Mega echt lecker der Döner ... Also schon was eigenes war schon echt gut Bombe... Fleisch auch eigene Note ...

Together with my partner and our child we went to have a pizza at your place. Unfortunately, the pizza was literally floating on the board - both mine and my partner's. The chicken on the pizza probably wasn't good for us because my partner and I had stomach problems all night and had to constantly go to the toilet. We will never come there again. In addition, the bill was very expensive and the quality does not correspond to the price.

From that point on, it became a game. Place an order at the self-service checkouts. Preferably something larger with a value of 20-30€. Then go straight to the toilet and try to finish it faster than your order. It's 3-0 for McDonalds!

Fries were delicious, burgers were ok to mediocre, but €1(!) for a packet of ketchup is cheeky!

You guys are so nice! Even the woman at the checkout! I don't know why everyone calls her cheeky. Also super delicious, especially good for vegans 🤍

I hope the owner goes bankrupt and makes room for someone who knows how to run a store properly. 🤝 The service is poor, the bouncers are random and the owner is more likely to be rude than hospitable. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the money. You will find safe alternatives.

Very bad never again. Not recommended. Ordered food for €100. It came cold, incomplete. Called Festellen directly and the only thing they could do was transfer the money back for the dip and salad sauce, which we of course refused - the dry salad didn't taste good. After 40 minutes I called again and the gentleman got annoyed and hung up. Tried again, again very rude, told him that this was a scam and hung up again. This service pizzeria is not recommended.

!! This store is closed!! I ordered online and wanted to pick up the pizza. Everything already paid. The pizzaria didn't even exist on site. The shop next door told me the pizzeria had been closed for a long time. Telephone number not assigned. This online portal where you order is also not accessible. Thank God I paid with Paypal and got my money back. Actually no star at all!

Last order: Lots of toppings on the pizza, filled to the brim. The taste was quite good. But… What has ham got to do in a lasagne? Nice supplier. Unfortunately after the change of ownership it is not even remotely comparable to 2 years ago. It used to be the top address in Bochum when it came to pizza. Now with difficulty just 3 stars. 😞

Every now and then I get a box of Asian noodles with vegetables and spring rolls, with chili coriander sauce. The food tastes fantastic, the portions are generous. I eat for 2 days. A few years ago the store had only bad reviews. Now the food has improved a lot and the service is always friendly. Gladly again

Once and never again!! The food was tasty, BUT: - I had to place the order 3 times because they didn't understand me and correct it 3 times because they forgot again - I waited over 30 minutes for 2 small dishes (doner kebab and pomm doner kebab), even though there was nothing else going on in the shop (the kebab skewer and deep fryer were out and had to be cleaned up again) - the kebab was at best a slightly larger bun - the sauces come from the tube - Cocktail sauce is simply tartar sauce (almost the same) - and the worst: the food was always touched with fingers without gloves. Meat that had fallen next to it was simply thrown back into the kebab with the fingers, and the "salad" (if you can call it that) was also placed on top individually with the fingers. Actually a case for the health department.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this Burger King location. Service is often unfriendly and slow, and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Tables and floors are often dirty and the restaurant overall appears unkempt. It would be nice if more emphasis was placed on hygiene and customer service here.

The food at this McDonalds is regular McDonalds stuff, so nothing special. Given that this branch has such a good location in the middle of the Ruhr Park, the branch could be much more advanced. Instead, you get a branch that is always overcrowded and backwards and that you tend to avoid. Due to the often poor quality and cleanliness, unfortunately not even the last port of call, you are more likely to go hungry.

Small but nice, you'll really get full here. It was a cozy evening. The service was very friendly.

Unfortunately, additional requests were not taken into account. Delivery time was longer than stated. Unfortunately the food didn't taste good, it wasn't very seasoned. Definitely not worth it.
