Die Reservierung für 10 Personen hat telefonisch gut geklappt. Es wurde sogar ein kurzer Einlass vor der eigentlichen Öffnungszeit zur Tischdekoration für einen Geburtstag gestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet (Samstag) war reichhaltig und es wurde bis zum Schluß noch aufgefüllt. Die Bedienungen waren alle sehr freundlich und trotz vollem Laden immer zur Stelle. Alles in allem war es ein super Erlebnis und wir werden dort wieder speisen.

The schnitzel Urlaub is so good! I personally recommend the Mushroom sauce and the paprika one for the schnitzels. In addition to that the fries and the salad were also good. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is disproportionate to the high price. It starts with the starter where you can find the cheapest black olives and ends with the burger. For around €13 you can get a burger without fries. An extra patty costs a hefty €4.70. Unfortunately, the biggest shame is the fact that people resort to frozen patties that just taste really bad. That's why it was my last visit, I don't go to the restaurant to get ready-made products warmed up.

The food is really delicious! The young man who served us was polite and very accommodating. It is very comfortably furnished. The portions are large and the quality is really good. The only criticism is that you should have conversations about guests or private conversations in a room at the back; it doesn't go down well at the front. It doesn't help to hold the tray in front of your face if you get caught.

Service is very important here. At a table with 6 full-paying people, food and various drinks, it is not possible to order a small portion (because it is only for children). The waitress doesn't even ask the shift manager, she just says "no" in an unfriendly manner.

When I asked if I wanted to leave a tip (you really have to be brave to ask such a question), I said no for the first time because I found the question outrageous. Such service and then brazenly asking for a tip/percentage - no way!

We ate schnitzel and it tasted good, but the salad wasn't appetizing to look at. Very brown on the outside and little dressing. The champion sauce was a very thick mush but tasted good. We were disappointed with the service, the young lady was very stressed and unfriendly. We would have liked to order something more but apparently she didn't feel like coming to the table every now and then. We won't be going there any time soon!

My daughter wanted a schnitzel vacation for her birthday, so said and done. The food was also delicious, the fries could have been a little longer for our taste but tastes are different. But what really made me angry was that after a long wait, we had to go to the front twice to be able to order something and everything was more important than the customers. A colleague was probably said goodbye, hey no problem, nice gesture from the team, but then you can't go around first and ask if people would like anything else and then take care of their private matters. There was no tip and I explained to her why, but there was nothing more than excuses and excuses. Sorry, but even though Café del Sol is within walking distance for us, it was probably our last visit there. Everything is no longer what it used to be.

Unfortunately, the only drawback is the fairly high prices, which is why I can only give it 4 stars overall. However, I'd be happy to go back if you have a euro or two left over.

I ate a burger there that I really enjoyed, I can't say anything about the other dishes and drinks, but I definitely won't eat there again. The waitress wasn't exactly nice and rude. One of three people at the table only got a napkin as a coaster, the other two got normal ones. I still ask myself why people would do such a thing.

The Sol Café in Bochum Wattenscheid is highly recommended! There's really nothing to complain about. Everything is great - from the friendly atmosphere to the attentive service to the delicious food and drinks. You simply feel comfortable here. A big compliment to the team: keep it up! I had dinner there with my wife and child for a long time. Unfortunately, we are still deeply sad that the 1/2 or 1 meter pizza is no longer in our range. Price performance was absolutely right. Pinsa are now being offered at an almost ridiculously high price, but it feels like hardly anything is made by yourself. The meat was barely edible, the pinsa was quite cold and wasn't homemade either. For almost 16 euros you would definitely expect more than a bread board full of Tk. I ordered a burger plus fries. The burger was an absolute disgrace considering that it was only served alone (11 euros). Brioche burger bun with a slice of snake cucumber and a Tk chicken patty which was the size of a Tk beef patty. Plus a slice of tomato and the bun again. So at Mcs or Burgerking you get 2 burgers plus fries and a drink for 16 euros and it tastes better. The kids menu also only consisted of Tk goods. In total the visit cost us a mere 52 euros. I almost lost faith when it came to the portions. The owner should be ashamed of such a price-performance ratio. You can eat better everywhere for less or equivalent money. Please rethink your concept, otherwise customers will soon only come for liquid consumption. We certainly won't come again.

I used to eat here often and it was good back then, even last summer. I've been there twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times the Eesen was not good: soggy fries, falafel not freshly prepared, rice guaranteed to have been warmed up from the day before (totally soggy), hardly any peanuts on top of the dish (5?), although mentioned specifically on the menu, Prosecco completely without bubbles, so rather Wine. Plus crisp prices. That used to be better. I'm happy to pay more if the food tastes good and is properly prepared, but that was nothing twice.

I haven't been to del Sol in years, I used to be a regular. I regret the last visit. Schnitzel del Sol for €19 is outrageous given the mini portion. My wife had a burger and fries which also had to be added to mini ones for just under €6 ectra. Disappointing.

Yesterday I was there again for a long time because we had a negative experience there in 2020. Back then I got a voucher for two cocktails because we weren't served during a visit. I had completely forgotten about this voucher and found it again. When I asked whether it was still valid, I was referred to the deputy manager (Dennis). I was greeted very nicely and the voucher was actually redeemed!!!! I was totally surprised and very happy! Yesterday everything was perfect, very nice staff and delicious food and drinks. Like in every location Cafe Del Sol you get the best, from the ambiance to the food. It is always a safe bet. The summer special Turkey Burger was to die for.
