I don't often give a full 5 stars 🤩👍🏻, but this restaurant definitely deserves it. The service was super professional and courteous, even though we didn't have a reservation. We were seated briefly in lounge chairs up front and immediately given tickets for an aperitif. We didn't even wait 5 minutes. Then we went to our table. We ordered the soup in advance, which was very tasty. But the highlight was the mill chicken. I haven't had such a delicious meal in ages. The sauce was dreamy... We also shared a tiramisu. Also delicious! The service was prompt, and everything went very quickly. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. 👍🏻🧡

I ate here today with my three sisters and my mom. I felt very comfortable from the start. There was subtle music playing in the background. The service was very friendly, attentive, and unobtrusive. We were served quickly. I had a feta tarte flambée. I've never eaten such a crispy, delicious tarte flambée. Wafer-thin, crispy to the last bite. My mom had chicken with mushrooms and hash browns. My sisters had salads, which looked very good and were said to be delicious, too. Five rather picky women were very satisfied. What also needs to be said is that the restrooms were super clean. The entire decor was very tasteful. We'll definitely be back!

The food and ambiance were really good, or rather very nice. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. When you approach a server about taking your order and the only response you get is "I don't have time, I'll be right back," it's quite worrying. Even saying to someone serving you, "Pass it on, please"—mm, okay.

We were there yesterday, and the food was absolutely delicious. We liked the service the most because you could tell the waiters had good energy, were helpful, and had a good mood—an atmosphere you rarely experience in restaurants. I didn't finish my schnitzel; they brought it to our table in an aluminum-molded handbag. That was the highlight of the evening, and we had a good laugh.

A great place for dining or celebrating. The waiters always keep an eye on the tables. The drinks and food are top-quality. The chocolate mousse is truly a dream, but still a bit overpriced.

We stopped here for the first time rather unplanned. Since then, we've only been here for dinner. Very tasty, very nice atmosphere. Personally, I don't understand the negative comments. We drive 40 minutes, but it's now our regular spot.

Celebrated my 80th birthday there on July 5, 2025. It's beautifully situated on Lake Möhne, with a view of the water. The food was plentiful and excellent! The chef and his staff are fantastic! I highly recommend this location for a celebration! Thanks to the chef and staff.

A very nice location, no doubt about it. And very friendly service. The dishes are a bit more expensive, but the quality isn't necessarily very good. The schnitzel was probably bought pre-heated. There was also no salad. Next time, I'd unfortunately stick to drinks and cake. It's also a shame there's no free parking. But it was a nice evening.

Instead, you ALWAYS provided 100% first-class service: For example, every glass of Coke was always served with ice cubes and lemon. These are small details, but they remain very memorable. Furthermore, we think it's amazing that you were still there with joy and fun even after 12 hours of work. We felt so comfortable and warmly welcomed by you. My only complaint is that this restaurant does not do enough to ensure that guests get a seat. I have already been sent away 3 times, allegedly because there is no room for 2 people, despite free tables.

Great atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff. The food (salmon fillet and schnitzel) was excellent. We were there as a group of two. I would definitely recommend it.

I wanted to take my mother out to dinner and reserved a table with a lake view four days in advance. The reservation was confirmed. When we arrived, all the tables on the terrace overlooking the lake were occupied. We were still lucky that a couple had finished their meals at the same moment. The food wasn't good; I expected more. The breading was peeling off the meat. No salad. No bread beforehand. Fries looked dark and had been in the oil for too long. A bottle of mineral water was placed on the table, not poured. When someone asked if I was enjoying it and I had just finished, they immediately cleared our plates. No questions asked if I wanted anything else. We had actually wanted dessert, but then we lost it. There was already a line in the back waiting for empty tables. It was as loud as a train station. It was a mass-processing operation, so they didn't make any effort. Menu: few dishes and nothing special. The dessert selection is so meager and boring. There was no daily special either. The view is the only positive thing, and so is the table decoration in the restaurant. Very disappointed, we won't be back. There are better restaurants further back with higher-quality food. I don't understand the many stars.

Because we were there on a public holiday, there was a buffet. The selection was good and plentiful. Everything I ate was delicious. The service was super friendly; they asked us every few minutes if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. The ambiance was very pleasant to look at and had a modern style.

It's a good thing the opening hours listed here on Maps were incorrect. I discovered this place while passing by on the first Sunday in June and had a lovely and truly delicious evening with a beautiful view and very friendly service. Please update the opening hours for out-of-towners :-)

The tarte flambée/schnitzel menu is a revelation for any trained chef. "Where freshness is at home," "enjoy creative dishes," "regional/seasonal,"... we missed all of that. Very friendly service, perfect ambiance, and perfect view.

We were there for dinner on February 23rd, 2025 but had made a reservation beforehand and we are happy to have done so. Since the weather was great, there were of course a lot of people out and about. The service was/is super nice, friendly and relaxed. Drinks were taken and the menu was handed out. I found the menu to be small but I found that there was something for every taste and changing the dish wasn't a problem. The food came after a reasonable amount of time (20 to 30 minutes) despite the fact that it was full. We had the Ampelschnitzel (Schnitzel Champions, Holodaise and gratinated with cheese) 3 times and 1x salmon with pan-fried vegetables with fries instead of potatoes. It was super tasty, the salmon wasn't fried to death but nice and juicy (glassy) it was really tasty. The price/performance ratio was also good. We will definitely stop by again on our next walk and eat something.
