Ristorante Al Lago in Möhnesee

Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und das schmeckt man, haben Schnitzel, Pommes, Salat, gefüllte Pizzabrötchen gehabt, alles kam zusammen, war sehr lecker, Preis war ok

Leider war ich mit dem Service überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Ich habe mehrmals angerufen, um eine Bestellung aufzugeben, aber niemand ist ans Telefon gegangen. Als schließlich jemand abnahm, wurde ich unfreundlich gefragt: „Warum rufen Sie so oft an?“ Statt sich für die verpassten Anrufe zu entschuldigen, wurde ich sogar mit den Worten „Sind Sie die Polizei, dass Sie so oft anrufen?“ angesprochen. So ein respektloser Umgang mit Kunden ist absolut inakzeptabel. Ich hätte einen deutlich professionelleren und freundlicheren Service erwartet. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung werde ich dort nicht noch einmal bestellen.

Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Wir waren schon so oft dort und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Essen bestellt eine Stunde gewartet. Anscheinend nie eine bestellung bekommen. Enttäuschung pur.

Wollen kein Geld verdienen….. unfreundlich am Telefon, ruft man mehr als 2 mal an wird man gefragt ob man Polizei wäre…. Quittung wird grundsätzlich erst nach mehrerem Nachfragen rausgegeben….. nicht zu empfehlen!!!! Pizza Venezia in Körbecke liefert zwar nicht, dafür wird man da freundlich wie Familie begrüßt und bedient!

Dieser Ort war ein wahrer Glücksfall, als wir mit unserem Wohnmobil in der Nähe eine Panne hatten. Der Besitzer kam persönlich vorbei, half uns und wollte kein Geld annehmen. Was für ein netter Mann! Das Essen war frisch zubereitet; ich hatte Pizza und mein Partner Curry. Es ist ein einfaches Restaurant am Straßenrand, also nicht überlaufen, aber sauber und ordentlich, mit hilfsbereitem Personal und einer umfangreichen Speisekarte. Hier ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Wir waren auf dem Camp 13. Sehr lecker alles. Pizza Nudeln Salat. Preis-Leistung war gut.

Pommes wurden vergessen wir haben angerufen da wurde gesagt kommt sofort noch einer Stunde warten noch mal angerufen. Dann kam die Ausrede das die Kollegin es vergessen hätte obwohl es die selbe Dame am Telefon war. Ich musste noch 2 mal anrufen irgendwann kam der Chef ans Telefon mit der Aussage es wäre viel los und sie hätten keine Pommes mehr der fahren würde Kroketten und Cola bringen mit Zeit Ansage von 10 Minuten 15 min habe ich dort wieder angerufen 2 mal wurde ich weg gedrückt als ich dann mit unterdrückter Nummer anrief wurde endlich mal abgenommen. Der Chef war total pampig am Telefon. Ich musste für meine vergessen Pommes die zu Kroketten und einer Cola wurden 2 Stunden warten. Nicht zu empfehlen

Schnitzel und Pizza sind sehr gut und das zu guten Preisen. Personal freundlich.

Wir haben uns Pizza auf den Campingplatz bestellt. Die Lieferung war super fix und problemlos. Und die Pizza hat überzeugt, für geliefert ins nirgendwo sehr gut! Und die Knoblauchcreme zu den Pizzabrötchen ist verboten lecker! Immer wieder gern

Wir haben heute essen bestellt und es war nicht gut!! Die Aioli roch und schmeckte sauer. Die Pizzen waren verbrannt und schmeckten auch nicht. Der Belag von der Salatpizza war auch ziemlich überschaubar. Schade eigentlich weil man eigentlich besseres vom Al Lago gewohnt ist.

Preis-Leistung voll in Ordnung. Man darf keine italienische Pizza erwarten aber es schmeckt. Jedoch variiert die Art der Zubereitung teilweise mehr oder weniger Belag. Lieferung klappt also immer wieder.

Very bad. They pretend to be an Italian restaurant, and they're not. I think it's frozen pizza. The one with cheese on top. Pasta is the same. Everything with too much salt, so you can't taste the rest. One star is actually too many, so no star at all. Stay away.

The menu is very diverse, so we always find something we like; the food tastes delicious, and the staff is super nice and friendly.

Okay for a quick pizza! Cauliflower schnitzel contains, but is not made from, cauliflower! Vegetarians - beware!

We came here for dinner with a group. The pizzas themselves are really small, but there's a good selection. The atmosphere isn't the nicest for dining, but I think they specialize more in made-to-order options. The service was good and fast.

The pizza was delicious and the staff friendly and accommodating. The prices aren't excessive, even though the pizzeria is located on Lake Möhne.

1. The food was cold despite a 5-minute drive. 2. The fries were so soft they looked like they'd been dipped in water. 3. The Coke was forgotten.

Not recommended. The pizza was burnt and the toppings weren't as good as advertised. The pasta wasn't cooked, and the scampi were okay. Wouldn't order again!

Fast and friendly service. The "Möhne" pizza and the chicken salad were once again delicious. In short: Fast, good, and delicious as always.

The food was delicious, and the service was very friendly and attentive. We sat outside under large umbrellas. Prices were reasonable and portions were generous. Highly recommended, hence 5 stars in all categories. We'll be back...

We ordered takeout. 1. The food was cold even though it was exactly a 4.5-minute drive. 2. The pizza was wrong. We ordered a salad pizza, but we got mushrooms. 3. The schnitzel was burnt in its shell. Price: just under €29.00 for 3 dishes. We've been there before, and it was better, but still no more than 3/5 stars.

We've used the delivery service several times now during our construction work in the area. The food has always been really good and tasty, delivered hot and quickly, and the staff are friendly. We definitely recommend it. We can't comment on the ambiance because of the delivery. Best regards

I'll try the restaurant tomorrow. Today I needed the delivery service. When I ordered, I was met by an extremely friendly lady who even accommodated my special requests. The delivery was prompt and courteous, courteous, and the food (pizza and schnitzel) was delicious and still hot. I'm looking forward to trying the food there.

The food came quickly, but there was too much cheese on the pizza and it was too greasy.

We, two people, ate there about 5 or 6 times during our 6-day vacation from April 25, 2025 - May 2, 2025, always around 6:00 p.m. in the evening. There was absolutely nothing wrong with any menu, everything was delicious. The drinks are good and not stale (enough carbonation) and great chilled. The menu prices are really cheap. They also have delivery service, counted 3 drivers who were on the way, maybe there are even more. Everything was clean, whether tables, glasses, toilets, inside/outside rooms. Attentive polite staff. Seating/chairs good. Parking was ok at least at our time. Order card/flyer very well presented. I don't know what it's like in high season, but right now we can really recommend it.

We used the delivery service to the holiday apartment at Möhnesee. Fast and reliable, everything as ordered. Portions really great, everything fresh, hot and tasty. Price-performance perfect! We went for a walk after dinner and had a drink on site. Inside ambience, well, nice beer garden. We say thank you very much and would order again.

Pizza very greasy but still very tasty. We had 2 pizzas and a fries, this was supposed to cost €21 together but I had to pay €28 because we had also ordered mayo and aioli, which wasn't aioli, this sauce looked and tasted like an even cheaper mayo mixed with something that wasn't It worked when I ordered the fries, they charged €3.50 per sauce, which is an absolute disgrace!!! For the measly portions! We were also asked every 2 minutes if we wanted something to drink or something else, after 2 times you should notice that the customer didn't feel like it or something similar - this was really annoying during the meal

Honestly? Into this grumpy place? Never again! After two minutes in the store - the term "Ristorante" is pretty thick - I put our jackets and coats in the car so we don't have to wash them or take them to the dry cleaners! Otherwise they would have smelled like old French fry grease for the next 2 - 3 weeks. The service was nice and bright, but that wasn't enough to improve the overall picture. My mother actually enjoyed her schnitzel with mushrooms and onions. I felt really bad after the pizza: a Ramazotti half an hour later at home and a normally 100% effective herbal tea weren't enough to calm my stomach. It took 1 1/2 hours on the sofa with a hot water bottle. Sorry, I have never, ever written such a bad review. But unfortunately that's how it is. It's always an individual impression. . .

Long opening hours even during the week. Very tasty whether pizza or schnitzel. It's very friendly. Price and performance match. Food is always delivered hot.

I always like to order here, but had a not-so-great delivery at the beginning of the month with almost inedible pizza rolls and a very dark pizza crust. The parts that weren't burned were tasty, but it was still a little disappointing that evening.

The delivery comes quickly, the ambience on site is rather poor, the employees are friendly, the schnitzel and pasta are good, but the pizza dough and the pizza rolls are really dry as dust. You should really think about how to do this better.

The food is very greasy, it smells like oil inside, the toilet looked neglected and we fished a live worm out of the salad... The service apologized with a refund of the cost of the salad and a "I can't keep an eye on everything. Next time it will be better." A bad joke, because you'd have to be crazy to go here again

Ate something from Al Lago today. We ordered by phone and then picked it up. Food was good and ready to pick up quickly. Unfortunately half of it was forgotten but still delivered.

I've ordered from there every week and have always been satisfied. I also wanted to order today and it was below the minimum order value and would have paid more because of the pine strips. Was denied and given that a new pizzeria has opened in Stockum, I think that such “customer-friendly” behavior is counterproductive. That was the last time I ordered there

Food is very tasty, especially the pasta dishes. Prices reasonable. Service also great! One point deducted due to the feel-good factor: Unfortunately it is very uncomfortable inside, even in winter the heaters are off and the windows are open all the time - eating with a winter jacket and still freezing in the draft is not that pleasant. The argument is that it would be very warm in the kitchen. I would like to see more customer orientation... but we'll be happy to come back in the summer.

Pizza war sehr lecker. Größe und Preis pasten zusammen. Der Service war aufmerksam. Kleiner Nachteil, man sitzt an einer Strasse, wo am Wochenende viele Fahrzeuge fahren. Ich war an einem Montag Abend dort, mit wenig Verkehr. Empfehle es, da hier nicht soviele Touristen aufschlagen.

We hebben hier een heerlijke curry afgehaald en tijdens het wachten even iets gedronken. Eten was erg lekker en vlot klaar, de service was ook prima. Binnen is het ook prima maar wel wat gedateerd.
