Sehr gute Küche und die Preise sind angemessen, die Karte ist klein, was ich sehr gut finde. Die Filetspitzen mit Linguinie waren so zart und die Portion absolut gut. Gerne wieder

Habe vor einer Woche meine Geburtstagsparty hier gefeiert!! *ALLES* hat wunderbar gepasst! Ich wollte ein einfaches Buffet zu essen, was super schön und mit viel Liebe gestaltet war! Der Service hat für unser Getränke bestens gesorgt und war stets unser Ansprechpartner, bis zum Ende!! Auch der DJ hat einen tollen Job gemacht!! Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder bei Post’s feiern!!!

Essen optisch Top, geschmacklich nicht für jedermann. Ich persönlich fand die Vorspeise super, den Nachtisch auch. Kinder (auch mit 13 Jahren) sollten wirklich beim Kindermenü bleiben oder erwähnen das sie das Fleisch durchgebraten haben wollen. Die Menge war ordentlich, sodass wir bei 3 Gängen nicht alles auf dem Teller geschafft haben. Service ist sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich wohl. Wurden auf jeden Fall gut bedient. Am Kuchen war gar nichts auszusetzen, der war erfrischend gut.

Wir haben im Post's Lottental unsere Hochzeit gefeiert und es war einfach nur wunderbar. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und bietet den Gästen viele Möglichkeiten.

Absolut überteuert. Erst zu Ostern mal wieder das Dreigangmenü mit verschiedenen Hauptgerichten zur Wahl (wurde auch nichts anderes angeboten) ausprobiert. Teuer, wie immer, möchte eine Spitzenküche anbieten aber es ist nicht möglich, dass ein Stück Rind im Kräutermantel „Englisch“ zubereitet wird. Der Chef des Posts Lottental ist an Arroganz und Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten. Nach einem weiteren Vorfall gestern, nie wieder, auch kein Anderer aus unserer Gruppe wird jemals wieder ins Posts Lottental essen gehen. Es gibt viele tolle Restaurants mit netten Menschen und einem besseren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Wir waren zum Menükarussell dort. Leider waren wir nicht so begeistert. Das Essen war durchschnittlich. Beim Service hatte man das Gefühl, dass man ein Störfaktor ist. Freundlichkeit geht anders. Das Restaurant an sich ist okay, aber es war dann doch sehr laut! Man konnte sich kaum unterhalten. Schade, ich werde es nicht mehr besuchen.

Eigentlich ein schönes Ambiente, aber ich habe 3 Stunden gefroren, weil es so kalt im Restaurant war.

Am Samstag haben wir uns das Karussellmenü bestellt, leider wurden wir enttäuscht. Bei der Vorspeise war der Lachs zu trocken, die Suppe war nicht heiß und bei dem crumble handelte es sich geschmacklich um Kirschen aus dem Glas mit etwas gesüßtem dem Saft. Es hatte den Anschein, als wäre dem Koch der Teig ausgegangen. Leider kein Highlight und kein Crumble. Der Wein war nicht auf die Gänge abgestimmt, eher mehr Masse als Klasse. Das Hauptgericht war ok, aber der Kartoffelstampf war nicht heiß und nicht gut gewürzt. Der Service war aufmerksam aber es fehlte die persönliche Begleitung,(Wein einschenken/Wasser nachschenken/ fragen ob alles in Ordnung ist). Wir haben zu viel erwartet….werden das Restaurant nicht noch mal aufsuchen. Schade!

Waren vor einem Jahr hier auf einer Tagung und waren schon zufrieden - sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - jetzt aber ein Jahr später waren unsere Rechnung weg - und das Hotel hat uns ohne zu zögern alles nochmal zugesendet - vielen lieben Dank!

Wir waren im Restaurant Post's Lottental essen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. ​Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat: ​Service: Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Man merkt, dass die Gäste hier wirklich willkommen sind. ​Parken & Bezahlung: Die Anreise ist super entspannt, da ein großer Parkplatz direkt am Haus zur Verfügung steht. Auch die Bezahlung war unkompliziert – Kartenzahlung ist hier problemlos möglich. ​Atmosphäre: Die Lage im Lottental ist toll und das Ambiente lädt zum Verweilen ein. ​Ein kleiner Hinweis zur Küche: Das Essen war geschmacklich gut, nur beim Feldsalat hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass er etwas gründlicher gewaschen wird, da er leider noch leicht sandig war („knirschte“). ​Ansonsten war aber alles wunderbar! Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns beim nächsten Mal auf die volle Punktzahl.

Ambiente modern und ohne Schnickschnack, aber hohe Geräuschkulisse. Service sehr flott und sehr freundlich 👍. Menükarussell: alle Gerichte sehr lecker. Der Dorsch war meiner Meinung nach unglücklich angerichtet. Der Fisch schwamm auf einer Wirsingsuppe, statt neben feinem Rahmwirsing zu liegen

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit im September im Post’s Lottental gefeiert und blicken insgesamt zufrieden auf diesen besonderen Tag zurück. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an Kellner Volkan, der wirklich herausragend war. Er hat sich die ganze Zeit über aufmerksam um uns und unsere Gäste gekümmert, war stets präsent, freundlich und sehr professionell. Sein Einsatz hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns wohlgefühlt haben – dafür ein herzliches Dankeschön! Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend: geschmacklich top, immer warm und von hoher Qualität. Zwar wurden die Portionen von der Bedienung abgezählt ausgegeben, dennoch war es ausreichend für alle Gäste. Die Organisation am Hochzeitstag selbst war sehr gut, alles lief strukturiert und reibungslos ab. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist grundsätzlich gut. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass im Vorfeld einige zusätzliche Pakete und versteckte Kosten hinzukommen können, die extra dazugebucht werden sollen. Die vorherigen Absprachen und Treffen, insbesondere mit Herrn Post, waren teilweise etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es unterschiedliche Meinungen gab. Mit etwas Geduld ließ sich jedoch alles klären. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir zufrieden und hatten trotz kleiner Kritikpunkte einen sehr schönen und unvergesslichen Hochzeitstag im Post’s Lottental.

Ich bin Vegetarierin und es gab nur eine Hauptspeise und nur eine Vorspeise für mich auf der Karte. Als wir nach anderen Alternativen gefragt hatten, hatte ich den Eindruck, dass der Kellner keinen Bock auf mich hatte. Ich habe die Hauptspeise bestellt, ich hatte ja auch keine Alternative. Es war auch lecker. Aber ich persönlich werde nicht nochmal kommen.

Schwaches Weihnachtsessen :-( Zwang zum 3-Gänge Menü, Vorspeise und Dessert für alle Gerichte das gleiche, Hauptgericht unter 5-6 Gerichten auswählbar. War den Preis von 56,-€ in keinster Weise wert, alles auf Masse ausgerichtet und weitestgehend vorbreitet. Das angebliche Steak ein totaler Witz, denn es war zähes, dick geschnittenes Roastbeef, was man ohne nicht serviertes Steakmesser nichtmal schneiden konnte, habe selten so schlechtes Fleisch gegessen. Ambiente und Personal ganz nett, aber Essen nicht gut, Preis/Leistungsverhältnis unverschämt. Kulinarisch war das Weihnachtsfest verdorben, wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

The restaurant is beautifully and stylishly decorated. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was excellent. We would definitely book a table there again, and we had a lovely, romantic evening for two.

We went there for goose dinner with six people. Admittedly, the dish was 3-4 euros cheaper than at other typical restaurants. It seemed they provided two dumplings per person, slightly larger than golf balls. Ordering more was only possible with an additional charge. As soon as the legs and breast were carved, the goose disappeared. We would have liked to have the carcass and wings as well. I already complained about this two years ago; they haven't learned from their mistakes and seem completely focused on profit. It really spoils the fun! THANKS ANYWAY.

The traditional St. Martin's Day goose is truly exquisite. Perfectly prepared by the master chef himself, carved and served at the table. A true culinary delight.

Great restaurant, the menu was excellent. The staff were very friendly and also relaxed and fun.

A truly great restaurant. I was there as part of a larger group, and there were other groups in the restaurant. The service was good and they communicated openly when things took a while. The menu is straightforward but well-thought-out, with seasonal ingredients. You can tell that the chef has thought about how to create different, high-quality dishes using the same or very similar ingredients. The value for money is absolutely fine! I'd be happy to come back again!

Price/performance = OK, food good, service friendly, ambiance a bit dated, but decent. The veal schnitzel was cooked a bit too long, and some other portions looked a bit small. Still, a definite recommendation!

A beautifully located restaurant in Lottental, tucked away in the forest. A very pleasant ambiance. Friendly and attentive staff. The menu is small, but you'll always find something to eat. Just don't be particularly hungry, or you won't be satisfied by the main course alone. As in so many high-priced restaurants, the portions here are quite small. Why not put four dumplings on the plate instead of just two? Then your guests will be full and will come back!

Very good food. Everything homemade. Incredibly delicious goose with dumplings and red cabbage. A fantastic sauce to go with it. The best original Viennese veal schnitzel we've ever eaten. Very friendly service. Simply fantastic. Thank you for this and keep it up. 👍👏

The food was delicious. The service was very friendly.

We celebrated our wedding in a small setting at Posts Lottental and were absolutely thrilled! We had the opportunity to hold our celebration in the lounge, which meant we were away from the busy restaurant scene. We were able to decorate the room according to our ideas and wishes beforehand. On the day of the wedding, we were assigned a waitress who took excellent care of us and our guests. A special thank you goes to Conny. Both the appetizers we ordered and the three-course meal were excellently served and tasted delicious. All in all, we felt very comfortable and had a wonderful celebration! Unfortunately, we couldn't leave the tip we would have liked, as tipping by card was only possible up to €10. We would love to come back – even with a larger party!

We came here for dinner. The service was very friendly, and the food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced.

We had reserved a table for dinner at Post's on a Friday evening with two adults and a 9-year-old child. Despite the good weather, the beer garden was, incomprehensibly, relatively empty that day, and a reservation wouldn't have been necessary. But it's better to have it and not need it... 😉 The ambiance in the open air is very cozy, and the service and the food itself definitely make us want to come back! The menu and any other potentially relevant information can be found on the website if needed. We definitely felt very comfortable and would definitely come back if we ever find ourselves in the area again! 😎👍🏻

We were there on a quiet Thursday evening. The menu is straightforward, but there's a difficult vegetarian selection. There's also little choice for kids, but I think the friendly staff would have found a solution. The timing was excellent. The food arrived at the same time, and was a comfortable size for everyone, and everyone enjoyed it.

We stayed at the conference hotel and had dinner twice with our group. The staff were great. Witty and charming. There's no other way to put it. They really go out of their way for their guests here. We sat outside on the terrace. There were lots of guests in the evening. There were only three waiters, and they really did walk away, which deserves special mention. The food was also delicious. A lot of emphasis is placed on quality here, not just in the food but also in the interior design. The restaurant is really up there. There's lots of greenery outside on the terrace. It's a really good place to spend time.

We were there for a funeral coffee. The ambiance is very nice. But the food offered was disproportionate to the price. We had 15 half-sandwiched rolls and eight mini slices of cake on each table. The rolls were topped with cold cuts, cooked ham, and Gouda cheese. They charged €25 per person for the coffee and the "food": So, per table of 10 people = €250. Furthermore, they charged us an additional €280 for the water alone. At 35 degrees Celsius, you'd expect at least one or two bottles of water to be included in the €250 per table. They also didn't inform us in advance that the water on the tables was not included in the price. We had, as previously agreed with the funeral home, given the exact number of people (55 instead of 60) on Saturday. However, they still charged us for 60 people, and they wouldn't discuss this with us. Unfortunately, I can only say that we are very disappointed. You usually hear a lot of good things about Posts Lottental, but unfortunately we cannot confirm this.

Excellently prepared food and friendly, attentive service. Sitting on the terrace is very pleasantly cool thanks to the lush greenery surrounding it.

We went to Post's Lottental with friends for lunch today for a 5-course meal. Since a large private celebration was taking place in the main hall, we were seated in the cozy fireplace room. The meal, including all accompanying drinks—from aperitifs and repeatedly refilled still and sparkling water to wines, coffee, and digestifs—was, as always, excellent. Our friends, who were visiting the restaurant for the first time, were simply thrilled. All the staff were super friendly, bringing water and a treat for our dog. The manager even stopped by for a quick chat. As mentioned above, a large celebration was taking place at the same time, with, as we later found out, 110 guests. Despite this, we felt very well looked after the entire time! We'd love to come back, perhaps in the beer garden if the weather's nice, with a round of mini golf. We chose the menu, which normally costs €149, but with the Kulinariscard it was only €79.

The wedding reception was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the staff was prompt, friendly, and competent. We'd be happy to go again.

The food was very tasty and could have received a 5-star rating. However, I found the portions to be very small. We were craving asparagus. We got four spears of asparagus per person with a handful of delicious half potatoes, and plenty of hollandaise sauce for that amount. We paid €22.90 per portion. I think that's quite a lot for not much. A portion of asparagus is usually 500g, currently available fresh everywhere, and only cheaper with potatoes and sauce or melted butter. Since I've heard similar things from several colleagues about the goose dinner there after my experience, I guess you just have to know and decide whether you want to have it that way again.

We wanted to eat there for the first time today on May 11, 2025 and I called at 8 p.m. to reserve a table, the internet says it's open until 10 p.m. A tape came on that I should call again in a few minutes, no one can answer the phone at the moment. Well, we thought, there's a lot to do and let's go there, if it doesn't work out with a table, we understand. We were there at 8:30 p.m., went in, no guests and three employees said there was nothing left. No problem at all, but we could have saved ourselves the trip if the opening times were correctly stated online or someone answered the phone.

We have been “regular customers” at the Post’s Lottental restaurant for two years and rightly so. Apart from the excellent food (very good with stars), it is the ambience and especially the staff that make this restaurant special! The entire team and the “boss” waiter are without exception friendly, helpful, courteous, funny and attentive! We feel very comfortable there and are always happy to come back to you! Keep it up 💪🏻

We actually just wanted to play mini golf, but by chance we met Marcus Post, who very kindly gave us a small discount for playing mini golf and pointed out his delicious schnitzel/asparagus offering. We played mini golf (the courses deserve a little TLC) and took in what he had to offer. We also ordered a portion of tortellini with goat cheese/rosemary (see photos). Both were really delicious!

We were eating with three adults and two children. The children's menu wishes were taken into account. They were satisfied. And us adults too. Everything was beautifully presented and the schnitzels were delicious. Ambience pleasant, nice and informal. Service nice and attentive. Price/performance was consistent. Thanks!

Food very good. Beer 0.5. Too expensive at 6.50 euros. Is a restaurant for hikers and hotel next to the hotel complex. Was in the hotel twice and the restaurant was once only for private parties and is now overcrowded with pensioners. 😀

Today we took the schnitzel with asparagus, which was only 22.50 instead of 29.50. Nobody said it was a children's schnitzel. The taste was okay despite the hair on the plate, it was definitely the last time I ate there.

Very nice restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Super friendly service. Schnitzel very plentiful, extremely tasty, highly recommended. Always happy again!

It was our first time at Post's Lottental and we were immediately impressed by the well-kept and attractive atmosphere. As part of the “Kulinariscard” we enjoyed a four-course menu (and “enjoyed” is to be taken literally). For this (surprise) menu you can decide whether you want fish or meat. Since I have a fish allergy, it was clear to me that I would choose the meat. You can imagine my disappointment when the starter salad was garnished with a "salmon fillet in tempura batter". (Tip for the restaurant: If you choose fish as your main course, you usually don't like or tolerate fish in the other courses either.) But that's really the only point of criticism. Everything else was very tasty, in excellent quality and quantity. In addition, attentive and friendly service from all employees. As the number of guests increased, the restaurant became increasingly noisy, making it difficult to have a conversation with our table partners. (Here's also a tip for restaurants: possibly use sound-absorbing elements such as curtains or something similar.) As mentioned above - we were there for the first time. But definitely not for the last time. Thank you for a lovely and delicious evening.

Good location - unfortunately, nothing more. The food is obviously prepared with convenience products, all without love and of extremely poor quality. The chef reacts to comments in a brusque and unfriendly manner. Not for a second did we get the impression that our objective, almost humble criticism was taken seriously. You don't want to make a scene, after all. It's a real shame that we were so rudely dismissed. Especially considering the standards the establishment itself sets—and prices! For us, the visit was a truly bad experience.

This was our first time here for the menu carousel and we will definitely come back. The food was very tasty and the portions were more than sufficient. As a starter there was salmon with salad, then a very tasty parsnip cream soup. We tried all the main courses and were all very satisfied: beef fillet, sauerbraten of venison and black tiger prawns on saffron spaghetti. For dessert there was a very tasty mocha parfait with apple and a small carrot muffin. The service was very attentive and friendly. Sufficient time was left between courses. Ambiance was nice too. There was enough space and not noisy like some other restaurants. The fireplace and other decoration made the room very homely, only the chairs were a bit uncomfortable in the end, after 3 hours of eating.

very pleasant restaurant area. Service very good and very attentive. Ate fish with linguine and spinach. The main course was served in a bowl (!), which you don't see often. In order to get to the pasta or linguine, half the fish had to be constantly pushed back and forth. The pasta was swimming in cream sauce. The "half" fish (zander fillet) was seasoned sparingly and had probably been in the pan for too long - very dry, the edges were very hard on the sides. There is still room for improvement...

During our visit to the Bratwursthaus in Bochum we ordered a portion of French fries with ketchup - and what can we say? Simply fantastic! The fries were golden yellow, nice and crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside. You can taste that they were freshly prepared and not just from a frozen package. The ketchup was fruity, slightly spicy and perfectly balanced, making it an ideal complement to the fries. We look forward to the next visit 👍🏼

The Post’s Lottental restaurant impresses with excellent food, a pleasant atmosphere and good parking facilities, which makes the visit very pleasant overall. Particularly noteworthy is the very talented chef, who conjures up great dishes with great skill and attention to detail - the food was really delicious! However, there was an unprofessional service situation during our stay: a waiter loudly stated to the guests that “the boss should clear up himself”. Such comments do not belong in the dining room and leave an unprofessional impression. However, on a positive note, the waiter later apologized for his misconduct. Nevertheless, it would be desirable for the service to be more professional to round off the otherwise excellent overall culinary experience.

Wir waren am Valentinstag zum Menükarussel im Pots Lottental. Gestern waren wir das erste Mal enttäuscht! Es dauerte ca.25 Minuten bis wir 2 Flaschen Wasser an unserem Tisch hatten. Danach kam der hektische Restaurant Chef zu uns, und nahm die Hautspeisen auf. Alles andere stand auf dem Menüplan und konnte sonach unserer Meinung gut vorbereitet werden. Ca. 10 Minuten später erhielten wir auch Wein an unserem Tisch, da wir nun von den weiblichen Kräften bedient wurden. Dass klappte auch gut solange der Chef nicht dazwischenfunkte. Alles in allen war das Essen ok, nicht ok war aber, das zum Menü laut Karte " Biere" gehörten uns aber beim Bezahlen mitgeteilt wurde das nur Fiege Bernstein zum Essen inklusiv sei. Zum Abschluss gab es für jeden Teilnehmer eine Dose Fiege Pils zu mitnehmen. Das fanden wir mehr als peinlich und entspricht auch nicht dem Niveau des Restaurants.

Today we ate at Posts with 4 people using the Kulinaris Card. The guest room was neat and clean, decorated with large vases and flower pots, and there was a fire burning in the fireplace. We were warmly welcomed and the options with the Kulinaris Card were explained. We ordered carpaccio and a curry coconut soup as a starter and goose, venison goulash, sauerbraten of venison, goose leg and cordon bleu as a main course. The meat was tender and served hot. The venison goulash could have been a little spicier, and the sauerbraten could have had a spoonful more sauce. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about. The portions were absolutely sufficient. For dessert one person had a creme brulee, nicely presented and very tasty. We enjoyed it and will probably eat there again.

To put it briefly: gastronomy at the highest level!!! In detail: food top, service top (perhaps the biggest “challenge” these days), atmosphere very well maintained and pleasant... 120 percent recommendation! - And I thank this very professional, dedicated and extremely friendly staff!!!!! P.S.: for worse reviews: everyone as he/she/it and all the other 85 genders like it. But: when it comes to the price - it's your own fault for many people's lives... Who "stood at attention" during the pandemic and supported all the closures. Just enjoy what you have chosen... (small political discourse)

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service und der Sauerbraten war ein Gedicht. Wir hatten einen sehr gelungenen Abend und fühlten uns sehr willkommen.

Went there for dinner with the family on Boxing Day. Very disappointed with the classic goose leg and goose breast on offer. The skin was very dark and the meat was very fibrous and tough. There can be no question of a leg. That was more like a club. The dumplings were the size of table tennis balls. The taste of the dumplings, the red cabbage and the sauce was very good. The price did not correspond to the quality. Maybe it was all due to the Christmas season?

We were a group at the New Year's Eve party in the Post's Lottental restaurant. Our expectations were not only met but also exceeded. The food was great, our waiter was extremely friendly and made us feel really welcome. We felt comfortable and would love to come back. Thank you for the great party.

The food is excellent. We received a friendly welcome, but there was a waiter (boss?) who was very rushed and stressed. He was also annoyed when we wanted to pay separately, card payments were not allowed. His behavior would have been more appropriate in a bazaar. There are plenty of parking spaces and the atmosphere is nice. Recommended despite the waiter.

We had Christmas dinner with a large group at the Post's restaurant in Lottental. The room we sat in was an adjoining room of the restaurant and it was cold and uncomfortable. There was a small Christmas menu for 55.00 euros per person, excluding drinks. This included a mini starter (the menu said cake stand, for us it was just a small bowl.) The main course was optional (schnitzel, tortellini, supposedly steak, which wasn't one, and two other dishes.) Finally, a mini dessert. The food was very clear and also cold. The service was loud and unfriendly. As a vegetarian, the only option was tortellini, and charging 55.00 euros for that as Christmas dinner is a bad joke. Not one person from our party was satisfied with the food. It's a shame about all that money.

We were guests at an 80th birthday party. The lounge, a separate room for the celebration, was tastefully decorated and offered a beautiful view of the Lottental. The food was visually beautifully presented and tasted really good. The service was professional and dedicated.

First of all: we were there with a large group at Christmas, maybe things are different. The service was okay but absolutely not friendly to vegetarians, they are given whatever comes and when asked it is then redistributed and there is a vegetarian option. Generally not recommended for vegetarians, far too little choice. The people are super nice but sometimes there is just a lack of frequency and attention (see vegetarian example) The food was really bad. Especially for the very high price. Starter doesn't match and is mediocre. From the choice of 6 dishes, 2 were okay, the rest were not. The fish is an absolute disgrace, tastes exactly like Iglo oven fish (gourmet fillet). With the ragout, the sauce was watery and had little flavor, and there was no trace of spices. Other dishes weren't particularly convincing either. All in all, not particularly recommended, at least not at Christmas.

Today we went to Post's Lottental for the Christmas menu with 15 people. The venison ragout, the goose and the red cabbage were cold. We complained about this and the food was taken back. Unfortunately only the red cabbage was hot. The portion was very small, 2 small dumplings and 4 to 5 pieces of ragout. What was good was schnitzel with fries. The price of 55 euros was not justified for this service. We won't be coming back. Mrs. Mouse

4-course menu with accompanying drinks. Really very tasty, very nicely prepared, tastes great. Service very good. Nice wintery atmosphere.

The four of us treated ourselves to an organic goose. Simply outstanding. The service was perfect. Thank you for a great evening. We'll be back.

Wir hatten uns gestern mit Freunden aus Bochum in diesem Restaurant zum Essen getroffen, sind selbst aus Münster angereist. Ich hatte auch den beliebten Gänseteller bestellt. Als er gebracht wurde, konnte ich es nicht glauben! Zwei kleine Klöße, reichlich Rotkohl und zwei Ministücke Fleisch waren auf dem Teller, noch kleiner als auf dem Foto der vorherigen Bewerterin. Dafür fast 30,00 € zu verlangen, ist ja schon eine Unverschämtheit!

We celebrated our birthday at Markus Post in September 2024 with almost 100 people. He was always open to change when planning. Great food with very friendly service. Particularly noteworthy is his head waiter Volkan (with humor). We celebrated our wedding with Markus Post in 2008 (at the time at the golf club) and once again we didn't regret being his post guest. Everything was actually right here. We were greeted in a super friendly manner. Less than 2 minutes later we were assigned a table, even though the restaurant was really full. The waitresses were super quick, courteous, friendly, it was a good experience. The food was really great both visually and in terms of taste, I had the mixed fish platter. Super delicious, everything as it should be, nothing overcooked, nothing fried to death. A real pleasure. Overall, it was a super delicious meal at fair prices, with a TOP staff. We would always like to come back, keep it up!

Went there for goose dinner with friends, which was unfortunately very disappointing. Small portions but big prices! I decided on the classic breast and leg... The leg consisted of a bone with hardly any meat and the piece of "breast" was the size of a chicken fillet, plus there were two really small dumplings and a relatively good portion of red cabbage. For almost €30 it's a really sad plate! After eating we waited forever for more drinks and for the empty plates to be cleared away. A few years ago things were much better there. Too bad we won't be coming back.

A little late: We celebrated our wedding there in September and we have to say it was a perfect day. Everything was taken care of there, nothing was missing. Days and weeks later, all of our guests were saying how great our wedding was, and how great the food and the ambience were. Das Restaurant wirbt im Rahmen der Kulinaris Card mit einem 4 Gang Menü inkl. Getränke für 2 Personen zum Preis von 79€ pro Paar statt einem "Normalpreis" von 149€. Wir haben das mit drei Pärchen ausprobiert. Zwei Pärchen nutzten das Menu- Angebot, das andere Pärchen wählte etwas von der a la carte Karte. Das Menu umfasste bei uns: • Prosecco als Aperitif • Eine große Flasche Mineralwasser • Eine Flasche Wein (rot oder weiß) - eher von mäßiger Qualität, der weiße Wein war ein Grauburgunder-Qualitätswein, den roten habe ich mir nicht angeschaut) • Suppe (war eine Thai-Kokos-Curry-Suppe, sehr lecker) • Vorspeise (drei kleine Teller in einer Etagere mit Gambas, Schinken, Salat, ok) • Hauptgerichte mit frischem Fisch (Zander in Sahnesoße - etwas mächtig) oder Fleisch (Schweinefilet im Senfmantel mit Pfeffersoße - war ok, aber Senf-Pfeffer ist eine für mich etwas seltsame Kombination) inkl. Beilagen (Gemüse und Gnocchi zum Fisch, Gemüse und kleine Kartoffeln zum Fleisch) • Dessert (Erdbeercreme, Eis, Schokocreme) • Digestif (Obstler oder Grappa) • Kaffee (Cappuccino oder Espresso) Die beiden a la carte Personen hatten den Mixed Grill vom Edelfischfilet und das Cordon bleu - beide wirkten zufrieden mit ihrer Wahl. Der Service war bei einer Nachfrage "Was ist das denn für eine Suppe und was ist da drin?" etwas überfordert - da hilft eine Art "Vorab-Briefing" durch den Koch künftig sicher weiter. Hinweis für Biertrinker: vom Fass gibt es nur Veltins Pils, und das in Bochum :-), alle anderen Sorten kommen aus der Flasche . Fazit: Für 79€ für zwei Personen kann man bei 4 Gängen keine Wunder erwarten. Hatten wir auch nicht, von daher waren wir zufrieden. Ich würde 3,5 Punkte geben, da es besser als "befriedigend" aber schlechter als "sehr gut" war. Tipp: das Restaurant liegt ziemlich "in der Knüste", also besser mit dem Auto kommen und mal auf Bus und Bahn verzichten.

Nice inn with a rather rustic flair. Visiting there was quite busy, but that was due to the occasion (wedding party). Overall, the food and service were very good. If you are staying for a longer period of time, you can also play mini golf on the facility directly behind the location. For those who care: There is absolutely no reception in the inn itself. Annoying or relaxing, depending on how you look at it.

If I lived nearby, I would be right here almost every weekend. The restaurant is highly recommended as you can spend an incredibly great evening with delicious food and drinks. That's why we recommend that you, who live here or are nearby, treat yourself to a great evening with very good food and very nice staff after a hard week at work. We went there in the evening to have a beer. Unfortunately the kitchen was already closed. Great atmosphere with very nice staff.

Nicely located restaurant with a great beer garden. We did a short dog walk in the adjacent green belt and then had a very good meal.

We celebrated our wedding here at the beginning of June with around 60 people and had a great celebration. The Post's Lottental team made a significant contribution to this. All of our wishes and ideas were taken into account and implemented accordingly. The food was excellent and, thanks to a good preliminary discussion, there was enough variety and something suitable for everyone (vegans to carnivorous plants). The atmosphere was super festive and relaxed. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely come back in smaller and larger groups! Big thanks to the team! You really made a big contribution to making us feel so comfortable and able to enjoy our special day so much.

When we arrived it was absolute chaos and there were no parking spaces left. We finally parked the car awkwardly and were able to go to the restaurant. It was packed. Our pre-reserved table for a quiet birthday was occupied and given to someone else, even though we were on time, and we had to sit at a shaky table and a place where you sit with your head in a decoration. The noise level was so loud that you could hardly hear the person sitting next to you at the table. The service was very rushed and you were literally urged to hurry up and “finally” order something. Basically, given the noise level - even in a fully occupied cafeteria it's quieter - you actually didn't feel like eating there anymore. The food came and was rushed to the table. It wasn't possible to order more mayo for fries so quickly and you had to spend a few minutes looking for a solution. The food was ok, but too expensive for the price. Since we wanted to escape from this extreme noise as quickly as possible, we didn't drink anything else or order dessert. It was an imposition. Since you can definitely dine quietly and comfortably somewhere else for the money and also find peace and service appropriate to the occasion, it's a shame, but we won't be coming back.

Really a very modern restaurant. The cook comes to the table for a chat. The service staff seemed a bit stuffy but not unfriendly. The menu didn't quite meet our expectations and unfortunately the portion wasn't enough for those of us who eat well. The older generation has clearly become full. This is all a personal feeling and we wouldn't come back, but we would advise everyone to give it a try. Everything tasted delicious. Mid-range price performance, plenty of parking spaces available.

Last Saturday we celebrated our joint birthday with 24 guests at Post's. Everything was fantastic: the food, the very friendly service, who knew how to please all guests equally, and the corresponding ambience. All in all, it was a very nice evening that all guests will remember fondly for a long time. Summary: If you don't celebrate at Post's, it's your own fault.

Real Viennese schnitzel and cream chanterelles on grated biscuits were very well done. Schnitzel spicy and perfectly gentle in the bite, with a fresh crunch from the mushrooms. Crème brûleé with a delicate sugar melt crust and red jelly made from partly. fresh berries, garnished with real mint. Espresso doppi in really hot cups, brown sugar cubes. Veltins and Sauvingnon blanc, the latter in my opinion of very good quality in relation to the price. For our event, a nice treat in a relaxed atmosphere on the terrace. You have to take the fun of the previous mini golf on the old course belonging to the house in a relaxed manner... The gradient of some of the lanes is breathtaking, and you can unexpectedly achieve completely new personal results in the sevens area... And it also strengthens your character. So, sweeping the tracks thoroughly on the weekend should be a requirement, please. There should be at least 2-3 brooms spread out on the lawn, because the forest constantly drops all sorts of things anyway, so you can quickly clear away annoying leaves and needles without having to damage your shoes or racket. A special feature on the longest hole was a hole filled to the brim with dirty water, which also had some surprising features during the putting process. The usual writing pads with pen holders would certainly also make sense; We made do with a discarded cutlery bag; you could even practically put the pen in it. The mini golf course is fun. Impatient or even choleric people jump with red heads in their own nerve triangle. We are not. We take this as a challenge. Overall: Great Nammitach for happy natures and connoisseurs!

A great experience. Super interesting dishes that I unfortunately couldn't try anymore because I was still so full from breakfast but would come again just because of the menu. The drinks were delicious though, I can say that. The facility is nice and big and well maintained. A highlight is the existing mini golf course. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. Dogs are very welcome.

Price-performance ratio doesn't fit. Overpriced, as soon as you've eaten you immediately start clearing away and moving chairs. In the evening you sit with a drink and the waiter (just cool sayings) comes with the bill. They probably wanted to finish work early. I recommend everyone to avoid the restaurant.

A top restaurant in the middle of nowhere! We had asparagus latte machiato beforehand, nice and light and full of flavor. Main course asparagus with chicken and mushroom sauce with hollandaise sauce. Asparagus maybe a little too al dente, that's a matter of taste and is indicated on the menu. I wouldn't have wanted to miss dessert with strawberries and mascarpone! Friendly service, plenty of parking in a beautiful area. Highly recommended!
