schief gelaufen ist wollen Sie mir vorwerfen, dass ich zwei Fleischarten die wie Tag und Nacht sind nicht auseinanderhalten kann. Wenn Sie sich so toll einsichtig zeigen und dann noch wie es x-mal in Rezensionen mit der Qualität von Essen und Service dauernd auf und ab geht, dann müssen Sie sich auch nicht mehr über die anhäufenden schlechten Bewertungen nicht mehr wundern.

Noch vor einigen Monaten war das Essen ungenießbar, jetzt muss ich zu meiner Überraschung jedoch sagen, das Essen schmeckt richtig gut. Es war in ca 30 min da und der Fahrer war freundlich. Endlich wieder ein Lieferdienst bei dem man bestellen kann.

Wir waren Sonntag im Restaurant mit 4 Personen. Pizza, Nudeln, Salat....alles war super lecker und der Kellner sehr nett und sympathisch. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen 👍

Wir waren 2 Mal in kurzer Zeit, essen ewig gedauert über 1,5 Stunde, dann kommt mit Pommes Stadt Kroketten, wir waren am Ende einzige Gäste und ohne Getränke,das hat auch nicht geklappt, wenn jede 5 min klingeln telefon für Lieferungen und das wird vorgezogen als Gast in Restaurant, essen schön gerichtet, Fleisch gerischte schmeckt, aber bei zu lange warten vergeiht Appetit, keine Durchlüftung, Klamotten rieschen nach essen, Preis-Leistung gut.

Wir waren heute in La Perla gewesen, sehr gastfreundlich und haben heute erfahren, was auf saarländisch heißt GUDD GESS 👍

Lieferung endlich nach fast 2 Stunden angekommen. 🙄Geschmacklich war es ok. Schade, waren eigentlich mal begeistert.

Essen gut und günstig, Pizza schmeckt sehr gut, Ambiente etwas lieblos, könnte man etwas aufpeppen.

Aktuell warten wir seit 17:56 auf unser Essen..Haben angerufen dort wird man vertröstet,es heisst es sei viel los und die Bestellung sei fertig und geht jetzt raus..naja...aktuell haben wir jetzt 20:21 und immer noch nix da..das erste und letzte mal dass was bestellt wird dort...schade So so gegen 20:35 kam das Essen dann doch noch und Wartezeit schlecht aber euer Essen ist echt lecker

seit 15 min steht auf lieferando, dass die Lieferung bald eintrifft. Lieferzeit ist längst überschritten. Anruf im Restaurant. Essen ist im ofen. ist also nicht mal unterwegs. 3 Sterne nur, weil wir wissen, dass es schmecken wird. wann auch immer es ankommt. das sind wir nicht gewohnt von euch.
