I decided to test the store because of the good reviews.
We had various chicken pieces and a chicken wrap.
The chicken wrap was okay to good so far.
Unfortunately, the chicken popcorn and the other chicken pieces were very, very dry and were therefore difficult for me to get down. The fries were also way too salty for me personally. Additionally, one of the chicken wings had an unpleasant smell to my sense of smell.
The best kebab I've ever eaten. I go there often because it's still prepared the old-fashioned way, and the staff are always on point. A very friendly shop.
Had dinner today for Mother's Day 2025. Delicious as always. Very satisfied!
Newly renovated restaurant. Croatian cuisine very tasty, and without a long wait.
Solid quality and generous portions
This restaurant has impressed us with consistently good quality over the months. The prices are in line with the market, but the portions here are significantly larger than those of the competition, which makes the price-performance ratio very attractive.
The service also deserves praise: the employees are friendly and courteous, which makes the visit pleasant. The kebab is particularly recommended – fresh, well seasoned and always delicious.
Overall, a clear recommendation for anyone who values good portions and friendly service.
We got takeout döner and a Margherita pizza. Both were excellent, especially the döner! Very friendly service as well. I would definitely recommend this place.
83rd birthday of my mother's. Party of seven eating a la carte. Absolutely delicious, German cooking done to perfection. Good vegetarian options. Seasonal menu plus traditional favorites - I had calf liver with creamed kohlrabi and silky mashed potatoes. Service was friendly and warm rather than formal. Wonderful wine suggestions. Absolutely worth the money and a sure bet for a 'leaves a glow' evening with family or friends.
Others should rate the wine, for me it was about the food. It was good but not necessarily plentiful, at least as far as the side dishes were concerned. The single quartered potato seemed a bit overwhelmed in filling the, albeit small, plate. Burgers were quite reasonable, but things got really absurd when it came to dessert: a tart about the size of a shot glass and a dollop of sorbet with a touch of sauce almost cost the price of a burger. Somehow the relationship is not right.
Conclusion: Taste is good, portion sizes and prices are “interesting”. Service was super nice.
Service and drinks were top-notch!
The food was cold and more of a feast for the eyes than the palate, unfortunately...
The final bill was also incorrect, but hopefully that was the exception.
