We are extremely disappointed 😞 we didn't receive a complete delivery yesterday... Complaining about this and not even an editorial team... how can that be with an order that was so expensive???

The worst sushi in the world. Yesterday I was with my brother and we ordered 11 different types. He put all the varieties on a plate, with rice and fish on top. I wouldn't advise anyone to try it

Bad food and has unfriendly employees

Very bad, it didn't taste like anything. I ordered 11 different varieties and got them all in two boxes. That can't be right.. don't recommend

Waited an hour for the meal until it was canceled. After that, no one was reached and I didn't even get a call. Top service

The first time we ordered, our order only arrived after 3 hours. It has to be said that this was Sunday lunchtime/afternoon. We were then promised a 15 euro voucher for the next time as compensation. We then ordered again because the sushi wasn't bad and we wanted to redeem the voucher. Then at first you only knew about a 10€ voucher. In the end the €15 was probably okay after all. I had previously put together a shopping cart on Lieferando for an overview and sent a screenshot via WhatsApp for the order. However, there was another roll in my shopping cart, but I didn't want it and therefore cut it out of the screenshot. But I forgot that at the bottom of the screenshot there was the total price including the roll that I hadn't ordered. The delivery came relatively quickly. However, at first they didn't know anything about the voucher (great communication) and then they simply said the total price from the screenshot without even checking whether they had even delivered these things. I then had to spend about 10 minutes talking on the phone outside in the rain with an employee who neither spoke German nor understood the problem. I think I had to tell him about 20 times to just calculate how much it cost what he delivered, then it would have taken care of itself. But they were probably too lazy for that. On the phone they also wanted to tell me something about a 10 instead of 15 euro voucher, even though we had already discussed this before. Well, the sushi isn't bad, but this discussion really didn't have to last for 10 minutes. But we won't be ordering again. The end of the whole story was that the employee hung up in an insult because I didn't want to pay for something I didn't receive.

I ordered for lunch at 6:00 p.m. and the order was confirmed by the restaurant. When there was still no food at 6:20 p.m., I called the restaurant - no one answered 5(!) times. After the 5th call without receiving a call back, my order was canceled without a word. Thank you never again!

Die Bestellung kam nicht vollständig an. Das Essen war echt klasse. Sehr lecker. Wir hatten nochmal angerufen, wo uns versichert wurde, dass die Gerichte noch kommen würde.. naja um 23:30 haben wir es dann dran gegeben. Sehr enttäuscht und kostspielig. Es waren nur 8/10 Gerichten da.

Die Bestellung kamm nicht vollständig und die Sesambällchen waren nicht gute gebraten, bin einfach enttäuscht. Ich hatte kein Lust noch anzurufen, werde dort einfach nicht mehr bestellen. Über die Atmosphäre kann nicht sagen, da dass eine Lieferung war.

Als erstes wird man ein bisschen vom Aussehen des Restaurants abgeschreckt, aber davon sollte man sich nicht beeinflussen lassen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Schnell zubereitet ohne lange Wartezeit. Wir werden dort auf jeden Fall erneut bestellen.

Ich habe mit Großbuchstaben geschrieben das geklingelt werden soll weil mein kleiner Bruder schläft der Lieferant klingelt ohne zu wissen wie der nachname ist 👎 Essen war ok bisschen teuer aber ok vom Geschmack

Nach mehr als 90 min kam ein Anruf das der Fahrer unterwegs sei.. kaltes essen ! Niemand geht mehr ans Telefon ! Bitte bestellt dort nicht mehr, unsere Empfehlung. Auch bekannt das man dort etwas bestellt und weder eine Info oder geschweige denn das Essen bekommt .

Unscheinbar jedoch unfassbar lecker. Die Sushi sind sehr frisch und zergehen im Mund. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen 👍🏼

Zahlt Nebenkostenabrechnung nicht. Unseriös da würde ich nix bestellen
