ABSOLUTELY BAD! If I could I would give 0 stars. Absolute impudence!! Ordered over 1 hour in advance via Lieferando, but it was still delivered half an hour late!! ALL THE EXTRA INGREDIENTS on a pizza I paid for were NOT on it. For the second pizza, the special request "Urgent note: please have one half without cheese due to intolerance" was not taken into account. Should get a replacement. After two hours still nothing. When there was another complaint, the phone was hung up!! Afterwards I was shouted at! Ultimately no replacement, no money back, nothing! HANDS OFF ! Never again!!

Particularly accommodating, friendly, very committed. Preparation just in time and always fresh. Grade very 👍 good

I ordered a pizza with chicken, green asparagus, hollandaise sauce, pepper and tomatoes and had it delivered. Unfortunately there was far too much pepper on the pizza. It just tasted like pepper with cheese. Many a pepper steak would have been jealous. I order there very, very rarely, but I will stop doing so in the future. Sad how Dominos ruined a very very good Hello Pizza.

I ordered from a young woman last night. When I came into the store I wasn't greeted and only served after I asked. She was often distracted when ordering. After a long wait, I asked again and was annoyed by her. When I received the pizza, it had the wrong toppings, was only lukewarm and the ingredients were sparsely distributed. I've been ordering here for years and in the last few months the quality of the store has simply declined significantly. I don't know why that is, but I won't be ordering from now on.

DO NOT ORDER!!! We waited 2 hours for the food and nothing came, then finally someone came with only a shake, no pasta, no pizzas, not even dessert. Horrible service, therefore only 1 star.

I went to Domino’s this evening and ordered a large Margherita pizza. I specifically told the employee that I would wait outside, which he acknowledged. After about 10 minutes I saw a large pizza sitting on the warming system. I assumed that the employee would call me since I was outside. After another 10 minutes I got tired of it and went in to ask how long it would take. To my horror, the pizza that had been sitting there the whole time turned out to be mine. The employee gave it to me without a word of apology or explanation. The pizza was now cold and hard – and for 12 euros! What annoys me the most is that the employee didn't even inform me that the pizza was ready even though I was waiting outside. A simple hand signal or a quick shout would have been enough to guarantee me a warm pizza. Instead, my evening was ruined with a cold, inedible pizza. For this poor service and lack of communication there is definitely no reason to order here again.

Food arrived cold and squashed. Pizza still fell down. Was the last order. 35 euros for bad food.

Absolute disaster, I actually paid almost €15 for waste. The cold, bone-hard “pizza” is inedible, even though it doesn’t even deserve the name pizza. I don't even want to think about hygiene in the kitchen. There was a piece of mushroom on the Margherita pizza, which is pretty disgusting if the sight of mushrooms makes you want to vomit. There's no way I'll ever order there again, why wait for food when I can throw the money straight into the trash instead of making a "pizza" out of it first?! The only good thing was the friendly driver, he couldn't help it.

Ordered again after a long time. Dishes are too small for the price and the food is not good. Will not order there again as the price/performance ratio absolutely does not match.

I ordered 3 pizzas that day, they were the worst pizzas I got. Cold, dry, toppings so little, hardly any cheese on them, only taste of tomato paste!!! The price was 39.90€ for 2 medium pizzas, only tuna and for others 2 pilsen... I'll never order more there again. What a cheek. Keep on fooling people!!!!

I was there today with my daughter because I always visit this branch. I parked in front of the door after ah and crash. There was a Dominos service car next to me that drove away. I ordered from the friendly waitress and waited for about 8 minutes, during which time a woman with a Dominos service car appeared with a blonde braid and parked behind me even though she could park in front of the house and a minute later another Dominos car parked next to me so I couldn't go out. I asked nicely if the lady could just drive the vehicle in front of the house so that I could drive out without being embarrassed because of the rain ☔️ and the weather. THE driver was an employee and had now spoken so loudly, I think it was a shift manager, I heard the whole conversation but there was no mention of driving away, all of a sudden she was gone 🙈. End result: her male colleague had to drive out to hold up all the traffic and I drove my company vehicle. I think that's so stupid and not good for business and good advertising. The store used to be really good, but unfortunately that's no longer the case. The food is pretty expensive now. But that would be bearable if the quality and service were right. Unfortunately, everything is missing. The pizzas had cooled down, a paid extra topping was missing and a dip was forgotten. There was no subsequent delivery. It also looked very carelessly made. Everything was in the middle of the pizzas, the edges were completely dry. A good hour delivery time. The reaction to my call at the branch was rather unpleasant. I'm sorry, but it's a waste of my money, especially since something similar has happened several times now.

We placed an order online at 10:25 p.m. (yes shortly before the order deadline, but it doesn't matter, it's still opening time), it was confirmed etc. but unfortunately it was no longer delivered. Waiting in vain for our food on an empty stomach without any information or anything else, that's really a disgrace.

Good day. After the meal I ordered (lukewarm noodles with bolo) and chicken wings teriyaki, I had diarrhea and vomiting and was sick for 3 days as a result and felt really bad. I'll never order there again, I've given the store countless chances, there was always something wrong with the food (cold pizza, wrong toppings, warm wrap, etc.) the quality just doesn't get any better! Hands off!

Pizza was delivered lukewarm and modestly topped for the third time. The quality of the store has deteriorated significantly. Unfortunately not worth recommending at this point. It's a shame actually.

Salad was delivered without dressing and they didn't accept to deliver it. Staff is rude. Never again

Unfortunately, the pizza was once again delivered cold and the muffins were still frozen. It's a shame, especially since the pizzas aren't exactly cheap. Update on the review: at least someone got in touch with us pretty quickly and I was sent a voucher code. Today I wanted to give Dominos in Wuppertal Ronsdorf another chance, but the voucher code doesn't work in the chosen branch (says the app). It's a real shame, but it fits into the overall picture

sorry, but the pizzas just don't taste good

It annoys me that I constantly receive my pizza or pizza rolls with old burnt crumbs. It's really too expensive for that.

I was always really excited about the Dominos in Ronsdorf and always told everyone that it was one of the few that were still really good. I waited over two hours for 2x pizza rolls and rösti sticks. In addition, the sticks were wobbly and already cold, the pizza rolls were very bland and I had salami in a roll (which I didn't even order). Very unsuitable for allergy sufferers. In addition to the waiting time, I would like to point out that I live two streets away, this waiting time is simply outrageous. I think I probably won't place another order for the time being.

Personally, it's difficult for me to understand the bad reviews here, as in my experience this store has always delivered great 90% of the time, both in terms of delivery and the food itself. The quality consistency, as well as its delivery, is really something to behold (and taste), especially since you are treated in an absolutely accommodating and accommodating manner if an error should occur in a rather unusual case. I have never had any real problems in this regard or experience disputes. The majority of employees are competent, quick and friendly, some even very friendly, committed and passionate about their work. In my honest opinion, it's definitely a highly recommended store, keep it up! :)

Be careful if you order via Lieferando and pay with PayPal. 1. Delivery time of almost 2 hours 2. The delivery is confirmed as delivered even though no delivery has arrived. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!

The quality has declined significantly in recent years and the prices can hardly be justified. At least not for this quality. The only thing Dominos can score with is speed Delivery. At least in most cases. There is now a huge banner hanging at the branch with “20% for self-collection”. Nice to attract drivers, because the small print says “only for menu pizzas”. Overall, the product was significantly better back in the days of Hallo Pizza. Too bad.

I absolutely CANNOT understand negative comments. The food is great, always delivered hot. The drivers were without exception friendly and nice. The gentleman on the phone was also very personable! We are very satisfied and will continue to order there.

Ich habe schon oft bei Dominos in Ronsdorf bestellt. Die Damen und Herren sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lieferung erfolgt mehr als schnell und die Pizza ist immer heiß und lecker. Immer wieder gerne 👍

Wer hier bestellt sollte nicht über Lieferando bestellen! Lieber direkt auf der Homepage von Domino's (alternativ anrufen). Kartenzahlung ist auch an der Tür möglich wenn man nachfragt. Begründung: Lieferando, 19:40 Bestellt > Lieferung soll um 20:20 kommen. Um 21 Uhr mal nachgefragt bei Domino's. Das sehr nette Gespräch mit "Thomas" brachte klarheit. Lieferando hat die Bestellung erst um 20:30 übermittelt. Daher war unser Essen auch erst in Zubereitung. Thomas sagte mir auch das viele Angebote und Artikel bei Lieferando einfach ingoriert / falsch deklariert werden. Wenn ihr pünktlich das sehr leckere Essen von der Domino's-Kette bestellen möchtet, dann bestellt bitte direkt dort und nicht über dritte.

Das Essen kam zügig und die Pizza war die perfekte Zeit im Backofen. Ich habe über Lieferando bestellt und hatte die Möglichkeit viele Variationen zu wählen. Gekommen ist die Pizza genau so, wie ich sie bestellt hatte. Der Preis könnte etwas niedriger sein aber bei meiner Wahl schienen die Zutaten frisch zu sein und auch der Belag war nicht zu wenig.

Wir waren vor Ort da. Es waren alle sehr freundlich und es ging auch schnell. Meine Schwester wollte unbedingt das cinnamonbread ausprobieren. Wir fanden das echt nicht schlecht aber die sauce könnte es auch ohne Karamell geben, hätte ich auf jeden Fall besser gefunden. War trotzdem lecker und preislich auch in Ordnung :)

Ich bestellen seit vielen Jahren dort , auch zu hallo Pizza Zeiten. Ich bin wirklich super zufrieden! Das Essen kommt mit wirklich wenigen Ausnahmen SUPER schnell und ist immer heiß! Fahrer sind nett und freundlich. Die pizzabrötchen und Pizza immer lecker! 🥰 Ja- es ist durchaus etwas teuer, aber damit kann ich leben.

Hallo, Ich finde diese Pizza dort Eigentlich Nicht so Gut! Ich bestelle mir Gemüse Pizza und kriege Den auch aber alles sah nicht nach einer Pizza aus! Sie war eher dreckig und Unschön Würde ich ehrlich nicht empfehlen! Preis war nicht schlecht eigentlich sogar gut... Die Mitarbeiter waren auch Nett aber die Pizzeria nicht! -2 Unqualitativ -1 Dreckig +1 Preis +2 Nette Mitarbeiter

Habe telefonisch bestellt und es war punktgenau fertig, Super freundlich und das Essen war sehr sehr Gut,ist ja eher eine bestell Service,und dementsprechend ist das Lokal gestaltet,aber so kann ich es nur empfehlen sehr Gut und Auswahl auch,,😁👍👍

Die Standardprodukte sind klein und teuer ! Die Aktionspizzen sind in Ordnung....was Preis Leistung betrifft und schmecken auch recht gut !

Immer nettes Personal vor Ort, Speisen schnell und frisch zubereitet, schmecken sehr lecker und werden heiß geliefert!

Preislich etwas teuer, Pizzabrötchen könnten besser gefüllt sein und kein Dip dabei muss extra gekauft werden. Qualität jedoch gut sehr Frisch und Lecker.Lieferzeit ist auch Top meistens um die 30min.

2Pizzen bestellt… eine bekommen Nach Nachfrage warum nur eine ? Aussage Fahrer.: bestellen sie doch noch eine zweite… geht gar nicht….zudem Schinken Zwiebeln Knoblauch bestellt kaum Schinken drauf….muss nicht sein für den Kurs….

Die gefüllten Pizzabrötchen werden immer kleiner und trockener, sehr schade. Die letzte Pizza, die wir bestellt haben triefte vor fett, sodass der ganze Pizzakarton ausgewichen war. Ich hoffe dass die Qualität der Pizza Röschen mal überarbeitet wird.

Ich trockne aus, der Geschmack war gut, aber mein Mann und ich vertrocknen.

Aktion 2 für 1. Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Pizza war mit frischen Zutaten belegt und wurde sehr heiß übergeben.

Pizza war standardmäßig und in Ordnung...jedoch hätte ich für den dafür gezahlten stolzen Preis, der bei Weitem das des mir Gewohnten übertraf, mehr erwartet.

Die Bestellung dauert zu lange pizza geschmacksneutral. Und wenn die Lieferung dann endlich da ist steht auf der Rechnung z.b.8euro49 und ich soll 8euro50 bezahlen ich bestell dort nie wieder da mach ich zuhause ne bessere pizza

5 Pizzas bestellt, welche innerhalb von 30min geliefert wurden (nach RS-Lüttringhausen) - absolut top. Die Fahrerin war super freundlich. Die Pizzas waren heiß, sämtliche Sonderwünsche wurden beachtet. Geschmacklich ist es halt Dominos, entweder man mag es oder man mag es nicht. Immer wieder gerne!

Es wurde Pizza bestellt: Geschmack: Alles okay - Systemgastronomie Pizza (standardisiert) Vollständigkeit: extra bestellte Zutaten wurden schlichtweg vergessen, bei einer Pizza sogar der Käse?! Lieferzeit: Da Dominos einen "Live Ticker" verwendet, konnte man beobachten das zwischen Bestellung bereit und in Zustellung ca. 30 Minuten lagen, daher Lieferzeit ausbaufähig Temperatur: zum Glück ist es sommerlich Warm, ansonsten wäre die Pizza wahrscheinlich nicht mehr lauwarm sondern kalt gewesen. Warmes Essen leider nicht erhalten. Auslieferungsfahrer: sehr nett und freundlich. Gesamtfazit, 2 von 5 Sternen, der nette Fahrer verdient einen Stern und einen weiteren Stern dafür das es durch die standardisierte Pizza, geschmeckt hat. Alles andere sollte im Restaurant tatsächlich noch einmal überdacht werden.
