I would like to express my disappointment with my last visit to your restaurant.
I bought a box of food but was told I wasn't allowed to eat in the restaurant because it was a to-go box. This rule seems very incomprehensible to me.
In addition, the saleswoman was unfortunately rude and seemed to show little interest. She didn't offer me a napkin or cutlery. I had to find out for myself what I could and couldn't take.
It was an overall unpleasant experience that I didn't expect.

We received a very friendly welcome with our dog and were escorted to the rustic restaurant. The atmosphere is very cozy, the food is delicious and plentiful. The staff are attentive and extremely friendly.

Where does the black money from the toilets go? Guests have to pay to use the toilet. No receipt is issued for the service. You are a case for the tax office. BLACK MONEY
Even though I'm late, I have to say that I've never eaten at a worse fast food restaurant like this.
The fake toy fries I have at home are better than McDonalds.
Also, every time I ate a hamburger, I thought I was going to lose my teeth with every bite.
Every time I ate the employee came and sprayed the table/window cleaner,
and I wondered if our hamburgers were sprayed too.
For a specific employee, I would like to say that it would be good to see an expert - because he/she has bad manners towards customers and perhaps needs help from an expert and to control the behavior towards customers.

so that they learn what “customer management, respect, courtesy” means.

Ate a falafel pocket and a spinach pizza.

It's interesting to see how, over time and calmly, Dominos has driven the once good "Hello Pizza" into the ground. At least the branch in Ronsdorf got worse and worse. The goods arrived later with each order, sometimes waiting 2.5 hours. The pizzas themselves are cold, the dough is hard. The toppings on requested pizzas are also sometimes wrong. The prices give hope for above-average goods. On the other hand, you get below-average food after a long wait.
The fact that the advertising slogan of “Hallo Pizza”: “Hot goods on order” was not adopted makes perfect sense in this context.
At the time of my review "April '25), the branch in Wtal Ronsdorf has already been closed for more than 4 months. Apparently for renovation work. Do the Rug of your chain and the people in the area a big favor: Allow this store to open.

The pizzas were undercooked, small, the pizza wasn't fresh but all from a can. Unfortunately absolutely bad. In addition, it really has a miserable price-performance ratio.

I have never eaten such delicious food in Wuppertal. I can definitely offer you the subway in the train station here in Wuppertal. It tastes very tasty.
