Delicious food and nice atmosphere.

Nice service and setting but the food was very average. More fast food quality and not what we expected. Two of the orders were wrong and so overall felt very disappointing.

A very good restaurant! The combination of excellent long drinks and good food is outstanding. There were three of us, and we enjoyed many longer tapas and long drinks; it was definitely worth it. David served us excellently and even brought us a round on the house at the end. We'll definitely be back.

For cocktails definitely, we'll try the food soon.

Stumbled upon this gem. Had the Hoi A treasures, Mekong noodle bowl with seafood and Pho with tofu. Suaves made with care and deep with flavours. Service was great!

Ordered two Pornstar Martinis – received two completely different sized glasses. When pouring the Prosecco shot into the smaller glass, a large portion of the drink spilled over – simply because the glass was too small. Only then did it become clear that the glasses were different sizes. The information was politely passed on to the server. A short time later, the owner came to the table with a damp cloth in his hand. When I pointed out the problem, I was met with a shrug: "I made the drinks, I don't know the glasses myself yet, they're new – I was on vacation for two weeks." When paying, I politely pointed out again that in cases of poor workmanship, they should be discussed in full. The owner came again: "I made the cocktails, and there was the same amount in all of them." Even if that's true, the drink wasn't as enjoyable as expected because the glass was unsuitable. Customer focus? None. With all due respect: That's not a professional response. The cocktail thrives on being able to pour the Prosecco into the drink – that was impossible here because the glass was overfilled and too small. The criticism was expressed objectively – insight? Zero. Instead, childish, almost insulted behavior. No offer of a solution, no apology. And to top it all off: After being informed that a Google review would follow, the tone became rude: "Now that you're threatening me with a review, I'm charging the full price – that's cheeky of you." – No, that's not cheeky. That's legitimate criticism. Besides, they tried to charge the full price beforehand. Anyone who presents themselves as a bar with modern cocktails and a stylish ambiance should offer professional service – not react offended when a guest points out a clear flaw. Value for money: abysmal. Service: unprofessional. A shame, because the location and concept had potential. By the way, I'm happy to accept an apology even after the fact – it's good manners.

The service was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and fresh. We had a starter and main which came out at an appropriate time. We had a bottle of wine which had been recommended and was compatible with our menu.

Finally back after two years (I could only manage without it for so long) and it's still true...great for chilling alone or in a group after culture and/or cuisine in Trier, right next to the Brunnenhof. Modern style in old walls. Very courteous and competent service. Well-stocked in whiskey, rum, and gin. An extremely pleasant atmosphere where I'd happily hang out for another drink and not let another two years pass by.

I love it! The dishes are sophisticated, but without being overly elaborate. The service is also attentive and friendly, but without being overbearing. One of the best restaurants in Trier and the surrounding area.

I was there this evening with a group of friends. Unfortunately, we waited 45 minutes for our drinks. When we mentioned it, the waitress told us that a 45-minute wait was normal for a cocktail bar. It was just strange that tables that ordered after us all received their cocktails promptly. I think it's a real shame that they can't admit that a mistake was obviously made. For now, we don't plan on visiting here again.

I've lived in Trier for 12 years and I have to say that the food here is by far the best I've ever had. The dishes are prepared and presented with so much love. You can taste and see it. Ambience ok, good selection of music, service mediocre, price-performance rather unbalanced. What really annoyed me was the fact that the voucher wasn't accepted in the Schlemmerblock. According to staff, the voucher is invalid due to a change of operator.

It's rare, but I really can't fault the store. Very nice service in a lovely atmosphere. The focaccia with roast beef and truffle butter is an absolute recommendation from me. Sure, the price is a bit steep, but you get something for the money. For those special moments.

An employee came out of the bar and yelled at my classmate because he was cleaning his sticky hands with some water from a bottle. It wasn't even close to the store and the employee seems to have never heard of rain!

Very very very salty and not tasty miso chicken soup was delivered. In my opinion not recommended at all. I was very disappointed, especially at the price charged for this meal. If I had eaten the soup there, I would have had it replaced or not paid. I can't comment on other dishes.

Despite making a reservation on Saturday evening, we had to wait on site until the service found a place for us. If you offer the option of making a reservation, you should take this into account when planning your evening and inform the guests that one or two tables will be reserved at a certain time. As a guest who has already been served, it would annoy me enormously to be thrown out the door more or less unannounced! Apparently the store can afford this. Despite the extremely loud music, so that you can barely hear the person you're talking to, the bar was full to the brim. The prices are not cheap - but the quality of the cocktails is very good. The service was unstructured/uncoordinated, but very friendly!

There are no classic standards here, but rather creatively composed signature dishes, inspired by food trends from Japan, Korea and Vietnam - simply brilliant! In addition to the sensational food, we were particularly impressed by the hospitality. To be so welcomed and warmly received is truly unmatched. The entire team radiates enthusiasm and warmth that made the evening something very special. And then the wine selection – a real poem! 🍷 Perfectly matched to the dishes, with exciting recommendations that take the taste experience to a new level. A visit is absolutely worth it – definitely not the last time for us! 💛

Still a great location, nice staff, but after changing the concept it no longer has the typical bar/lounge feel and is on the way to a shop like any other. I didn't eat anything, so no rating, the smell of food is omnipresent.

I've tried many Asian dishes, but what we enjoyed here was truly unique and stood out. The quality is outstanding and the flavors are incomparable. Despite the large crowds, the service was absolutely top – friendly, attentive and fast. The drinks were prepared to our liking, adding a personal touch to the experience. The ambience is also inviting and pleasant, perfect for an enjoyable evening. All in all, it was a completely successful experience that we rarely find in this form. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend Dian 18zwo!

Nach dem Open-Air-Theaterstück „Orpheus in der Unterwelt“ im Brunnenhof entschieden wir uns spontan für ein paar Drinks ins nahe gelegene 18ZWO zu gehen. Es war definitiv eine gute Idee. Die Cocktailbar ist sehr stylisch eingerichtet und gefiel uns schon auf Anhieb beim Betreten. Die Drink waren sehr lecker. Es herrschte eine tolle Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

First of all, I would like to exclude the staff from my review, who continue to offer noticeably attentive and friendly service. But what happened to this once great bar?? The offer on the menu has been massively reduced, the drinks cost much more than what is on the menu, all the nice little things that made this bar so special have been deleted - and the fact that the gourmet block is no longer taken is complete will certainly cause some displeasure from customers. What was this new operator thinking? It's a shame about the staff, which is far too good for this bar, this concept and especially this new operator! So this once fantastic bar, now mediocre at best, certainly won't last much longer. Very disappointing!

Was here often before. Prices were always high, but the performance and service were good. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case: First of all, we announced when ordering that we had our “gourmet block” (valid until December 1st, 2025!) and would like to redeem the “2 cocktails for the price of one” voucher from it. The waitress then informed us that 18Zwo had withdrawn from the cooperation and we could no longer redeem the voucher. We should contact “Schlemmerblock” directly about this. Since the non-alcoholic cocktails were too expensive for me at €9.00 to €13.00, I ordered a cappuccino and my husband ordered an IPA beer. The waitress regretted that the IPA we ordered was no longer available: the menu was “out of date”. When asked what beers they still had on offer, she listed a Benedictine wheat beer, a "Helles" from Kraftbräu and a Heineken Pils. He ordered a Kraftbräu “Helles”. After waiting for a while (the waitress served alone), I got my cappuccino, my husband a Benedictine Hefeweizen!? He immediately went to the bar and complained about the wrong hospitality. The reason for this was that the waitress said that the Kraftbräu "Helle" was no longer in the range. My husband then ordered a Heineken. This took an unusually long time to arrive, even though we were now the only guests left to be served. An employee who noticed the wrong beer delivery at least noted that we hadn't received the Heineken yet. The waitress simply didn't know which Gals to serve with the bottled beer. Conclusion: someone is resting heavily on a good name and previous successes in order to now run down the 18Zwo with poor service and poor offers!

Found this funky bar just off the tourist strip on a short stay in Trier. Delightful setting. Great range of drinks and excellent attentive service from start to finish! Wide menu from taps to full meals beautifully prepared and presented. Very comfy seats to rest our weary bones too after a long day of exploring Trier's fascinating Roman history!
