So it's just a Burger King. What I think is nice is that there is a play area for children inside. On a positive note, I have to mention that the staff was absolutely sweet with my son. Every time we ate there 😊

There is ALMOST nothing about this food. Super long waiting time. But the staff is friendly!

I ordered there for the first time today at 8:13 p.m. After about 1.5 hours. I called to ask where the order was...half an hour later the delivery person unfortunately only arrived with half the order. I then had to call them again and the answer was yes, then we'll just do it for you. Of course you have to pay for it too. I've been waiting for another hour now. Fast food is something different and when only half of the order arrives it's even sadder. Don't think the rest now

Only 4 stars for the service because a bag of fries was withheld from a menu, which I only noticed later because I took it with me. Apart from that, everyone was very friendly and all in all very good and quick! Compared to the competing company with the capital letter, Essen is a completely different... better world!

Today we went to the Burger King Whopper Valley for the first time because of a course. We were amazed by the friendliness of the staff. Maria really stood out here too - but all the other employees were also super friendly and polite. The ambience was also absolutely perfect. It was always clean, tidy and nothing was ever left lying around. Since we had problems at the terminal due to special requests on our part, we were able to order at the checkout without any problems. Nothing was forgotten - everything was perfect. It should also be emphasized that the staff speaks perfect German - unfortunately this is no longer the case so often. All thumbs up! Really terrific

Used to be my absolute favorite store. Until the day before yesterday. Had problems with the order terminal at the window. I honestly said that the terminals at McDonald's are easier to use... The answer I got was: Then go to McDonald's... I was speechless.... BUT: I'm happy to follow the lady's recommendation..... so off to the BRAND NEW Mac Donalds.... You don't want to be bothered after work...

Due to its proximity to a large residential area, I have been going to this branch for years. Since the renovation, a lot has improved but also a lot has gotten worse. A big problem is the ATMs, where I have had payment problems several times. If, despite holding the card on it several times and hearing a confirmation tone, the process ends at the end and you have to start all over again, I lose interest and leave the store again. I would therefore like to have a permanently staffed cash register like usual elsewhere, as I have never had such problems with a natural person In general, the BK is really modern and the food is like any other. Another negative point, however, is that the branch hardly takes part in any BK app promotions and many coupons simply don't work. There are two stars deducted for the terminals and the stinginess with coupons

We always enjoy eating here. The staff is friendly and never makes mistakes in the preparation. There is a play area for children. You can tap the drinks yourself from vending machines. The selection is huge. The toilets are among the cleanest in all of Wuppertal. You can only get a larger selection of soap and hand lotions at the drugstore.😅

We were just there (like every Wednesday) and are always thrilled (coming from the twin city). My wish - a shake with caramel sauce. Maria - you are the best and the shake tastes best to me here now!!! Thank you and see you next Wednesday ✌️☺️

Small change to my previous review, I have now been there in person more often and it is really by far the best Burger King in Wuppertal and the surrounding area. The staff is super nice. Waiting times are absolutely reasonable, usually very short. Small things like a forgotten sauce or something similar are immediately remedied with extraordinary goodwill. The rooms are very nice, modern, and attractively decorated. Old review: (Unfortunately, the delivery service usually takes at least 1 1/2 hours to get to my address (10 minutes by car) and delivers cold fries.) Otherwise it's a really great store, customer service is very important here. During our last visit (first really hot day 24) the branch manager even gave out a small ice cream free of charge to all customers. Happy to come back ;)

It's a very nice fast food restaurant and I've been eating there for years. However, things suddenly turned around because: - The burgers no longer have any taste because the employees put too much sauce on the burgers - I ordered 2 different burgers, but if you're blind you might think they forgot the meat and the bun - The atmosphere was actually always very dynamic and friendly, but there was a new employee who caused the atmosphere to plummet About the burgers I ordered: 1. Cheeseburger: Only tasted like ketchup and mustard (no sign of meat, bun or cheese in the taste) 2. Chicken Chili Cheese Burger: I couldn't taste the chicken bullet or the jalapenos because they used more sauce than when I order extra sauce Despite the negative points, I can still recommend eating there because my description does not correspond to the norm.

I've been to many Burger King branches and I have to be honest, I've never been to such a clean branch. All tablets were put away immediately and the tables were always cleaned. The burgers also tasted incredibly fresh and the service was simply unbeatable in terms of politeness. I would like to express my thanks again, especially to Maria, for her friendly manner. Delivered incorrectly several times now. I honestly don't feel like calling the BK hotline, only to be called shortly before midnight asking if I would like a subsequent delivery.

Old branch that urgently needs a new one. update: Unfortunately, it happens more and more often that you have to wait a long time for no apparent reason. Recently we waited another 15 minutes for 2 burgers and 1 fries and unfortunately one of the items was packed incorrectly (the fries were swapped). Just why? I'll avoid the restaurant for now. Update 2: The branch has now been renovated and looks good! In the drive-in, however, you constantly have to pull up for no apparent reason and drive out of the drive-in without a car in line and wait off to the side. This is probably for the statistics because the car/customer is then considered to be processed faster. It's great to do something like that on the backs of the customers.

Ordered yesterday. You could dance the tango with the fries...so pliable and soft and limp. Burger was soggy and the bun wasn't even baked. The fuzz tea was good. Was the last chance, unfortunately wasted.

Terminal doesn't work again... Fries weren't crispy again. Service too few staff... Long waiting time.. Burger was ok.

I love eating there, it's very nice and very clean and tasty, very nice staff. But what always disappoints me, and unfortunately every time regardless of whether the shop is full or empty, is that the food usually comes cold. Despite the self-service terminals, it seems somehow familiar, which is largely due to the approachable nature of the people behind the counter, but also to the smart interior.

Unfortunately it was very dirty during our visit! In addition, the cola, soda, etc. were lukewarm and didn't taste good either. Only the Whopper was tasty, but you couldn't enjoy it because the floor and all the tables were very dirty.

I'm mostly happy. The food is like everywhere else at BK, but here it is also served warm, you might not believe it. The restaurant appears well maintained and up to date. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, even when there are complaints. The delivery service is rocket fast! Within 15 minutes of ordering (directly via the BK app, not Lieferando) the driver was at the door with my dinner. And everything is warm! Class! But there is also criticism: The dip is consistently forgotten when ordering, at least when it comes to home deliveries. This works perfectly in a restaurant, but I've never had a delivery that wasn't missing some mayo or ketchup. It wasn't so bad because it was included in the price, but if I had paid extra for mayo and ketchup, I would be upset now.

So the service here is really first class. I just had to wait a little longer for my order around 7:30 p.m. because there were problems with the broiler. I got ice cream on the house to bridge the waiting time and was also allowed to take another portion of fries with me because the wrong ones were accidentally packed. In contrast to the “BK in Haan”, this Burger King branch is an oasis of well-being. I can still order directly here without having to go to the stupid control terminals. It works! 😀 My favorite Big King XXL burger is freshly prepared. The staff here is friendly and quick. The place is clean. That's how it should be. You sit in the Burger King unsuspecting and the management, Ms. Maria Brückner, simply puts three ice creams on the table because you “linger so comfortably here”. 😍 Great gesture and since we now prefer to eat at BK instead of Mecces, we will of course come back. The rest of the employees are also friendly and the store is bright and clean.

Schönes Lokal in dem man gut sitzen kann.

Wir waren vor ca 10 Woche zum Essen dort. Leider konnte man nicht mit der ec Karte zahlen, da es Probleme gab. Dieses wurde allerdings schnell gelöst. Unser Essen hat sehr lange gebraucht. Aber es war alles sehr heiß und super lecker. Die burger King Mitarbeiterin hat alles Gästen ein kleines Eis als Entschuldigung serviert. Super nett und sehr freundliche Bedienung

Schöne Filiale und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Während im Lokal immer alles bestens war, habe ich am Drive-In Schalter schon zweimal recht kaltes Essen bekommen… das geht sicherlich besser! Kurzes Update… tatsächlich hat sich hier etwas getan und nun ist auch am Drive-In Schalter das Essen immer gut temperiert… jetzt klare fünf Sterne 👍🏻

Die neue Einrichtung sieht super aus. Das Team dort ist immer sehr freundlich und man wird mit einem Lächeln bedient.

Für mich die beste FastFood Filiale in der Umgebung. Sauber, hohe Gastfreundlichkeit und schneller als andere Ketten. Gestern erst wieder dort gewesen - die Wartezeit wurde mit der wirklich hervorstechenden Freundlichkeit der jungen Dame hinter der Theke verkürzt - danke für die Aufmerksamkeit. Es wurde sich aufrichtig entschuldigt, da es gestern etwas länger gedauert hat und die junge Frau ist selbstsicher und freundlich auf jeden Kunden zu und erntete in der Zeit, in der ich da war, nur Verständnis. Das Essen war lecker, warm und die Pommes sind immer mega! Das vegane Angebot sticht hervor und auch der aktuelle Danish-Burger als Aktion, wird z.B. in Remscheid nicht angeboten - hier schon. Komme immer wieder gerne mal vorbei aus Wermelskirchen 🍀
