Simply brilliant. So awesome that my husband ordered liver dumplings three days in a row. The bratwursts are also great. But the best thing is the great service from Nikola and his team, always super friendly, approachable, customer-oriented, no matter how stressful it was. Nice cozy restaurant. I ordered pasta with wild garlic pesto for €17. The price-performance ratio was absolutely not right. I had a handful of pasta with pesto on a huge plate. This was more “plate” like pasta! I will never eat here again with my friends!!! To the boss: a few more noodles and the customer would have left the restaurant satisfied and full!

Enttäuschend! Die Inneneinrichtung war gepflegt aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen war kalt und geschmacklos, es fehlte Salz! Der Rotwein leider auch kalt, den hätte ich lieber etwas besser temperiert. Für Vegetarier gab es neben einem Salatteller nur ein ! Gericht auf der Karte. Der Service war nett und höflich.

The schnitzels were large and tasty, unfortunately there were only fries. Wine was subpar. 80 euros for 2 x schnitzel and 2 x wine and 0.75 liters of still water. Conclusion: mediocre for St. Martin standards. However, the kitchen was slick and the waiter was on his toes.

Nice restaurant with friendly service. The food was good and there's actually not much to complain about. However, the prices are completely excessive. The minced steak for €22 and a glass of wine from €8 and up? Okay, tourists will pay, but we locals won't be seen there anymore. What a shame actually!

Beautiful, rustic restaurant with delicious Palatinate cuisine in the heart of Sankt Martin. We received a very warm welcome and were given a table on the first floor (reservation is definitely recommended on a Saturday!). The menu offers a selection of Palatinate specialties, game dishes, veal schnitzel, and even Croatian dishes. Our meals were all served at the same time, and every dish tasted absolutely delicious! The portions were also plentiful and generous. The service was super friendly, but I was probably the only one there that evening. Therefore, it took a while before we could reorder or request the bill. Overall, though, I definitely recommend Sankt Martin!

We were there for dinner yesterday. Everything was just super delicious. We can only recommend it. We'd love to come back.

We, seniors, ordered a dish for two. When we politely asked for another empty plate, we were told that this would then cost €3 extra!! In response to our comment, we were then told that they had to send guests away because we had made reservations but had only ordered one dish; i.e. consumed too little!! Such a statement is a complete impudence!! Okay, our consequence of this is that we will no longer consume anything in this restaurant!! There are plenty of other restaurants that don't allow guests to be harassed like this!!

Authentieke zaak met leuke kaart en zoals dat hoort een uitstekende wijnkaart met veel lokale wijn. Ook de bier drinker komt aan zijn trekken. Echt een fijne zaak.

A really good, central and extremely friendly place to go in Sankt Martin if you want to eat good and regional food. You can also find the family's Croatian influences (grill plates, etc.) on the menu. Very nice family business where you feel very comfortable. The quality and presentation of the food are really good and you should make a reservation (for the evening) as the restaurant is always busy.

We were there for dinner today, we sat outside in the middle of the town, very comfortably right on the Kropsbach. The service was very friendly and the food was amazing. Ox shreds to the point medium, wild liver dumplings with red cabbage and chestnuts in a delicious sauce. The portions were also large. 5 stars plus.

Wir haben uns an einem sonnigen Tag in den Außenbereich der Lokalität gesetzt. Mitten in St. Martin, die man nicht verfehlen kann (die Lage war mindestens ein Stern der Bewertung wert). Zu spät erkannten wir die kroatische Flagge über der Gaststätte. Mit Pfälzer Küche und vor allem mit Weinstube, hatte das dann nur bedingt etwas zu tun. Wir hatten jedoch nichts gegessen, deswegen können wir das Essen nicht bewerten. Den Wein (ohne Angabe der Herkunft), bekamen wir ungefragt als großes Glas direkt, welcher wahrscheinlich NICHT aus lokaler Herstellung war. So schmeckte er auch. Der Brüller war jedoch die Aufforderungen an die Gäste (Zwei Tische a zwei Personen) sich unbedingt gegenüber, und nicht nebeneinander zu setzen, damit mehr Platz für andere Gäste frei blieb. Der Aussenbereich war allerdings leer! Die Gäste waren sichtlich irritiert. Bezahlen konnten man auch nur BAR bis 20€. Alles in allem, überhaupt nicht angemessen für diese Lage in diesem schönen Dorf.

Sitting under the orange umbrellas to avoid the sun, we had some fabulous food and wine. The steak salad was (non)cooked to perfection like I asked. The Pfifferlingen schnitzel was so good we said that it is worth an hours drive just to eat it. The sauce was fantastic but the flavor of the meat was still there with the breaded crust still being crispy. Not our first visit, nor will it be our last. Hvala!

Unfortunately the food wasn't particularly good, the salad we ordered without ruccola was unfortunately served with ruccola. The bread at the Pfälzer Saumagen was not fresh. The breading was peeling off the schnitzel and the lemon pieces on the schnitzel were completely dried out. At one meal we had tagliatelle noodles with us, they were totally stuck together and placed in a lump on the plate. Unfortunately, the prices are far too high for the quality on offer. We cannot recommend the restaurant.

Arriving a few minutes before 21:00 was already too late for dinner... The kitchen was closed and we were sent away. This place advertises being open until 22:00. What a joke!

The restaurant in the famous wine town of St. Martin, which is closed off to drivers with barriers on weekends. We had a hard time finding a parking space in the narrow streets on Wednesdays. The restaurant in a beautiful historical atmosphere with slightly higher prices. Schnitzel day on Wednesdays (€15), pasta day on Thursdays. Otherwise, some Palatinate dishes and wines from a local producer. Dishes are good, but somewhat reminiscent of sophisticated system gastronomy - a pinch of originality is missing. As is often the case, there seems to be a lack of staff in the kitchen and dining room at the moment.

Auch ohne Reservierung freundlich empfangen, guter Service, leckeres Essen und Wein vom örtlichen Winzer. Auch preislich nach heutigem Maßstab akzeptabel

Kann man nur empfehlen! Sehr nette Bedienung

Essen Gänsekeule mit Rotkraut und Miniknödel sowie Esskastanien. Gänsekäule war sehr zart, leider hätte ich mir zwei Kartoffelknödel mit einer normalen Größe gewünscht. Die Esskastanien waren aber ein guter Zusatz zum Essen. Alles in allem ein gutes Essen wenn auch zu einem stolzen Preis von über 37 Euro pro Person.

Habe ein sehr gutes Schnitzel gegessen. Wir waren absolut mit allem zufrieden.

Sehr netter Service. Gutes, sehr schmackhaftes Essen. Nachteil: Tisch zum Abendessen muss für bestimmte Zeit reserviert werden(17-19 Uhr) Danach Rausschmiss! Am besten erst für 19 Uhr bestellen, dann kann man sitzen bleiben.

Haben bei unserem Tagesausflug hier eine Pause gemacht und sehr lecker gegessen. Hatten Pfälzer Dreierlei und Sauerbraten. Der Wein ist auch sehr gut gewesen. Preise waren für die Portion gut. Gerne wieder wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind. P.S.: Das kroatische Essen sah beim Tischnachbarn auch lecker aus.

Personal wirkt sehr gestresst, vermutlich Personalmangel. Trotz Stress aber sehr nett. Essen war grandios. Mein Zwiebelrostbraten war perfekt medium angebraten, Soße war richtig richtig lecker und wie man es erwarten würde aus Knochen und Fleisch ausgekocht und keine Fertigsoße. Würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Wir haben die Location das erste mal besucht. Tag: Mittwoch Abend Das Lokal war voll, der Service ordentlich unter Strom. Es gab hier aber keine Engpässe, jeder wurde in Time betreut. Das Team ist super engagiert, freundlich und sichtbar. Die Speisekarte ist ausgewogen, die Preise fair. - Die Weine sind für die Pfalz etwas teuer! Eine Bitte: Kartenzahlung wieder Einführen!

Essen sehr gut aber etwas kleine Portionen für den Preis.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und gut Dekoriert. Die Portionen sind leider für den Preis aber etwas klein. Aber trotzdem ist es sehr zu empfehlen. Die Cocktails sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Lage ist an einem kleinen Fluss ist sehr schön und gemütlich.

Man kann nur mit Bargeld zahlen und es gibt keine Rechnung.

Wir waren an einem Mittwoch da. Es war Schnitzeltage. Verschiedene Variationen und alle sahen lecker aus. Nette Bedienung. Preis-Leistung top.

Wir haben im Juni 2023 mit 50 Gästen in der Weinstube in einem separaten Raum im 1. Stock unsere beiden 60. Geburtstage gefeiert. Empfang der Gäste im parterre mit gekühlten Getränke an einem heißen Tag war bestens organisiert. Das Essen war hervorragend aus kroatischer Küche zubereitet und als Buffet serviert, zeitlich mit Vor-/Hauptspeise und Nachtisch top abgestimmt auf den Genuß des jeweiligen Gangs. Das Servicepersonal war sehr aufmerksam und schnell, das Ambiente sucht seines gleichen. Selbst DJ Andi aus der nahen Umgebung war sehr angetan. Wir können die Weinstube mit Luca und seinem Team bestens weiterempfehlen, ein Top-Adresse die wir immer wieder gerne besuchen.

Toller Ort für gutes Essen. Ein wunderbares Team sorgt für schöne Feiern und entspannte Abende. War dort als Dj für einen 60. gebucht und alles hat super geklappt. Gerne wieder !

Wir waren mit 13 Personen da. Sehr nettes Personal. Essen war lecker und für alle fast gleichzeitig serviert. Mit dem Getränkenachschub hat es etwas gehapert, aber das Restaurant war voll und es herrschte Personalmangel. Kommen gerne wieder.
