So today I tried to give you another chance to prove that it could be better than last time, but the service definitely needs to change. The waitress was very, very unfriendly and she didn't have a name and I wouldn't reveal it either With such an unfriendly face and statements you don't have to be surprised if there is a hail of criticism. Back then it was much nicer here with you. The operations manager would listen to the criticism and quickly eliminate it either the operations manager was no longer interested or there was a new operations manager there But I haven't seen it yet otherwise I would have expressed my displeasure. He should get the service under control quickly otherwise more guests will stay away. I will try my luck in the Alm in the future. I hope the words reach the manager and he changes... . very unfriendly staff you have to be able to manage to keep a shop running and I doubt that after the second attempt to give you the chance again

We have been coming regularly for more than 12 years, always eating good and tasty food and cocktails. Yesterday we were back in El Paso after a year and were more than disappointed, the menu was minimal, food and cocktails, the service was more bad than good even though it was really empty on Tuesdays. Stupid, but well we all have to go through it, corona rules like masks etc. are also out of place and there was already a mask on my wrist :-D All in all, we were looking forward to it and more than disappointed, unfortunately for us that was it with the El Paso Mönchengladbach

The shop is somewhat hidden. The chicken pasta to take away: A good classic! However, the chicken and sauce were better back then, in my opinion.

Had Naruto deliver sushi for the first time and didn't regret it. It was very very tasty! That was 100% not the last time. Great recommendation!

We ordered there today 2x Lamacun and 1x pirata special. The former was more or less OK, warmed up and sauce on it, ready, hence one star. The pirata special is a disgrace. A margarita with 5 noodles and 2 minced crumbs, without spices. Tastes like cardboard and was thrown in the trash after 2 bites. I tried to solve the problem on the phone and the good man didn't know what I wanted. Once and never again.

We are extremely disappointed 😞 we didn't receive a complete delivery yesterday... Complaining about this and not even an editorial team... how can that be with an order that was so expensive???

Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen. Lieferung dauert schon seit 2.5 h. Vor einer halben Stunde hieß es der Fahrer sei unterwegs, aber bislang noch nichts da. Ans Telefon geht niemand. Hier werden wir nicht nochmal bestellen, sehr enttäuschend!

I had eaten there once and it was Adana and it was unforgettably delicious and so I went there again and there were new owners and I immediately ordered Adana again and it really wasn't Adana. And I had a really long wait, never a shame again! If anyone knows where the old owner is please let me know, thank you.
