It often doesn't work out the best but I think it's because of the employees... The meat is actually very tasty but... I think they just need a little more time and then they'll definitely get better

The food was great - nothing to complain about. You get what you order and we were very satisfied. Things get difficult when something else (and more expensive) is recorded on the bill and you, as a guest, are then accused of lying. Really not okay and a real shame because it ruins the really good gastronomic experience. (EDIT: You can also see from the restaurant's response: They still claim that the guest is lying. It's a real shame and unpleasant)

I went there because I thought there was a huge selection of mochis 😀... there was a chest with mochis nothing more, which was actually even worse, behind the chest there was a counter behind which an employee was sitting on the floor and not even When he saw me he stood up! The mochis were super tasty but absolutely overpriced for the size, they are quite small, but I have to say go for the salted caramel mochis, they are just awesome!

Despite pre-ordering 2 days before, the delivery came over an hour late (the driver got the wrong address) and was therefore, of course, cold. After we said that we didn't need the food, the driver insisted on accepting it because otherwise he would have to pay for the order himself. Even the boss only got a half-hearted apology over the phone.

I ordered a small pizza. A large one was delivered. Salad for 11.50 phew and then nothing on it and forgot the fried chicken breast. And take another 1.50 for the journey. 23.50 never again. Not recommended.

I was here with my nephew he really wanted kfc but what a disappointment we order a chicken mix and had as extra mash potatoes with out gravy when we told the manager to ask to change it he said that this is what I ordered when i showed the receipt to correct him he said oh sorry need 10-15min to make a new one absolutely disgusting the piece of chicken was smelling soo bad and was full of oil other chicken was very dry please don’t waste your time or hunger here

I read on the flyer that they give a 20% discount for telephone calls. Next time I placed a telephone order directly from there for €80. The woman on the phone was extremely nice! The food was very edible. Thank you best restaurant 😍
