1 Star Review: Disappointing experience on Mother's Day We wanted to eat at Kashmir House with the whole family on Mother's Day, but were immediately informed that the voucher book was not valid on public holidays. Although we were aware of this regulation, according to the voucher book, the restriction explicitly only applies to “national holidays and state-specific holidays”. When we asked where exactly it was, we were only shown the rules page - without a specific location. When we pointed out that Mother's Day is not a public holiday, we simply said: "It doesn't apply today." The atmosphere – a mixture of pub and restaurant – didn't appeal to us, and the unfriendly treatment made us leave quickly. The restaurant was almost empty: only one table was occupied and a few guests were sitting at the bar in the pub area. Because of the inappropriate ambience and the negative attitude of the service, we will not visit Kashmir House again. It's a shame, because the food might have been convincing - unfortunately the atmosphere and service were not. Conclusion: Not recommended, especially not on special days.

I ordered for the first time and never again. The burger was fried to death. The thing was dry and dusty. The cocktail sauce with shrimps only tasted and smelled of vinegar. The tzatziki, which wasn't there, was horrible and the sheep's cheese on the salad tasted rancid. Not recommended unless the fries were okay

Dream. Super fast delivery, great food. Great people. Best.

Nice service and delicious food

Hair in food is freaky and full price had to be paid because the hair was discovered too 'late', but a hot drink was offered.
