Alle Speisen waren sehr gut und üppig. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Abend mit leckerem Essen und angenehmer Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich war hier mit meiner Mom und meinem Bruder an einem Samstag Abend essen. Was soll ich sagen... wir waren einfach rundum zufrieden. Ein sehr netter unkomplizierter, freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin selbst und ihrer Kollegin bedient. Das Essen fand ich hervorragend. Wenn ich bei mein Lokal dein Lokal gewesen wäre, hätte es 10 Punkte gegeben. Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Nachtisch alles perfekt. Zumindest für meinen Geschmack. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist stimmig und total gerechtfertigt. Und einen schönen Trollschoppen haben wir auch bekommen😁😂 Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder zum Essen hinkommen und kann die Lokalität nur empfehlen.

Ein rundum perfekter Abend. Freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Durchdachte Gerichte, die nicht nur toll aussehen, sondern noch besser munden. Es war perfekt abgeschmeckt, dass habe ich selten so erlebt. Die beiden Besitzer sind mit Herzblut dabei, man merkt bei jedem Gespräch und Bissen, sie lieben was sie tun. Wir hatten Glück und haben aufgrund eines Stornos kurzfristig einen Tisch im Weinhäusel bekommen. Das Essen war super lecker, der Nachtisch -Panna Cotta- ebenso. Die Betreiber sind absolut gastfreundlich und verstehen Ihr Handwerk, „Sie“ im Restaurant und mit den Gästen und Ihr Mann in der Küche! Absolut top und eine super Empfehlung, wenn man sehr gut essen möchte!

Wir waren mit 10 Personen dort und haben uns auf Wunsch der Chefin im Vorfeld unsere Gericht ausgesucht. Sehr zuvorkommende Chefin guter Service. Junges Team. Super 😃 Die Gerichte Bärlauchsuppe, Saumagen, Spinatknödel, Blutwurst und Ochsenbäckchen waren sehr schön angerichtet und haben gut geschmeckt. Lob an den Chef in der Küche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten den perfekten Wochenend-Start im Weinhäusel! Hervorragende Küche mit herzlicher Gastlichkeit in einem schönen und entspannenden Ambiente! Klassische Pfälzer Gerichte modern interpretiert! Die Weine (wir hatten WB, BdN & Cabernet) passen auch hervorragend und sind sogar im Basissegment schön komplex und alles andere als Durchschnitt! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Weinhäusel. Man merkt sofort, dass Koch Philipp sein Handwerk nicht nur versteht, sondern mit unglaublicher Liebe, Sorgfalt und Detailverliebtheit ausübt. Die Trüffel-Wurzelsuppe war ein Gedicht, und die Klassiker wie der traditionelle Saumagen und die Blutwurst waren perfekt zubereitet. Auch der Nachtisch hat uns absolut begeistert. Begleitet wurde das Essen von zwei exzellenten Gläsern Wein aus der Region. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Katharina, die uns mit ihrer herzlichen, aufmerksamen und zuvorkommenden Art den Abend verschönert hat. Für diese hohe Qualität sind die Preise absolut fair. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Das war wunderbar! Katharina ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und der Service war hervorragend, auch das Essen war super! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unsere Suche nach einem absoluten Top-Restaurant vor der Haustür ist abgeschlossen. Ohne Erwartungen waren wir am 26.12. mit der Familie hier zu Gast und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Vom ersten Begrüßen, über den extrem aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service bis hin zum wirklich hervorragenden Essen war es wirklich perfekt. Mit Ideenreichtum und Raffinesse aber auch mit Einfachheit und Purismus war jeder Gang ein Gedicht. Mit Freude bei der Arbeit und Witz an der richtigen Stelle aber auch mit Ruhe und Abwesenheit im Richtigen Moment war der Service ebenfalls eine 12 von 10. Gepaart mit einer wirklich gemütlichen und echten Location, war es ein perfekter Tag und verdient von uns eine ausdrücklichste Empfehlung (solange wir auch noch einen Platz bekommen 😂). Großes Kompliment ans gesamte Team!

Excellently prepared food. The most tender ox cheeks ever, no convenience food. Everything freshly prepared. Good wine from Seeber. A very nice, eloquent owner who really connects with her guests. There were six of us, and we had a very enjoyable evening at the Weinhäusel.

We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant this evening! The two waitresses (one of whom was the owner) were very friendly and attentive. The house recommendation was a chanterelle risotto with tuna steak. For starters, we had a watermelon gazpacho and a chanterelle cream soup. Both were superbly prepared and delicious. Dessert was an affogato. Something new for us, but a great experience. All in all, we're sorry we ate somewhere else the first evening because we forgot to make a reservation. A reservation is highly recommended! It was a wonderful evening where everything was just perfect. The interaction with the ladies who looked after us and the excellent results from the kitchen. If we're ever in the area again, we would definitely come back here! Thank you for the wonderful evening!

The food was truly outstanding. But with these "hefty" prices, that's to be expected. The service was extremely friendly, but it could have been much better at this price: because we had to move, we were promised a separate dessert or schnapps, which never arrived. We had to ask the waiter four times to pay… everything. Overall, the service was very friendly, but not entirely structured. And honestly, at these prices, you have to pay more.

Palatinate cuisine and wines five stars deluxe

On a short vacation in the Palatinate region, we discovered, among other restaurants, the Weinhäusel. As discerning restaurant goers, we were delighted with the food; whether it was an appetizer, main course, or dessert, everything was perfectly and skillfully prepared. There's no need to say much about the excellent wines in the Palatinate region—which are also available by the glass. The service was professional and friendly, and at the end, we were able to chat a bit with the chef about the high-quality products he uses. The prices aren't cheap, but they're all worth it. When we're back in the Palatinate, the Weinhäusel will be our first stop.

We've been to Weinhäusel several times now – at different times of the year, as a couple, and with a whole birthday party – and we were once again surprised! A changing menu with culinary and visual highlights: so delicious! The complete package is simply perfect: excellent cuisine, attentive, friendly, and always cheerful service, and a very cozy atmosphere. We'll be back!

This was our first visit to St. Martin, and on the first evening of our stay, we stumbled upon the Weinhäusel by chance. There were still tables for two available on the small, cozy terrace, and we were allowed to choose one. The terrace is right next to a street (or connecting path), but there's practically no traffic (or, once the pedestrian zone opens, only walking pace), so everything was very nice. We quickly received the menu and easily found what we were looking for in the manageable but fine selection. The very friendly and attentive staff were able to answer all our questions, and we felt very welcome, almost like at home. They also recommended the cream of asparagus soup as a starter, which was fantastic. It would have been a shame to have missed it! The dishes were brought out by the chef himself, served with a few kind words, and were simply delicious. A few glasses of wine, some dessert – a successful evening. Nice place, very friendly service, great food... what can I say... Two evenings later, before our return trip, we went back. Everything was great again, highly recommended. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Simply fantastic!! An insider tip!! We called, got a table spontaneously, ordered a menu [black salsify soup, rum steak, crème brûlée with almond ice cream, to die for] with a matching organic wine from the Seeber winery. It was a dream, regional products, the owner was extremely relaxed, which quickly created a sense of well-being. Very clean, great atmosphere. The owner really cooks to a very high standard, beautifully presented plates, and sometimes even brings the delicious food directly to the table. And not to mention, "always asks if everything tastes good and is everything okay," and does so with such ease, as if stress were a foreign concept, even though the restaurant was completely full. That's something you have to manage! Then we wanted to get on the bus, but since we enjoyed it so much and the table had already been given away, we quickly ordered another glass of wine and enjoyed it comfortably in the back room in cozy togetherness! :----) Now, of course, you're wondering where the photos are...we were so blown away that we actually forgot to take pictures of the delicious food! Keep up the good work, you're amazing, we'll definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic, very nice, and friendly restaurant! It was our first time here with a group of six, and everyone was thrilled. Firstly, the friendly welcome and excellent service, the outstanding, delicious, and lovingly prepared dishes, and then the cozy atmosphere. I don't know what not to like here; I can recommend it without reservation. I find the other reviews with "star-level cuisine" a bit exaggerated, and I shouldn't raise false expectations, but this is definitely upscale country inn dining! I'd love to come back.

A great little restaurant with very friendly and attentive service and a small but fine menu, but there should be something for everyone. The quality is very high, with a focus on seasonal dishes from regional suppliers wherever possible. Prices are in the upper mid-range, but the value for money is definitely justified. For larger groups, reservations are definitely recommended. Overall, I highly recommend the Weinhäusel.

The “Weinhäusel” restaurant impressed me completely with its exquisite offerings and charming ambience. As soon as I entered I was warmly greeted by the staff and shown to my table. The decor was stylish and tasteful, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. The menu offered a quality selection of delicious dishes for both meat lovers and vegetarians. I chose the Danish salmon with asparagus salad and was thrilled by the tender quality of the fish and the perfect preparation. The wine recommendation from the service staff also went perfectly with my dish. The service was attentive and courteous without being intrusive. The dessert rounded off my culinary experience perfectly. Overall, I can fully recommend the “Weinhäusel” restaurant. Here you will not only be spoiled with culinary delights, but you will also have an all-round successful evening. I'm already looking forward to my next visit

The asparagus cream as a starter was refined with a dash of lemon oil. Excellent! The truffle pasta with 8(!) prawns was very good and would have fed two people. The Saumagen is served with asparagus, broccoli on mashed potatoes and a delicious jus. Next time, I'll ask for more sauce! The Müller spritzer went quite well with this.

We have known this restaurant for years, about three operators back. The third tenant left unexpectedly. A short standstill, take a breath - and now the new ones. Friendly welcome, great atmosphere, expectations rise. We have known the wines from the Seeber winery for years. What will the cuisine and service offer? In short: still THE restaurant in St. Martin! The meal was excellent. Four people, four different starters, four different main courses, three desserts - and everything is of great quality! Accompanied by unobtrusive, attentive service. Eating out is simply fun! And if you can't get enough of the wines - the winery is a few hundred meters away! March 2024: We were here for a birthday dinner and we were very excited again! Great food, great wines (Seeber winery in St. Martin) and such a pleasant atmosphere. In June we will be back in the Palatinate and the table is already reserved! June 2024: registered with 10 people. This was preceded by a wonderful wine tasting in the Seeber winery, whose wines are also served here in the Weinhäusel. Great service (as always) and, as always, great food. All 10 were happy and cycled back to Rhodt

We went to the Weinhäusl for the first time today and found the food to be consistently outstanding! Meat, shrimp, vegetables all cooked perfectly to the point it should be. The way it was served was also just great. Overall already star level! In addition, there was a beautiful, well-kept atmosphere and very nice and attentive service. We will be back definitely!

After the extremely positive reviews, we wanted to test the restaurant and I can say that I confirm the reviews. Starting with a wonderfully mixed Aperol Spritz, we had a great evening. The service was very accommodating, funny and friendly. The food was very tasty, fresh and seasonal. The rump steak was very tender and had a nice thickness. It was cooked medium as requested. The ox cheeks were tender and tasty. The meal was rounded off with a very tasty creme brulée. We will be back.
