Food has always been okay, but has been a bit lacking lately. The pizza is dripping with grease and the pasta is cold and half raw. The employees are always a bit unfriendly on the phone. Last time we had to wait 2.5 hours for our food. After about an hour I asked how long it would take and they said on the phone that the food would be coming soon. After 1.5 hours it came and I didn't accept it anymore.

I called at 10 p.m. then the boss answered the phone with an unfriendly yes, we are closed. Well, I think that the tone makes the music. Absolutely unfriendly and unaccommodating so a no go for me. Thanks, I'll order somewhere else in the future!

Every Sunday I get a pizza and every time it always tastes so good. The employees are always friendly, the prices are good. I can only recommend it!!

This is the last time this restaurant will get my attention as I am often asked by Maps to give my review. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant under any circumstances. Neither as a workplace nor for ordering food. I'll go straight into the issue of on-site food as I consider it to be an important point in the interests of the customer. It is possible to eat on-site, but you sit right in the front area where customers come in to pick up or order their food. The orders are prepared in this area, which the drivers then pick up. Conversely, this means that the drivers are constantly on and off. The noise from the kitchen can of course be heard loudly in this area, which is not pleasant. To imagine it is a table with around 8 seats. So you have to think carefully about whether you want that. Unfortunately, the “nice lady” on the phone often comes across as unsympathetic and speaks into the phone in a loud tone, to put it fairly. It is always clean on site. The drivers charge correctly and are mostly very friendly. Pricing topic. The prices of this restaurant are relatively expensive. The portions of a salad are good compared to other restaurants. That means the price performance of a salad is good. The food is sufficient to rate. You should take a close look at the food. Also like the bottom of the pizzas. If you're expecting a brilliant meal here, you're unfortunately not in this restaurant. I cannot recommend this restaurant for a good meal.

We ordered yesterday around 1 p.m. Food was delivered quickly, extremely warm and tasty. Schnitzels were large quantities. But it was hard to understand the good man on the phone, he spoke so listlessly and quietly. Delivery driver was super nice.

Unfriendly (except for 2-3 pizza drivers) And if you order online via Menu24 you don't get anything despite the confirmation email... I just ordered shortly before I finished work (10:26 p.m.) and now at 12:01 a.m. I still have nothing... never again

Orders were placed regularly during and after the move. We've actually always been happy so far. However, the last two times the (family) pizza at the birthday party was extremely greasy, which led to one or two stomach upsets. This time we skipped the pizza and ordered lasagna, which was otherwise very tasty. But unfortunately it was also caked on the bottom today, was swimming in sauce and was very salty. It was more like lasagna soup. In the following telephone complaint, the criticism was expressed and the problem was asked to be resolved. All that followed was shouting. Short in German and then longer in Italian (?). Result: We didn't get a replacement, we didn't eat the dishes that were delivered and we didn't get any money back. Very disappointing. Conclusion: This was our last order.

Ordered food online, received confirmation. Called after 1.45 hours and asked. Order was forgotten. Should wait another 45 minutes as they had enough to do.

Ordered via Menu24 around 6 p.m. At 7:30 p.m. there was no sign of a delivery anywhere. Called the delivery service and asked, and the suspicion that the order had been forgotten was confirmed. At the end I cooked the whole thing myself, which was better and quicker than taking the “replacement” option. Order processing is very amateurish and unprofessional. So the delivery service is underground, the simplest order acceptance via online forms or platforms is not possible even though it is offered. Even one star is too much for this “performance” I won't be ordering there again, just too unsure whether I'll get something or not.

Ordered for the first time today. Won't happen again. We had Carlzone which was lukewarm and an al forno dish which was burnt at the bottom. Also, the tortellini were cold inside. And the side salad had a dollop of dressing on it. So all in all not okay

Home service used with 5 people. It says about 45 to 60 minutes. After almost 90 minutes still no delivery. Unfortunately we also had to plan time. We called. An unfriendly lady cheekily says he is already on his way. Called again after another 20 minutes. He would already be on his way. We live 5 minutes from the pizzeria. After 1 hour 45 minutes the food arrives. Of course, here you probably simply forgot the order - that's my opinion and then quickly sent it afterwards! You should still be friendly to the driver. He just says he can't help it. Well, okay, but definitely not like that! We also had a schedule and for important reason. And if my pizzeria is at capacity, I can't serve more customers and keep regular customers waiting, or those who ordered first. The food was mediocre; Pizza dough not cooked through. This shows that it was done quickly. Noodles were still cooking! Never again !

It's unbelievable how unfriendly and annoyed the man on the phone is. It's actually quite a disgrace the way this man is. You've read it here several times. Supplier super nice and cool!

First of all: Pizza came quickly but to be honest you could take more time and bake the pizza properly. By that I don't mean at all that it didn't taste good. It was really late, I'm talking about the Pollo pizza. However, when a mushroom lover orders extra mushrooms, they never mean canned mushrooms. Mushrooms give the whole thing something special and therefore a star deduction. Overall, however, it wasn't bad. Telephone operator was friendly & accommodating, plus happy to work where she worked. Since I haven't seen the ambience of the restaurant myself, I'm just giving it 3 stars out of goodwill. What also bothers me a little is the fact that you're littered with to-go menus. The first time you deliver, you should get one and leave it at that. One menu per household. The driver should have these stored in the delivery vehicle and be allowed to decide for themselves who gets one and who doesn't. If he is unsure, he should just ask. The customer must also make it clear to him that he does not need one or does not already have one. Best regards Kurt M.

Lady on the phone very unfriendly. Combination ordered. Mainly spaghetti and rigatonis, a canelloni and a corner of a lasagna sheet. We are always charged €1.50 more for delivery because the road is difficult to reach. The street definitely belongs to Sinnerthal, but is closer to Neunkirchen. discussions are of no use. She doesn't see it. Complaints e.g. B. due to incorrectly delivered food would be taken into account with the next order, credit of 5 euros, with the next order the lady no longer knows anything about it and becomes even cheeky. That's not how you treat your customers. Average order value every time over €35. We definitely won't be ordering anything there again.

The food was very tasty. The portion of the schnitzel is simply gigantic! The noodles were also super tasty and generous portions. Side salad also really tasty. Very satisfied!

Wir haben immer gerne bestellt, aber es war schon besser. Ein Essen fehlte leider und bei dem Schweinefilet schwimmen die Pommes Frittes leider völlig in der Bratensoße. Pommes Frittes Eintopf - wir werden nicht mehr bestellen dafür ist es zu teuer und z.T. nicht genießbar. Sehr schade

Es sind große Portionen und den Preis auf jeden Fall wert .

Wir bestellen gerne dort, wenn wir zu Besuch bei der Familie sind. Mein Lieblingsessen ist das Schnitzel mit Schinken, Käse, Pilze und der Sahnesoße, das ist genial, die Portion ist riesig und die Pilze frisch. Die Fahrer sind sehr freundlich, was man von der Dame am Telefon nicht behaupten kann, sodass wir seither lieber Online bestellen.

Bin enttäuscht 😞, habe mehr, besser erwartet.

Möchte nun nach langer Zeit eine erneute Bewertung abgeben. War bislang unser Lieblingslieferdienst immer sehr zufrieden. Der Salat der immer zu Fleischgerichten mitgeliefert worden ist, wurde zur Hälfte reduziert, zudem wurden verständlicherweise alle Gerichte teurer, allerdings zum 2 Mal in diesem Jahr. Die Pizzen waren vorher reichlicher belegt, besonders der Käse war immer so lecker würzig, den findet man nur noch auf der Partypizza, Preiserhöhung ist ok, sollte aber nicht noch an Qualität verlieren und an der Menge.

Essen ist lecker 😋 Preise sind angemessen

Immer früher wie angegeben .finde ich gut.essen sehr fein aber an der Salatsauce ist noch Luft nach oben und heißes Fleisch wird leider immer auf den Salat gelegt,auch nicht so toll. Aber ansonsten sehr toll .und meist sehr freundlich

Die Dame am Telefon, scheinbar die Chefin, absolut unfreundlich, dafür aber der Fahrer umso freundlicher. Lieferzeit auf Nachfrage 1 Stunde, war aber nach 30min schon da. Wenn die Pizza nicht so fettig wäre und mit dem Thunfisch nicht so übertrieben worden wäre, wär sie super. Salat war auch gut.

Ich kenne die Pizzeria vom Dorffest in schiffweiler und da waren die 🍕 und die überbacken Rigatoni schon immer ein Träumchen. Letztens haben wir dort eine Partypizza bestellt und die ist wirklich super gut belegt gewesene und war sehr lecker. Ging auch ziemlich flott und war preislich auch in Ordnung.

Gutes Essen. Die Pizza ist immer gut gemacht, nie angebrannt oder hart. Pasta auch super. Schnelle Lieferung, immer höflich und nett. Für mich alles super :)

Großes Lob beim ersten Mal hatte ich Pizza geschmacklich ein Hit, diesmal ein Steak mit Gemüße und Salat rießen Portion Steak genau auf den Punkt gegart schnell geliefert sehr freundlicher Service werde immer wieder gern dort bestellen.
