We were more than disappointed. All four dishes were overpriced and poor. The salad was incomplete, the bowl came without dressing, the steak was overcooked, the side dishes were too small, the fries were cold, and the service was neither attentive nor friendly. The price/performance ratio was outrageous. The absolute plus point was the ambiance outside on the terrace with its view of the lake and the beautiful landscape. It's a shame the quality didn't quite match it.

The atmosphere is really wonderful! Service was rarely visible to us, even a raise of a hand was "overlooked". But when someone came along it was really nice! We had booked “brunch”, but we only got breakfast! The latte I ordered only filled half the glass while the table next door got a well-filled one. When I asked if I could get a full one, all I got was a smile. It was tasty yes but it was far from brunch! It's a shame actually...

Mega Schnitzel ! You're happy to pay a few euros more for this. We live further away but will definitely come back.

I've come here at least 4 times with hiking groups of at least 8-12 people... and 2-3 times as a couple. I have rarely met such a nice, courteous, warm and honest service, the price/performance ratio is very good, everyone was always enthusiastic (regardless of whether it was pizza, pasta or salad), the food came promptly even for larger groups (which means good cuisine)... and since I have already done over 120 hikes with refreshments until 2025, I get around a lot and have a lot of comparisons 😉. This Italian restaurant also has its own ice cream parlor and the ice cream is really great. You may not have a view of the Möhne here, but I don't go out to eat for the view, but to eat very well, get good service and have a good time. One of the best Italians (along with one in Schalksmühle) I know. I'm already looking forward to the next time and I know I'll be in the best hands here. Top recommendation.

The food was excellent, there were no wishes that were not fulfilled. The service was friendly and helpful, as a former Bundesliga player they even pumped up my football. I can only recommend this location to anyone who is near it.
