I want to give a huge shout-out to Maria, who works at Burger King. I was struck by her exceptional friendliness and impeccable service – truly better than in many restaurants. Even when I had a mishap and spilled a Coke all over the table, my partner, and the floor, Maria remained incredibly calm, helpful, and warm. She immediately offered her support, responded kindly, and even offered to bring us a new drink. Her approach is truly exemplary! Such patience, friendliness, and professionalism are truly rare. Maria is a real asset to the team!

We ordered again. Delivery time was perfectly on time, the driver was very nice, and the food was very good too – everything was still hot :) We'd gladly order again.

I was at Burger King on November 11th at approximately 10:40 PM. I received a very friendly welcome, and Maria immediately took my deposit refund. This Burger King deserves maximum stars.

EVERY YEAR AGAIN WHEN HUNGER DRIVES ME THERE DRIVE-THRU PURCHASE Every time the same experience: The burgers are so lukewarm that they have almost no flavor left. GETTED FOR A LOT OF MONEY Who wants to buy supposedly hot food that seems like it was pre-prepared long ago and kept just barely above body temperature with minimal energy input, and is no longer enjoyable to eat after being handed to customers? COMPLAINT HANDLING When I reported the issue to an employee, a cheeseburger was taken back, apparently put in a microwave, with the result: – Bun hardened – Lettuce and sauce soggy – Mouth burned by scalding hot meat Comment: An absolute disgrace! GENERAL BK&K IMPRESSION OF THE STORE Almost like all the other branches we've known so far, only a bit cleaner. It seems to be common practice at Burger King that when you complain, you don't get a fresh, hot replacement, but rather they mess with the product that's already been given out until it's truly inedible. Whether legal hygiene requirements are still being met is a legitimate question. At least the staff here are friendly in some places and not rude like in other branches – where, by the way, they sometimes give out the wrong product, and then, when it's returned, they don't replace it with new items, but instead convert it from a hamburger to a cheeseburger. ADVICE: NEVER WITHOUT A RECEIPT If you don't get the desired type and/or quality of food, you should always return it. Upon receiving returned goods, insist on a fresh replacement. If you find "repackaged improvements" upon receiving returned products, insist on a refund or immediate replacement. For Wuppertal/Remscheid/Solingen, the Food Inspection Office in Solingen (SG) is responsible. If products are incorrectly dispensed or questionable, freeze them at home, label them with the date and time, and later deliver them to Solingen (transported in a cooler with freezer packs). Submit the receipt (or preferably a copy) to the office. ----------------------------------- ¹ [Among other things, for determining the bacterial count]

One of the last places like this that are still clean, modern, and nice. The staff is always friendly. The food is fresh and not prepared an hour ago. When I want a burger, I always come here. The atmosphere is cool.

By far the best visit to BK or MCD in years! It started with an unusually friendly checkout, continued with a super clean store, culminated in the best fries I've ever had at BK, and ended with two really good burgers that were cooked to perfection! Keep it up! Great team!

Never been greeted so friendly, polite, and courteous at BK 👍 These doner fries are truly inedible, though, so I deducted a point for that. The meat was only lukewarm, soggy, and not tasty either. The BBQ whiskey burger, on the other hand, was really good, the chicken nugget burger was the best I've had at BK so far, and the regular fries were as good as always. The highlight, though: Maria's service 😘

Whether I order in or order, at least one item is always missing. Simply annoying. Even though they always check things on-site. From now on, I'll only order food here and bring my own bag.

My best friend and I went to McDonald's on Parkstrasse once a week for years... until about two or three years ago, we happened to stop by Burger King on Lichtscheid. From the very first minute, we were absolutely thrilled! The food is top-notch, the atmosphere wonderful. In the summer, the outdoor seating is lovely, and the entire team is noticeably helpful and very, very, very friendly. This is especially true of my colleagues Sara and Maria! This friendliness is constantly being passed on to the entire clientele, and the atmosphere in their Burger King is exceptionally good. I've mentioned this to my friends several times and will continue to do so. Such customer friendliness is unfortunately no longer a given these days, and we're all the more excited like two little kids every time. When we can stop by for an hour after a bike ride, sauna, or movie, have something delicious to eat and drink, and chat a bit. Thank you so much Udo Sonnenschein

I visit the Burger King branch every now and then on Fridays between 10 and 11 p.m., and as someone in my sixties, I always feel warmly welcomed. I would especially like to commend the staff – mostly young women who stand out with their friendliness and attentiveness. It seems that older customers like me are the exception at this late hour, and yet I am always treated with exceptional courtesy and warmth. These young people create a pleasant atmosphere that makes my visit special. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

The food was delicious, and Maria's service was also excellent. One of us had a piece of bone in his meatball. Maria listened to our complaint very attentively and took care of it. It wasn't a problem for us at all; we just wanted to point it out so she could possibly complain about the batch to the supplier. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. The customer service left a lot to be desired – the staff seemed unfriendly and very slow. The store itself didn't seem clean, which further detracted from the overall experience. My order was missing two items, which was very annoying. Furthermore, there were only two high chairs in the entire store – clearly too few for a family-friendly restaurant. I hope things improve soon, because unfortunately, visiting isn't enjoyable.
