It's been taking forever lately... Even during the week

Dominos is good, the location is so-so, because somewhere on the opposite side of the station, there is no transition from the station, only if you go around other streets you can get to it, the service is super, fast, except that when I got there their bell rang and no one came to the cashier for about 7 minutes (minus a star for this) but in general everything is super.

At 3:18 p.m. the delivery person brought me the wrong order. I told him, "Why two medium pizzas when I ordered two large ones?!" A bald delivery man, because that's the best way I can describe him, so you know who I mean. Answered me with great arrogance, he was really rude - He was extremely disrespectful. It seems like he doesn't care about his work. The work wasn't fun anymore, unfortunately. In my opinion he should go home and rest instead of behaving so badly towards customers. Such behavior only drives away customers from Domino's Pizza. I hope this complaint gets to the right place and that this employee's outrageous behavior has consequences!

Very accommodating and friendly boss! Something was forgotten when ordering. After a short call back, a new portion including cookies was immediately delivered!

We ordered from Domino's again after a long time a week or two ago and were really pleasantly surprised! The pizzas were very tasty, as were the pasta and the ThickShakes. Today we ordered again, and unfortunately there was a small problem: one pizza arrived a bit squashed, and the other had the Garlic Cheese Crust forgotten - instead it was just a regular Cheesy Crust. Of course, the supplier couldn't do anything about it. Here we would recommend using these small plastic stands in the box, which prevent the pizzas from being compressed during transport. What really impressed us, however, was the fast and uncomplicated customer service: after our feedback, Domino's quickly delivered two perfect pizzas. We always enjoy ordering here – the promotions are always great! Many thanks to the Dominos team in Trier for the great service.

I don't understand the bad reviews. For me, delivery never takes longer than 30 minutes. My favorite pizza here is the Chicken Bombay. Sure, there are better pizzas in Italy, but a lot of it is a matter of taste. I've been ordering the same pizza for years and I'm very satisfied :)

If you can give -5 stars I would have given it, ordered for more than 3 hours, order was forgotten, I called but still didn't get a pizza, if you can't eat anywhere else it's better to stay hungry than order from Dominos Trier

Terrible! We ordered pizza for €30 and everything came with a completely wrong sauce! It was right on the pizza, so there really wasn't anything that could be saved. I called and complained! They did nothing, absolutely nothing. I would have liked a new pizza, but instead I hear excuses! I can really advise everyone not to order there, save your money and get a kebab!

Chicken kebab pizza is always fantastic here, staff is great too. Fair price in the combination promotion - 25cm for €10.50 including a side.

The Large Pizza has almost no toppings on it. Now for the third time. Almost zero on it. Won't order anymore.

Pizzas were prepared quickly and freshly.

The food was great. Pizza Caprese and a salad. I can't understand the negative recessions. Delivery was quick and the food was fresh and tasty. Thank you very much, dear team. Greetings from a business traveler

Quite terrible, or rather the very last thing. It has absolutely nothing in common with pizza. The dough is fried in pure fat and dried. Burnt mushrooms, salami and ham. After the first piece, I threw the rest in the trash and paid €15.99 for such disgusting quality. The first time and never again. They should be ashamed of even giving something like that out to paying customers. Preferably no star.

Ordered there last time. Been a long time customer since Joeys. I could still understand that the pizzas became smaller and the price increased. I found it cheeky that you still had to pay for ingredients that you didn't want on the pizza and that there was an alternative topping. But it has now been abolished. Yesterday I redeemed a 33% coupon and bang, the minimum order value changed from 9.90 to 15 euros. Bye dominoes. There are enough alternatives.

Would like to send a photo of the pizza I just delivered...the very last one...mushrooms burnt salami deshakb like chips...everything totally dry and not even lukewarm but cold...delivered to the wrong address beforehand...on the phone Offered a complaint voucher and hung it up straight away...totally unfriendly and...never again

Yesterday was my first time at Domino's Pizza and I was very surprised, the taste was very tasty and for me that always means... 👍

I used a 2 for 1 coupon from Lieferando. But only 1 was delivered. They say they only see 1 on the bill. No accommodation

Unfortunately, this order (2×pizza) was the worst in years. Apparently I've run out of tomato sauce, I haven't been offered something dry like this for a long time.

Today I had a very special experience. In Güterstr. I almost ran over a cyclist from Domino's Pizza while leaving a car dealership at walking speed. We had no contact with the vehicles, which I regret in retrospect. Then I could have called the police! The pizza delivery man, of foreign origin, thought it was normal to drive on the sidewalk because there was no space on the street because of the cars. He complained to me, probably in his native language, “Hey, dude, you have to be careful.” -In Germany they don't speak like that.- The foreign citizen probably doesn't know the driving habits in the European, civilized world. Where he comes from you can probably sleep and travel with donkeys and camels everywhere. In Germany you are not allowed to sleep in traffic and drive on the curb just because there are cars on the street. Now I drove a few meters further and wanted to complain personally to the store manager. But there was only one “shift manager” on site. After I explained the situation, the young lady said - the cyclist was now back in the restaurant and started insulting me in his ghetto language - that she personally wasn't there and couldn't say anything about it. When I pointed out that he represented a company with the logo "Dominos" on the bike, jacket and cap, which was obviously in error according to the German Road Traffic Act, the shift manager said that I should keep in mind how old I was and how old you were Be a cyclist! Again, he was definitely older than 8, which means he is no longer allowed to ride on the sidewalk, even though he most likely stated a younger age than his actual age when entering Germany. With that in mind, free travel...

Outrageous! Ordered via Lieferando and the delivery time was 20 minutes. After over 40 minutes we called and were informed that it would take another 1 1/2 hours! We were cheekily told it wasn't even in the oven yet! We have never been treated more unkindly, the woman on the phone was rude and we will never order there again

Despite ordering an appointment and displaying in the app that the food will be there on time, the food arrived relatively cold 20 minutes late and with an order of 7 pizzas, it's a real shame. Unfortunately, they couldn't give you any precise information over the phone, which was a shame. Not recommendable

The fitness lover pizza was really good. And with picking up myself a great deal, 12.50 for two "medium" pizzas, which in reality were of course quite small but still enough for 1 hungry person or 2 with some starters.. now they charge a 4 € upgrade surcharge so the price increases to 16.50 which is a price increase by 32%... Also 2 of these pizzas are just the size of one really nice pizza from an Iralian place so really not worth it anymore... It's not connected to the increase in VAT as it's still 7% for takeaways , also inflation is at 3.5% so totally not justifiable. I, for the future, will stick to real Italian restaurants..

Super leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal. Wir haben das Essen mitgenommen. Es gibt auch eine kleine gemütliche Sitzecke.

Die Qualität des Essens scheint insgesamt leider ziemlich nachgelassen zu haben, die Pizzen waren mal wesentlich besser. Außerdem wurde jetzt schon mehrmals meine Pizza falsch belegt. Ist extrem ärgerlich wenn man zum abholen bestellt und dann Zuhause bemerkt das die Pizza deswegen ungenießbar ist. War das letzte Mal.

Ich werde zukünftig nur noch Barzahlung auswählen und Eure Fahrer dann genau die 90 Minuten länger warten lassen, die Ihr mich immer warten lasst. Ich bestelle sehr oft und so langsam ist es mit Frechheit noch freundlich umschrieben. Ein absolut mieser Service und Schulterzucken bei den Fahrern, denen ich trotzdem jedes Mal treudumm Trinkgeld gebe. Hier muss dringend was passieren. Dringend.

Dominos halt, aber haben auch spät geliefert und der Liedertyp war nice

So etwas sollte nicht passieren bei der Lieferung ansonsten war es in Ordung, ärgerlich

Unfortunately they don't deliver except in the central part of the city of Trier. Food is great otherwise.

Hatte zwei Luzifer bestellt und zwei Salate, Deluxe haben sehr gut ausgesehen und sehr lecker geschmeckt. Alles und ein Lob an den Fahrer war sehr hilfsbereit.

Habe dort schon oft bestellt Essen ist lecker immer pünktlich und freundlicher Mitarbeiter 10/10

Vor ca. einem Jahr schon einmal auf der Durchreise dort Pizza bestellt, und diese war leider verpfeffert und vor allem versalzen. Nun nochmal eine Chance gegeben, und dieses Mal war es ok. Fazit: Wird eventuell bei zukünftigen Besuchen wieder in Betracht gezogen.

Ein ganz toller LAden, muß jetzt echt mal ein Lob aussprechen. Die liefern immer total pünktlich, die Pizza ist super lecker und gestern waren sie sehr kulant zu mir. Ich hatte die Online-Bestellung vergeigt (Änderungen nicht gemacht) und das haben die dann noch ganz toll nachträglich hingezaubert. Vielen, vielen Dank dafür!
