We ordered there for the first and last time. The food looked very unappetizing and also smelled unpleasant.

Instead of the Chennai Chicken Tikka Masala I ordered, I received (the much cheaper) chicken curry. I had to throw away all the food and went to bed hungry. The restaurant only offers the ordered dish via Lieferando. If you look at the store's own page, the dish is no longer available there. It can therefore be assumed that the customer was intentionally deceived! I couldn't reach anyone by phone either! As a customer for years, this was my last order! An absolute no-go - even after a delivery time of 90 minutes! Money is therefore wasted and no response or reimbursement from the location!

I ordered from Lieferando and am extremely satisfied. Price performance is right and for 20 € we put together a huge plate of really large sushi with a starter. Gladly again!

I am so disappointed. I ordered there at around 8 p.m., my food didn't arrive until 3 hours later. I ordered via the app, called and was told that the app wasn't working. When the delivery finally takes place, something is still missing. What's that supposed to mean? Please don't order there! Better to give minus stars for it. How can you be so bold?

WAITING FOR 3 HOURS!!! Still nothing there! 1000 calls will be rejected! Is it still okay? I can understand that it's the weekend but at least answer the calls to let them know how long it will take. Never again how can you have such rubbish service.

Ordered via Lieferando and waited over two hours for the food. After 1.5 hours I was told on the phone that the driver would be there any moment. After 2 hours the driver was called to ask where he was. No sign of “Express”. Food cold. No trace of goodwill. Never again.

Food ok, service an absolute disgrace! Hours of waiting for food, after asking by phone, super unfriendly reception on the phone, zero service, catastrophic, provocative and provocation from the staff on the phone, never again Sushi Express!!! Our recommendation: stay away from this sushi supplier, order somewhere else!!! For us, it's the biggest shame we've ever had at Lieferando!!!

Absolute horror, I waited 3 hours for my food. And after 2 hours I called and was told that food is on the way. Rude staff on the phone and terrible taste.

I can't judge food. Delivery has been taking 2.5 hours. Half an hour ago they said the driver was on the way, but nothing there yet. Nobody answers the phone. We won't order here again, very disappointing!

I waited over 2.5 hours for my food today. I called several times and each time they said the driver was on the way and would be there any minute. Of course, that was a lie every time. When the food finally arrived, it wasn't even complete. So I called again and they gave me a number that I should contact to get the money refunded for the missing items via Paypal. Surprise: this was of course wrong. By the way, the quality of the food that was delivered was also poor. Never again!

Ideally, no star at all, I've been waiting for my fish for 2 hours and nothing comes. I called 20 minutes ago and said it's starting now. Simsalabim is still not there by car, 4 minutes away

The food arrived after almost 3 hours. After 2 hours we called and it said “10-15 minutes”. Of course the food still wasn't there. The delivery person was apparently too cool to say “hello” and just handed the food to you in annoyance like a petulant child without comment and you had to specifically ask what you actually had to pay because he didn’t think it was necessary to communicate. When he left, he left the front door open downstairs (probably extra given his behavior) and sped off so that the whole street noticed that he was leaving. Of course it can be very busy at times, so delivery times take a long time and we completely understand that, even if we don't live really far away (3-4 minutes by car), but this childish behavior from the delivery person was the last thing. (Especially when you know that the customer has been waiting for food for 3 hours). The sushi was ok but it was the last time we ordered here. Too bad

Food arrived very unappetizing without cutlery or chopsticks. The supplier suddenly had no money to change. Not recommended.

We order often and are thrilled every time. Price/performance is absolutely right here. Addendum September 2023 We continue to be loyal customers. Unfortunately, since the last two orders, we have noticed that the portion size has become extremely small. However, prices have not increased. I assume that due to the increased electricity and food costs, this may be compensated for. Nevertheless, the quality is still very good and the drivers are very friendly.

We always order our sushi here. Yes, it takes time for it to be delivered (usually around 45min-1hr). But I know that in advance and just plan for it. It's always fresh and really tasty. When I last ordered yesterday, the nigiri and makis were not the usual size. A pity! But it was still very, very tasty.

Forgot half of the order and then arrived cold terreyaki skewer check after everything else except terreyaki and never eaten 1. so misshapen and 2. tasteless sushi in any case I can't recommend it!!!

This is a kind of Kiosk, so understandably the atmosphere is„ standing on the sidewalk“ . Food and service are very good

Essen hat 1 Stunde länger gedauert als angegeben. Es kam nur noch lauwarm an und hat nicht geschmeckt. Dann haben nich Sachen gefehlt und man war total genervt weil ich diese Sachen noch nachgeliefert haben wollte. Extrem unzufrieden war das erste und letzte mal.

Bestellung über die App abgegeben um 16:30 für Lieferung für 17:35 Lieferung kam ab 18:15 zudem kommt noch das etwas vergessen wurde und auf Anfrage konnte man im Hintergrund hören (angeblich) vergessen und Vorderte ein Foto vom Esstisch dass er auch bekommen hat anschließend Rückantwort. Bei der nächsten Bestellung gibt es die Nummer elf gratis. Kommt.Zusätzliches Foto das hinzugefügt wird sieht man den Thunfisch mit Haar und ungenießbar. Nie wieder !!!

Ich hab hier Sushi nach Hause bestellen lassen und ich kann nur sage es wurde vom nächst zum nächsten Gericht schlimmer, das Essen hat deutlich mehr nach Fisch gerochen als ich das bei Sushi kenne, dann war der Bubble Tea einfach nur am künststlich schmecken und die Bananen haben nach Spülmittel geschmeckt, der Fisch war definitiv nicht mehr frisch genug um verkauft zu werden, ich bin einfach enttäuscht...

Das aller letzte ! Mega schlechtes Essen , alles kalt ! Qualität gleich null !!!! Nie wieder

Am vergangenen Samstag haben wir dort bestellt. Man kennt es ja inzwischen dass die Sushi Restaurants lange brauchen, aber dieses Mal übertraf es alles was ich bisher bei den Mitbewerbern erlebt habe. Wir haben über zwei Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet. Das Essen wurde kalt geliefert und dann fehlten noch mehrere Gerichte. Zudem schmeckte das Essen nicht, teilweise als wäre es schon nicht mehr frisch. Das geht gar nicht. Und erreichen konnte man dann natürlich niemanden. Schon während wir auf unser Essen warteten erreichten wir telefonisch niemanden. Wir sind mehr als unzufrieden. Und haben Geld für schlechtes Essen u d fehlende Gerichte bezahlt. Nie wieder!!! Das wird auch noch ein Nachspiel haben. Nicht mal einen Stern hat es verdient.

Top! Sowohl das Sushi als auch die indischen Gerichte einfach super! Die Lieferzeiten sind vollkommen okay und die Anrichte der Speisen super!

Ich habe des öfteren schon dort gegessen, es ist eine solide Nummer, die ich auch weiterempfehlen kann/werde. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvor kommen. Location ist anders, für den einen oder anderen ungewohnt, mich stört es nicht.

Richtig guter Laden werde immer nur positiv überrascht, gutes Essen guter Service einfach perfekt.

Mein erstes Mal mit Sushi einfach genial lecker

Das war mein Tandoori chicken mit naan. Hab noch nie so schlechtes indisches Essen gehabt. Aber das sushi war ok, deshalb 2 Sterne.

Best sushi I've had in years. Besides that, these people are very welcoming and friendly. We're returning customers.

Sushi und India Take Away ohne Sitzmöglichkeit innen. Schneller und freundlicher Service! Mir wurde nach nur wenigen Minuten Wartezeit meine Bestellung bis ans Auto gebracht!

Das vegetarische Sushi ist wirklich sehr gut. Es ist auch innerhalb der vorrausgesagten 60 min bei mir eingetroffen. Habe bestimmt nicht das letzte mal bei Sushi Express bestellt. :-)
