Really great and very nice and friendly restaurant! Was here for the first time with a group of 6 people and everyone was thrilled. Firstly, there is the friendly welcome and the excellent service, the excellent, tasty and lovingly prepared food and then the cozy atmosphere. I don't know what you can't like here, but I can recommend it without exception. I think the other reviews with "star cuisine level" are a bit exaggerated and shouldn't give rise to false expectations, but it is definitely upscale country inn gastronomy!!! I'd love to come back

Die Alte Weinstube im Hotel Zur Krone in Sankt Martin ist ein wirklich schöner Ort. Der renovierte Raum schafft eine tolle Atmosphäre und eignet sich super für Feiern oder Kochkurse. Das 4-Gänge-Menü schmeckt fantastisch und man kann es mit oder ohne Übernachtung buchen. Der Service ist sehr nett, und der Raum bietet Platz für bis zu 30 Personen – perfekt für kleinere Gruppen. Alles in allem eine super Location für besondere Anlässe

Wir waren 6 Personen zum Nachtessen im Il Gusto. Der Service und vorallem der Chef waren alle sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine grosse Auswahl und alles ist ausgezeichnet. Da wir gerne Karten spielen, fragten wir, ob wir das nach dem Essen an unserem Tisch machen dürften. Selbstverständlich - war die Antwort. Von da an gingen wir jeden Abend nach dem Essen ins Il Gusto Karten spielen. Der Chef hatte für uns immer einen freien Tisch obwohl das Lokal jeden Abend voll war und wir nicht immer dort assen. Soviel Freundlichkeit und Entgegenkommen haben wir selten erlebt. Sehr empfehlenswertes Lokal!

Through the Schlemmerblock Neustadt and the surrounding area we came across the Barrique Vault and it was more than worth the journey from Ludwigshafen. When I entered the restaurant I could already give the first 5 stars for the ambience. The 4-person table was pleasantly large and beautifully decorated. The welcome from the service staff was super friendly and there was always a smile when taking the order, which immediately put you in a good mood in the evening. Zack and another 5 stars. As a starter there was the Mini Pinsa, which was more than delicious. For main courses we ordered a Palatinate plate, chicken with mushroom risotto and hot apple for dessert. The food arrived at a good time and just the sight of it made our mouths water. The taste was in no way inferior to the appearance and was very tasty. Another 5 stars for that. Conclusion: The prices are definitely worth the experience and we were so impressed that we will definitely visit the restaurant again. A top recommendation for me and you should reserve early. There is a small terrace for the summer.

Beautiful rustic restaurant with delicious Palatinate cuisine in the middle of Sankt Martin. We were warmly welcomed and got a table on the 1st floor (reservation on a Saturday is definitely recommended!). The menu offers a selection of Palatinate specialties, game dishes, veal schnitzel and also dishes from Croatian cuisine. Our meals were all served at the same time and every dish tasted very, very good! The portions were also sufficient and large. Service was super friendly, but probably alone that evening. Therefore, it took some time before we could reorder or request the invoice. Overall, definitely a recommendation for Sankt Martin!

Very nicely located restaurant with a wonderful view. The food and drinks were delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Price/performance are in my opinion. in a good relationship, the restaurant is close to the center, our room was clean and equipped with the most necessary things. And even though there may be even nicer places: I was impressed by the friendliness and excellent service of Mr. Neuner and his team. The boss was always there not only with advice and answers, but also fulfilled our small and large wishes at all times (whether it was just two spoons with the ice cream we brought with us in the evening or the lovingly prepared snack at 7 a.m. because of an early departure. Feel-good factor because service is very important! Mr. Neuner is also currently busy building the restaurant, so I'm sure there will probably be a lot of new surprises in the rooms in the near future. 🙂 Thanks to the team!
