Disappointing experience with plastic in food!! I ordered from this restaurant and unfortunately found sharp pieces of plastic in my food. When I informed the restaurant, I spoke to the owner, who initially didn't believe me and said it was rice. Despite my explanation that it was definitely plastic, he offered to deliver me a new meal, which he personally delivered to my doorstep. He was unfriendly and also made allegations against me. I added the picture of the plastic pieces to my review so that everyone can see for themselves whether it looks like rice. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from this restaurant again as the quality has really declined and this incident was further disappointing. I have often ordered there before and have always been satisfied, but that will now change.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. Portion size (tinsel and chanterelles) was very small, more suitable as a starter, had a hair in the food and the rosemary stems. Wouldn't eat here again.

I'm shocked at the reviews here! The kebab was so delicious! Huge portions, extremely well seasoned and the sauce was delicious too - a bit greasy, yes, but everything else was great! Also the ambience... I don't understand why this is so absurdly misrepresented here... Price was €8.50, so relatively normal.

Chicken wings consist only of breading and have not seen an ounce of seasoning. Half a chicken from the grill looks like a car had driven over it, it was so flat. Completely burnt and like the wings, never seen any seasoning. The best thing was the rice. Free drinks were not included either. After the review on Lieferando, I got a call from the “restaurant”. They probably wanted to deliver me chicken again. But no thanks, once was enough.

We ordered for delivery, the delivery person was very nice, but the delivery took almost 1.5 hours (Tuesday) well, okay, it's not that bad now. We were just looking forward to delicious food and were unfortunately disappointed... it was really Unfortunately it tasted cheap :(

As a lover of sushi and if you can compare... Well, you'll get your fill here. The service was good, but the food wasn't. Everything was very tasteless and unseasoned, apart from the "standard sushi" there wasn't really much that was out of the ordinary here - even if it was only the lunch menu and therefore the "small" selection. The quantity was absolutely ok, it just wasn't great in terms of taste. I wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't spend my money there again

So schlecht haben wir sehr, sehr lange nicht gegessen. Das Schnitzel war sehr fettig, nicht gewürzt, die Soße war vollkommen geschmacklos, das einzige Gute waren die frischen Pilze, auch die Fritten schmeckten nach nichts. Das Dressing war extrem Mayolastig. Die Bedingung war völlig desinteressiert. Und zu allem war es extrem teuer. Nicht mehr zu empfehlen

Ordered food online. The second time there was no delivery after over an hour. They wanted to speak Arabic to me on the phone. Nobody wanted to worry about cancellation. Had to do this through the supplier. But you have to pay a processing fee. Now sitting with an empty stomach and processing fees. This isn't the first time. Subway in Trier has completely disappeared, I don't go there anymore!

Hallo Ich war jetzt schon öfter mal im Theo und muss sagen das das Essen je nach dem was man bestellt ganz in Ordnung ist. Zwar könnten die Käsespätzle eine Sauce vertragen weil die doch sehr trocken sind aber der Kartoffel Brokkoli Auflauf ist toll. Die Preise sind leider Was das Essen für die Portion angeht etwas überteuert. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und einladend. Die Bedienungen sind richtig nett.
