The employee was very disrespectful and couldn't speak a word of German. In addition, the fries were bitter and it was clear to taste that they were from yesterday and had just been warmed up. The pizza was also disappointing - it seemed unappetizing and tasted anything but good. The cheese was missing, the dough was dry, and the tomato sauce had an odd taste. Everything was just wrong. Save your money and do something good for yourself and your body by not buying anything there.

Ordered via Lieferando, had to order for €68 for it to be delivered. The app then showed it as delivered, but it wasn't anywhere near there. The delivery person then says 20-30 minutes after we've already waited an hour. The food then arrived on the pizza not crispy, burger buns soaked and fries were not separated from nuggets or wings (customer request). Quality is just bad and customer service too. One pizza was missing mushrooms and the other had olive pepperoni.

The owner calls and wants confirmation via WhatsApp of an order that was ordered via lieferando.de. Then the impudence came, we placed an order for 8.45 p.m. and on the phone he said that it should leave earlier because the roads might be closed, etc Then he texts me on WhatsApp the night comes down... so my wife has to leave the baby alone in the apartment for 2-3 minutes. And all this drama for food 1. Stunk extremely. 2.quality is zero... 3. The sauces and etc come out through aluminum foil. 4. The food ordered for 56 euros went into the trash along with how it arrived, which can also be verified... 5. The meat had an extreme smell as if it had been used on the spit or grill every time for 4 days... 6. Fat smell also sends greetings... Ordered for the first time and never never never again.... I don't care whether the price ratio is cheap or expensive, the overall picture and quality must be right... Otherwise I don't know why people would do something like that...

Not recommended. Doner kebab is very small and way too expensive. Bread very dry and tastes old. The flesh is indefinable and has a reddish color. Afterwards we all had it in our stomachs.

The worst kebab shop I've ever ordered from, I don't normally write reviews but I have to warn others about this kebab. The delivery person was bored and extremely unfriendly, the order was completely wrong and only arrived after 2½ hours, everything was cold of course and tasted rancid. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else, I have never regretted an order so much.

The supplier was very nice but the food really didn't taste good at all. We ordered two kebabs with everything and only got meat with a lot of onions and maybe a tomato and a cucumber. The meat was really disgusting. We ordered chicken, I think it was gyros and still the full price seriously paid?

Tried different food because there was no other option, it was simply disgusting, unfriendly and always rips off the children for 1,2,3 euros more than it actually costs. If you order a pizza with Champions, he simply puts paprika on it with the argument that the Champions were empty. Paprika tastes good too, if there was something missing then there were drinks or something else or something else was wrong, he laughed at it and didn't even give a refund or bring it in. He would don't come again now. Also yells at children when he's in a bad mood even though they weren't loud or anything else. I've never experienced anything like that, rude owner!!! Not to mention his unfriendly, arrogant daughter who always runs around the back of the store, the store is also totally unhygienic! The only positive thing in the shop is his nice wife who I really feel sorry for! We prefer to drive a few km further NEVER here again! It's a shame for the children who like to walk there with friends.

30 minutes late. Food was cold. Rarely have I eaten such a bad kebab. Rude staff. Never again!!!!! If you could give zero stars it would get zero!!!

My experience with the kebab shop “Kebab Deluxe” was disappointing on many levels. First of all, the customer service was poor. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and my order was treated with great carelessness. It seemed like she had no interest in meeting my needs as a customer. The quality of the food also left a lot to be desired. The kebab I ordered was dry and tasteless, and the meat seemed old and tough. The side dishes were soggy and didn't seem to be freshly prepared. Overall, the food left a very bad impression. The cleanliness of the store also left something to be desired. The tables were dingy and sticky, and there was little sign that the area was cleaned regularly. This further contributed to my dissatisfaction and made the experience in the store unpleasant. Sehr schlechter Service, habe gerade telefonisch bestellen wollen da sagte der Herr am Telefon, dass ich kein Essen bekommen werde da die eine Sicherheit brauchen und das ich online bezahlen sollte.

We really liked the Menderes Kebab House in Schiffweiler. The atmosphere is OK, but lacks a certain charm. The menu is extensive so there was something for everyone. The portions are large and you'll be full! Prices are moderate, but also reflect inflation. Overall, a solid restaurant, with a very friendly owner who served us in an exemplary manner and gave us a bottle of cola at the end. We will be back!

Gottlos was da abgeht, würde KEINEM empfehlen hier zu bestellen. Pizza grausam, jedesmal die falsche bestellung (3x bestellt, mitten in der Nacht weil sonst bei mir nichts mehr liefert)

Wir haben Essen bestellt, es wurde aber nicht geliefert. Eine Lieferzeit wurde auf Lieferando erst gar nicht angezeigt und als wir anrufen wollten um nachzufragen ist auch erst gar niemand ans Telefon gegangen.

Schade das es manchmal lange dauert...

Bestellung kam 10 Minuten zu spät, was Mal vorkommen kann. 1 Cola & 1 MezzoMix bestellt, jedoch 2 Cola erhalten, was auch Mal vorkommen darf ... Besser so statt 2x Fanta. Ausserdem dazu ein Kakao. Zum Essen wurde bestellt 1 Familien Pizza mit Kebapfleisch, 2x burger und einmal Jägerschnitzel. Geschmacklich absolut nicht Empfehlungswert. Pommes lagen oben in der Soße, totale Pampe und das Fett nicht frisch... Selbst das Schnitzel im selben Fett wahrscheinlich frittiert. Der dazugehörige Salat außer die Soße top, Soße zuviel Essig. Beide burger geschmacklich auch nicht viel besser. Die Familienpizza war der Teig zu trocken und zu dick dafür die Zutaten sprich Kebapfleisch + soße viel zu wenig und dass ist alles noch untertrieben. Eigentlich würde ich für die Bestellung max. 2 Sterne vergeben, da er jedoch als einziger Lieferant in unserer Gegend Kakao im Sortiment hat von Milram finde ich persönlich als Kakao-Junkie genial deshalb 3 von 5 Sternen. Eine erneute Bestellung werden wir uns 3 mal überlegen, wahrscheinlich keine Wiederholungsgefahr.

All diese negativen Bewertungen, weil eine Lieferung nicht klappt, finde ich absolut unangemessen. Man bekommt das Gefühl, dass sich ein Dorf abgesprochen hat um jemanden sein Lebenswerk zu zerstören. Das Essen ist super, bisher hat uns alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Es wurde stets frisch zubereitet und dabei hygienisch sauber gearbeitet. Also lasst euch nicht von all den negativen Bewertungen verunsichern, geht einfach persönlich hin und überzeugt euch selbst.

Bestellt um 00:05 gekommen 01:40, geht echt klar, aber der Lieferant war freundlich und das Essen gut. Für Nachts Lieferung ist das Bombe. Bester Laden, geht sogar an Telefonnummer aus Florida ran.

Ein Arbeitskollege hat mir den empfohlenen.... Hatte die ganze Nacht Durchfall. Komme aber trotzdem wieder.

Dönerpizza hatte etwas wenig Fleisch. Sauce hat okay Geschmeckt. Der Beilagensalat war gut, da kam alles drauf was auch auf einen döner kommen würde. Döner an sich habe ich hier aber (noch) nicht probiert. Fazit: In ordnung. Nicht überragend, aber auch nicht schlecht. Pluspunkt für die Öffnungszeiten.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und leckeres Essen. Hatte eine kleine vegetarische Pizza. War geschmacklich echt top und mit frischen Zutaten. Auch der Preis war echt top. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat sogar Wünsche entgegen genommen. Nur leider waren statt Oliven und Mais hauptsächlich Paprika und Zwiebeln auf der Pizza. Geschmeckt hat es dennoch sehr gut, hat nur leider einen Stern gekostet. Kann ich trotzdem nur weiter empfehlen.

alles sehr lecker, verstehe diejenigen nicht, die schlechte Bewertungen abgeben. Ich bin nur wegen Euch hin und habe bestellt und alles hat gepasst. Nur eins hat nicht gepaßt, "russische Cola" pfui.

Ich kann leider nicht nachvollziehen das hier sowas von negativ berichtet wird, Essen ist immer lecker, Chef und Chefin sehr nett, wir bestellen dort immer wieder gerne..finde auch im Restaurant immer alles sehr sauber.

Lecker Essen zum angenehmen Preis. Nette Bedienungen. Die telefonischen Bestellungen sollte man bei Abholung gleich prüfen um gleich bei Abweichungen zu reklamieren. Passiert leider öfter. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert!

Gutes türkisches Essen! Die Inhaber sind immer freundlich und mit Herz bei der Sache. Die Bestellung funktioniert einwandfrei und geliefert wird flott. Macht weiter so!

Die Dönerpizza ist gut und der Döner in Ordnung. Die Portionen hingegen sind eher unterdurchschnittlich.

Die Lieferzeit ist in Ordnung allerdings haben wir ne Cola dazu bestellt und bekamen ne komplett aufgeblasene Dose die seit 11/2019 abgelaufen ist und statt eine neue oder geld zurück wurde einfach nur gesagt "ja beim nächsten mal bekommen sie zwei" ja klar. Das Essen ist auch nicht besonders lecker. Würde es nicht empfehlen

Das fleisch war bisher immer frisch, freundlicher umgangston, sauber. Ich verkehre seit einigen jahren hier und war noch nie enttäuscht worden. Preisleistung ist sehr gut. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.
