So, if you like Native American decor and Westerns, this is the place for you. What's really great: the terrace right by the lake. It's especially beautiful to watch in the evening when the sun sets. The portions are quite generous – I had the currywurst with fries and, before or at the same time (I didn't like it so much, I wanted it as an appetizer), I had nachos with guacamole. The currywurst was really good, especially the house sauce. The nachos were also a huge portion, but the guacamole was flavorless and the nachos weren't warm. The fries with the currywurst were nice and crispy, just right. The service was very friendly, attentive, and courteous. Unfortunately, they need to improve their cleanliness. Please clean the gaps between the wooden tables, remove the cobwebs from the decor, and maybe clean the windows. If you're in the area and craving American food, you should definitely stop by. The location is really great, especially for motorcyclists (they're apparently pretty regulars there). Only call ahead and make a reservation when the weather's nice, otherwise you'll be stuck for a silly joke. It's definitely good value for money, even if the prices are a bit high. PS: They're also dog-friendly!

A nice restaurant with cult status, based on the American model. We go there often. The food, etc., is good to very good. Most of the staff is very nice. The waitress, "Laura," is out of her depth. She's rather grumpy. She doesn't smile. She could learn a lot from the others.

Everything is just perfect here. We always eat here when we go south. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and a beautiful view of Lake Möhne. We always enjoy coming here.

The main road runs directly in front of the building; it's moderately noisy, but you can easily have a conversation.

Geronimo offers a relaxed atmosphere with a stunning view of Lake Möhne. The interior is comfortable, and the spacious lakeside terrace is the real highlight. Ideal for a long lunch or a relaxed dinner. The menu is varied. Tex-Mex, burgers, grilled dishes, and even vegetarian options are well represented. We chose the baked feta with a herb crust. Wonderfully creamy and seasoned just right. It was served with wedges and fries. The portions are very generous. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive. Geronimo doesn't serve fine dining, but solid, well-made comfort food. A place where you'll want to linger. Dogs are welcome.

When riding a motorcycle along the Möhne River, Geronimo is a must. The food, drinks, and service are always top-notch.

Truly impressive. I arrived around 5:30 p.m. in perfect weather (sunny, 16 degrees, dry) and wanted to sit outside, after all, there's a huge, sheltered, covered wooden terrace. Too bad, the waitress told me it was "too cold" and I wasn't allowed to sit outside. Whether it was too "cold" for her personally or for me remains to be seen. Well, I can only state that the level of patronizing in Germany is taking on increasingly absurd forms. There are supposedly still restaurants where hospitality is a top priority, but certainly not at Geronimo! So, you won't see me there as a guest again. P.S. Ten minutes later, I was sitting outside at the competitor in beautiful weather, and wow, I was even served, but it must have been a different climate zone. One more little tip: keep your eyes peeled when selecting staff: fussy waitresses are very off-putting.

A very good restaurant for the price. We were there on a Tuesday evening, and even though it was very busy, we got a table right away. The service was very friendly, and after a quick thought, we ordered food straight away. The food arrived within 20 minutes, which I think is excellent. In addition to the delicious food, you can also enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Möhne, which is a real plus. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

The burger was delicious, you sit nice and outside with a view of the lake. But the service is disoriented, everyone is responsible for something different. the one only for the order. the five others for bringing and clearing away and someone also for collecting. after I spoke to the wrong people a few times and they didn't communicate with each other either. I was tired of the chaos. I had to wait 15 minutes until I could order. Hamburger and drink and then after another 20 minutes both came at the same time. So I sat dry for over half an hour.

The pasta is my favourite, but the spareribs are good too!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Geronimo Restaurant and was extremely pleased with my visit. The Tonno Pizza was particularly excellent! The dough was perfectly crispy, the toppings were generous and the combination of fresh ingredients and spicy tuna was simply delicious. The ambience of the restaurant is very inviting and cozy, and the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a wonderful experience - I'll definitely be back and can only recommend Geronimo!

We stopped here spontaneously this afternoon after a walk (2 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 dog). We have been here several times years ago and today we were not disappointed: -nice, friendly, good-humored staff, we first sat down at a table when we were told that they had a better table where it would be nicer for the dog 👍😊 -Order was taken promptly and we didn't have to wait long for drinks and food, even though the restaurant and the terrace outside were busy. -Food was very tasty and sufficient! We weren't disappointed again and would love to come back!

The restaurant is located on the main street overlooking the lake and has a nice ambience. The service staff is quick and very friendly. We each ate a schnitzel with mushroom sauce for just under €20. The fries, salad and sauce were good. But the schnitzel was definitely thawed and was a “formed schnitzel”. All in all it was fine for us holidaymakers.

We stopped at this restaurant on a Möhnesee tour on this very sunny Sunday, amazed by the extremely positive reviews and also with a bit of anticipation. Once we were seated at a table we started. We ordered the pizza rolls with garlic dip as a starter, they arrived not even lukewarm but ice cold, you could have at least made the effort to warm them up. As the meal continued it reached its climax, our fries were similar in temperature to the pizza rolls and in terms of consistency they could be compared to potato cut which was not even close to a deep fryer. All in all, no thanks in the future.

Great restaurant on Lake Möhne – a real insider tip with a lake view! I always enjoy going to Geronimo on Lake Möhne, especially to enjoy my favorite salad, the Arlecchino. The combination of fresh ingredients, loving preparation, and perfect dressing makes this salad a little highlight every time. The unique view of Lake Möhne is particularly charming, creating a very special atmosphere, especially at dusk. Whether eating or simply sitting and enjoying it – the view of the water is simply stunning. We've been here several times now and have been completely impressed every time. The burgers are also highly recommended – juicy, flavorful, and always freshly prepared. The service staff is also always friendly, fast, and attentive. We would like to extend special praise to Mr. Mario, who served us today. His friendly manner, competent advice, and courteous, attentive service made our visit particularly pleasant. He was always available and always had a smile on his face – simply fantastic! All in all, Geronimo is an excellent restaurant with a stunning lake view, which we can recommend without reservation. Whether for a cozy dinner, a mid-morning snack, or a meeting with friends – everything is just right here.

I had a salami pizza, you have to love greasy food, because the pizza was dripping with fat, but it tasted good, but in my opinion, many things on the menu were a bit too expensive. The service and the ambience are bomb!

Not exactly the cheapest on site, but still a great atmosphere, very nice ladies and gentlemen in service, everything from lunch to coffee and cake is very tasty. I usually come for apple pie with cream and a coffee. Can only recommend it...

Officially open until 11 p.m., but the big movement of chairs started at 9:30 p.m. - so clumsily that you almost tripped over them. While everyone was still trying to enjoy the evening, the last round was announced and the bill was on the table at exactly 10 p.m. There wasn't really a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food also matched: the burger we ordered came without the accompanying fries. They were only added when asked - but of course the burger was already cold by then. A small detail that reinforced the impression that it was less about the guests and more about getting off work quickly. You didn't really feel welcome, more like someone who was just barely tolerated but shouldn't stay too long. It's a shame, because with a little more attention the evening could have taken a completely different turn.

We chose this "restaurant" because it was open until 11 p.m. and we thought we could eat in peace and quiet for 2.5 hours and sit together without time pressure. When we arrived at 8:30 p.m. we were given a table in the last corner out of sight of any service, although there were plenty of more suitable tables available. Well, I waited for ages and then ordered. When asked, the fries with the burger were brought almost 20 minutes late. Then the candles of the remaining tables were blown out and at 9:15 p.m. a waitress began to clear the unoccupied tables quite provocatively (i.e. pepper, salt, etc.) in order to loudly, probably set up for breakfast. Still ok, but the tough thing was that at half past ten she started pushing the chairs from the neighboring table across the room loudly and visibly annoyed. I myself come from the catering industry and even if you get annoyed and want to get off work, you can't take your dissatisfaction with your job and working hours out on the customer in this way. At exactly 10 p.m. all the tables were promptly collected and the chairs were put up at the empty tables. Food was ok, but the mayonnaise and ketchup packets could also be thrown a little nicer on the table. We actually had a lot of fun and we just had fun because we somehow couldn't understand what was going on, but for guests who really value a cozy and nice atmosphere, the restaurant should reconsider either the staff or the opening times. 💁‍♀️

Great ambience, with a great view of the Möhnesee and the Delecker basin. We sat in the front row and of course even my dog ​​was allowed to come along; of course there was drinking water for him, even in several places. Waren seit langer Zeit mal wieder im Geronimo zum Sparerips essen. Und was soll ich sagen?……… die Dinger sind immer noch Mega. Der Service versteht seinen Job. Gerne wieder auch wenn wir 1 Stunde anreisen müssen.

After a meal with sand on our plate, we simply waited forever for a cocoa, which was supposed to be on the house anyway because of our complaint. I even had to run after the cocoa to the counter and ask to FINALLY pay. We used to love going there, but now we prefer to go somewhere else.

Perfect all around. Service friendly, attentive and super fast. The food came super quickly and finally a perfect portion size, not too little and not overly large. The taste is really delicious, from the homemade iced tea to the main course to the coffee and cake. The ambience invites you to feel good with great attention to detail. It's a shame it's not at home...

The breakfast buffet on Sunday for 17.90 euros is a joke. Coffee, juice and water are extra. No fish, no Bircher muesli, no pancakes. A type of bread, baked rolls. Average quality. The coffee, well. There were only a few people present for breakfast. No wonder. I can also have breakfast at home.
