Food was good. Service as expected. Waiting time for food - very long.

It wasn't that crowded, but you had to wait a long time for service. Fruit only on request at the buffet. It used to be better. We'll try again, but maybe things will get better so that it's back to the way it used to be

We were here late Friday afternoon and had reserved a table. After pushing past the queue, the first thing we were told was that the table was only available for 1.5 hours. Well... We got a table on the upper floor. Unfortunately, the food also has to be carried upstairs - by the time the burgers were at the table, they were unfortunately only lukewarm. In the meantime, the cheese had solidified again and formed a chewy consistency. Well... The lamps should be checked - they flicker unpleasantly. Well... With a tip for the nice and hard-working waiter 60€ for 2 burgers and 2 cyclists - well, I probably won't go there again because I rate the price/performance ratio as too bad and I'm a bit disappointed.

We once again had dinner at The ASH in the Ruhrpark with the whole family - two adults and two children - and, as always, we were thrilled! Meat lovers will get their money's worth here - juicy steaks, grilled to perfection, and delicious side dishes. The little guests are also taken care of: our children enjoyed mac & cheese and other child-friendly dishes, so everyone went home happy and full. The atmosphere is modern and cozy, the service is friendly and attentive, and the quality of the food is top. An all-round successful visit – we will definitely be back!

Food good, service very good. Chairs and especially benches were worn out. Not good seating quality. You sink too low and the level to the table surface may no longer be correct.

The regular fries were good but could have been a little crispier and more seasoned. Burgers were good!

The restaurant is well located. After an extensive round of shopping, the restaurant invites you to linger. With friendly staff and delicious food you can enjoy lovely evening hours here.

Leider lief das Auffüllen der Speisen des Buffest nicht sehr zügig und auch das Anrichten der Speisen war nach dem Auffüllen nicht mehr so appetitlich bzw. einige Sachen wurden gar nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Tipp: Am besten dierekt um 10 Uhr da sein, damit man das komplette Buffet nutzen kann

I recently had the pleasure of eating at The Ash in Bochum and all I can say is that it was a wonderful experience! From the moment we entered the restaurant we were warmly welcomed and immediately shown to a table. The service was simply great - the waiters were friendly, attentive and did an excellent job. The food was simply delicious! Every bite was a delight and we were amazed by the variety of dishes. You can tell that the cooking here is done with a lot of love and passion. I can highly recommend The Ash and look forward to my next visit. A big compliment to the entire team! Keep it up!

Spare ribs - used on Tuesday...it was super tasty and I haven't eaten ribs that were so soft in ages. I'd love to come back.

Brunch: Nothing special. Filter coffee included, all other drinks cost something. Selection: mediocre. -Waffles too soft -Fruit has little choice and is unappetizingly presented -Scrambled eggs strange taste -Fried egg still pretty raw -Cheese not cooled and soggy, little choice - Cold meat selection ok, but not cooled -A light roll, a dark roll, croissant and one type of bread to choose from -Smoked salmon -Sausage, ribs, salad, chicken wings to choose from -jam from jars -Nutella, honey in small packets -Donuts, cakes available, but not very appetizing In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is not right here. There are better places to break. The dishes on offer are nothing special. It would be advisable if the dishes changed over the course of the brunch, perhaps more breakfast-oriented in the morning and a little more hearty at lunchtime. The buffet was boring overall, after the first course you had to think carefully about what else you could eat. There were only two waiters who did their best. But we were also very busy clearing tables, taking drinks, etc. Two employees, presumably superiors, were just chatting. There were still free places. Although the crowd was manageable, some of the dishes on offer were added late. Here and there plates or coffee cups were added quite late. It was my first and last brunch. I would have liked a little more quality in the food on offer and a larger and more appetizing selection. Also a bit of variety during the brunch.

Im Laufe der Zeit hat die Qualität absolut nachgelassen. Die Qualität der Speisen, vornehmlich das Fleisches ist nicht mehr mit den Anfängen zu vergleichen. Der Service war zwar nett aber kam so selten vorbei, dass man sehr lange auf Getränke oder Nachspeisenbestellung warten musste. Die Portionsgröße der Eiskugeln ist übrigens für den stolzen Preis ein absoluter Witz. Alles in allem zu teuer für Qualität und Service. Kann man hingehen, muss man aber nicht…

Food is ok. I think the price-performance ratio is unreasonable. Long waiting times for food. If you ask after 40 minutes when the food will come, the young staff will call you names and bluff you. I find that disrespectful and disgraceful.

Green asparagus out, two desserts out, steakhouse fries cold, herb butter not tasty but the steak was good. The waitress tried very hard but overall we were very disappointed. Paid so much money and still left hungry because the things we would have liked to eat were sold out.

Es waren viele Speisen nicht mehr verfügbar. Für uns sehr blöd da wir diese gern gegessen hätten. Sind mit Hunger anschließend raus. Steak war gut, Pommes kalt. Insgesamt zu teuer für die Leistung. Die Bedienung war nett.

Friendly staff, inviting atmosphere, delicious food!

This was the worst and at the same time one of the most expensive rib-eye steaks I have ever eaten. Absolutely not recommended. Except for the vegetarian dish, three meat dishes were an imposition. There are also fluted steak knives that frayed the tough meat.
