Four-five stars to the Indian food, we love it! There is only one point deduction because something is regularly forgotten, sometimes the side salad, sometimes the Indian garlic bread or or... but still always happy! Oh and despite so many bad reviews: our driver was always super nice.

Hui... what happened THERE? Until recently the food there was TOP. Yesterday 3 people ordered delivery via the orange delivery service and suddenly the salad only had a kind of "water sauce", the gratinated gyros were soggy, tasteless and spicy, the fries were almost puree and the "grill plate" was a mess mixed meat leftover bowl with almost only poultry. In addition, ALL 3 of us had a "great" night and had to fight stomach pains, nausea and diarrhea. A case for the health department? A flyer attached indicates a change of ownership. It now appears to be an Indian snack bar and all that points to the old owner is a small lettering "by Napoli" on the flyer. They probably wanted to take the really good reviews from the online delivery service with them. No, we will never order there again!

Absolutely crazy!!!! You order by phone and are told there will be a 1 hour waiting time… yes, that's ok on a Sunday evening. Call after 1 hour 20 minutes, “the driver is on the way to you”…. Called again 40 minutes later “the driver didn’t find you and drove back” then “why don’t you call” he just said “yes new driver I’ll do it again in at least 30 minutes” no thanks…. What a shame, they have been delivered several times. Never again!!!

Restaurant dirty, the food an absolute disaster. Employees very unfriendly. You should avoid this restaurant.

Absolutely unbelievable behavior from the employees. After waiting for 2 hours, I was told with "such friendliness" that I had to pick up my food 10 streets away because the street was closed. Strangely enough, there are numerous cars driving along the entire street, and only a few parking spaces are closed due to construction work, which is surprising. The driver on the other end of the line immediately started yelling and the owner also showed such disrespectful and unfriendly behavior that it creeps me out. I wouldn't get my money back from the restaurant in any way, except through Lieferando. I have never experienced such behavior in my life. So unfriendly and in no way accommodating to the customers, even an apology was far from the mark. It's a mystery to me how this store can still be a Lieferando partner. Absolutely underground

Very tasty dishes. Dishes from Indian cuisine have been on a special menu for some time now. Since Indian dishes are very tasty but also spicy, there are 3 different levels of spiciness. German (not too spicy) Medium (spicy spiciness) Indian. (For Indians or brave ones) Try it. You definitely won't regret it.

We had ordered food for six people from work. The food was okay, value for money was right, only the potatoes in the casserole weren't cooked through, they were delivered as promised. In one of my colleagues' lasagna, the blade attachment of a chipper with four sharp steel blades appeared. I returned this piece of metal and was intercepted at the door. I kindly pointed out where the machine part was found, and when there was no meaningful response or inquiry, I added that no one had been injured. I was then stared at, irritated, for a while. It was only when I got back into my vehicle that I was shouted "sorry" with a shrug of the shoulders, that was all. I replied: "It doesn't matter, it can happen." It can, but it shouldn't. And the reaction can also be a little less succinct. I won't be ordering there again, which is a shame, and I can't recommend it to anyone.

Sorry aber jeder der hier bestellt hat echt verirrte Geschmacksnerven. Absolut nicht genießbar.

Habe schon 2mal bestellt mega unzufrieden die Pizza schmeckt nicht und der Grill Teller alles da drin mega trocken und total über würzt schmeckt alles gleich und der Burger nicht zu empfehlen bestellen werde ich da auf jeden Fall nicht mehr

Extrem lange Lieferzeiten (2 Stunden) und pappige Pizza/ Brötchen. Nicht empfehlenswert !! Bestellen werde ich hier nicht mehr

Tolle Burger, tolle Pommes, tolle Pizza👍🏼 Sehr schnelle Lieferung nach Essen-Burgaltendorf. Das einzige was ein wenig verbesserungsfähig wäre, wäre der Fahrer, der leider nicht (immer) freundlich ist. Ansonsten ein super, super toller Laden

Das Schnitzel total wässrig und nir zur Hälfte durch, als ich es reklamieren wollte wurde abgelehnt weil es laut Betreiber Frisch sei... Also tut euch ein gefallen und bestellt euch kein Schnitzel.außerdem weil gesagt wurde das das essen beim letzten Mal unfassbar scharf war. Bestelle dort nie wieder so unfreundlich wie dieser Service ist!

Das erste Mal hier was bestellt. Nie wieder. Erstmal hat die Lieferung statt 35 Minuten über eine Stunde gedauert. Und das an einem Dienstag mittag. Netterweise gabs zusätzlich Pizzabrötchen und statt ein 0,5 l Cola eine 1 l Cola dazu. Das wars aber auch schon an positiven Sachen die zu erwähnen wären. Der Cheeseburger hat vor Fett getrieft. Es ist alles an den Seiten rausgefallen. Die Buns waren tief Braun und hart!!! (etwa in den Pizzaofen geschoben???). Die Pommes waren labrig und kaum gesalzen. Die Pizza hat nach allem geschmeckt nur nicht nach Pizza. Das Hähnchen in Knobimarinade, oder was das sein sollte, hatte eine faulige, intensive Note. Da haben die Tomaten auch nicht mehr geholfen. Sowas darf sich nicht Pizza schimpfen. Die Chicken Nuggets waren standard, wie man sie aus jedem Tiefkühlregal kennt (da kann man ja auch nicht viel falsch machen, was!?) Eine Soße gab es aber nicht dazu.. Dann waren da noch die Pizzabrötchen. Wirklich nicht mehr als Durchschnitt. Waren sehr fad und unspektakulär. Aber vielleicht kann die mitgelieferte Kräuterbutter ja was an Geschmack rausholen?! Ich mache die Kräuterbutter auf und im gleichen Moment läuft mir die FLÜSSIGE(!!!) Kräuterbutter die Hand runter und tropft mir auf die Hose und zog direkt durch bis auf die Haut. Sagt mal gehts noch??? Insgesamt das widerlichste was ich seit langem gegessen habe. Bin stinksauer. Könnte im strahl kotzen!!! Sowas würde ich vielleicht meinem schlimmsten Feind servieren, weil mehr als Fraß ist das nicht. Eine absolute Frechheit! Frage mich ob der Koch überhaupt sein eigenes Essen jemals gekostet hat!? Essen ging so in den Müll. Bin dann mal duschen, den Knoblauch Geruch von der Haut waschen..

Wird schnell geliefert. Schmeckt auch gut Nur nach dem dritten mal bestellen kommt keiner mehr nach oben wie sonst

Geschmack und Preisleistung stimmt.

Essen sehr lecker und mit Liebe gemacht, es werden auf Wünsche immer eingegangen, Personal sehr nett und höflich, viel Auswahl und das Essen wird auch immer sehr schnell und heiß geliefert!

Essen nicht gut. Gibt zu viele "Werbegeschenke", was man als Einzelperson nicht verzehren kann. Für mich Essensverschwendung.
