Pizza Hut in Bochum

Shame on you!! My recommendation is to go to a real pizzeria!!!!!

I found the food to be way too expensive and the pizza didn't taste that good compared to other pizzerias. It was also very loud in the restaurant. The staff was nice. That's why I give 2 stars instead of one.

I've seen better ones, they were always friendly, but what was missing?

The pizzas were extremely greasy. There were real puddles of grease on the food. Course of the conversation: “Are you okay?” "It's all very greasy!" "Yes, there is bacon on it too." "But the other pizza is also so greasy." "Yes, well, I don't make the pizza." 🙄 In the end over €50 for two medium pizzas and two cokes. The toilets are also in very poor condition.

Before going to the cinema we had a drink here as a group, Because we still had a little time. Service, unfortunately not at all attentive and rude in my opinion. The whole store isn't really inviting. Unfortunately, it's a shame. It has potential because it is right next to the cinema and should therefore be better. We went to this store before going to the cinema. First, you should bring your time. Eating a pizza before going to the cinema is hardly possible because the process until the food arrives takes much longer than you are used to elsewhere. The waitresses were all friendly. Unfortunately the prices don't go anywhere. Price/performance is really 0 here! It's all far too expensive and I personally and my girlfriend didn't like the pizzas. Apart from the fact that there was simply a lack of seasoning (e.g. salt, intensity of the tomato sauce), no component of the pizzas appealed to us. It's nice that there's also a vegan option, but it's expensive and doesn't taste particularly good either. We both threw away our pizzas after one slice, which I personally find terrible, but the price/performance took away our appetite and we no longer wanted to believe whether the vegan food was really completely vegan given the bad experience. Unfortunately in the top 3 of the worst pizzas of my life and that considering the prices.

We ate there yesterday with 3 girls and our conclusion: If we didn't always make the best of everything, it wouldn't have been such a great evening! Pizza Hut is more like a hot oven tray experience - once and never again! The food was mediocre, the ambience was mediocre, the service is not to be envied, it made an effort, but couldn't do anything great! We check it out as tried, but it's not our cup of tea! Everyone has to test it themselves! Oh yes, the price was a bit exaggerated too! The price-performance ratio here is not at all 😝

I was expecting tagiatelle with cheese and cherry tomatoes. I got penne with cheese soup.

We were there on Saturday, there wasn't much going on, the children's pizza was no longer available because there was a children's birthday party there. The quality of the food is rather mediocre, no comparison to before. The staff friendly, but quite overwhelmed. The cookie was first served raw, after complaints it was burnt. The mushroom should be fresh.

We were warmly welcomed and served by Azra. We ate the pizza with the cheese crust and it was just mega, the cheese literally came out at you. Only recommended!

We were there at 8:20 p.m. The manager said we couldn't eat in the restaurant anymore even though it was still open for 40 minutes. We had to eat our food like dogs in front of the restaurant and finished eating before closing time while others were still sitting in the restaurant. The manager is a complete disaster and should be replaced. I will never eat there again and I would advise everyone against it

I went there with my wife before going to the cinema and ate. The pizza and the pasta dish as well as the starter were an absolute hit. We had two waitresses and both were very friendly and took their time and explained everything calmly. We will definitely go there more often now.

At 3 p.m. we sat down at the table. We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order. There isn't much going on there at that time on a Sunday, so I can't understand why it took so long At 3:20 p.m. I got up myself to ask the waitress to come over and take the order. She took the order and we got our starter (salad) at 3:45 p.m. Then our food at 3:50 p.m. The melts were okay and the pizza (chicken broccoli) unfortunately didn't taste that good. Lacked salt. Ambience terrible, tables were always unclean before we were there and still when we left. Not recommended!

Pizza delicious, although definitely too expensive in terms of price. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere is more of a rustic fast food restaurant (matching the food on offer).

22 euros for a medium-sized pizza that doesn't even have good or varied toppings is and remains far too expensive. The serving staff just stood in a corner giggling for minutes without paying any attention to the guests...

At Pizza Hut Bochum it was delicious again after a long absence!!! Service is great!!! The only thing I find sad is that the Mac'n Cheese version is no longer available!!! My daughter and I loved this Cheesy Crust version!!!

Pizza Hut is recommended! The pizza I ordered was simply outstanding! The waitress Sultan welcomed us in a very nice and friendly manner. Always my pleasure.

The food was at the table quickly. We have been visiting the restaurant for about 5 years and the atmosphere is, as always, very pleasant. Ms. Sultan was very polite and served us very friendly. Kudos for this :)

I don't understand the bad reviews?? I was welcomed on Saturday by a nice lady named Sultan and brought to the table. The food tasted great and I didn't have to wait long for it. Management helped at the front. I had a short, nice conversation with Mr. Nuri and everything was great! Keep it up.

Very, very bad service, unfriendly and dirty tables and benches! Not recommended at all! 4 things were forgotten and when we brought this to the attention of the staff, it was ignored and we were left sitting for 25 minutes until the management came with the receipt and said this was never ordered. Very rude and ignorant staff! We won't go there anymore!

No reception, even though it says at the entrance: “We will show you to the table.” Not even a welcome or hello. Then we ordered without any problem and there was even a coloring sheet for children - nice touch. After a few minutes our drinks arrived, but there was no still water, which is really incomprehensible. There was also no proper response even after WE offered to get water from the sub shop (even though that would have been their job). That wasn't allowed, but after a while another family came out of the cinema with popcorn and drinks and nothing was said. Completely inappropriate. We also had Garlic Bread Bruschetta and they were the worst bruschetta of our lives, the tomatoes weren't fresh at all and the bread was so soaked that it was so unbearable that we had to give the plate back after a few bites. No apology or anything like that. A slice of bread was brought with our salad, which was quickly taken away again with the words: "Sorry, that wasn't supposed to go to you." - that doesn't work at all. The pizzas were also better... The homemade lemonades were very tasty, and the American coleslaw salad was also okay. Unfortunately, the young service was not convincing at all and it quickly became clear that the staff had no experience in service, especially when dealing with the non-existent water and taking away the slice of bread as well as the non-existent reception, even though there were 5 people there at the time were. The bill came after an eternity and no attempt was made to correct the problems, not even an apology. We are very shocked and this was definitely our last visit.

If you have a branch next to the cinema, you can assume that people want to go to the cinema after eating. But that could be difficult when visiting this branch... It can even ruin a great trip to the cinema. We were there on Sunday. The restaurant wasn't full. Still, it took 20 minutes just to get my lemonade. The food was supposed to come after almost 40 minutes, but the wrong dish was prepared and we were asked if we wanted to eat the wrong one or would we rather wait longer so that the correct dish could be prepared. Since the time until the cinema was now too short, I just wanted to pay for the limo and leave. Do you know what was the worst? Nobody said "sorry"... I will not visit this store again.

Very bad!! Totally overpriced and doesn't taste good either. The women's toilet stinks... and dirt on the walls is absolutely not recommended!!!!!

Unfortunately it is very disappointing. The tables were sticky and not entirely clean. My pizza came half cold and half baked with an onion peel. The toilets were worst, extremely smelly and very unhygienic. And really expensive.

Be careful when ordering😱 We waited over 30 minutes for a pan🍕 to take away and unfortunately we were not alone in this sad fate 😔. The mood on the “waiting bench” was correspondingly bad. Everyone was told it would only take 15 minutes. Of course, we understand that waiting times may be longer if it is very busy. However, it would only be fair to tell customers the actual time it will take. This is really uncool, especially when going to the cinema. So you quickly get the feeling that you have been ripped off 🥴

We waited 30 Minutes till we could order. Then another 20 Minutes for our food where they first brought us the the wrong food. The food was cold and they barely have any vegan options. I got a normal Pepsi even tho I asked for a zero. The prices are to high for the quality. If you want to eat fast food go to mcDonalds

Das war das letzte mal! Bedienung total überfordert und unqualifizierten, besteck wurde erst an den Tisch gebracht als das Essen schon da war, auf beiden Pizzen fehlten bestellte Zutat. Bei 3 Euro pro Zutat schon sehr ärgerlich! Der Tisch klebte wie sau. Preise für dir 26 Euro pizza überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt. Früher war es echt super da aber heute ?! Speisekarte wurde geändert und viele Speisen sind verschwunden. Getränke schmecken auch nicht mehr und eine Normale Fanta oder merinda gibt's auch nicht mehr.

When we asked nicely for another seat because there were only screaming and running around children in the corner, we were told that there were too many of us. When we finally sat at the table, the bench was greasy, children were screaming left and right and we asked another waitress to clean the bench, who then fetched a rag in annoyance. When the children's screaming became just too loud, we asked again to be moved, which was again denied because there was no space there, so we left. When we went out we saw a free table for six and there were five of us. I also noticed that the brunette waitress had complained about us to her colleagues and that we should leave. I actually really enjoy eating here, but I'm reconsidering whether I really want to be treated like that when I'm already spending a lot of money on a pizza.

We were looking forward to a cozy evening at Pizza Hut, but were unfortunately disappointed. Upon arrival we were greeted somewhat rudely by an overwhelmed waitress. Our request for a quieter place, as there were many children playing loudly nearby, was rejected. When we finally sat down at our table, we immediately noticed the dirty bench. The children's screaming was so loud that it was almost impossible to have a relaxed conversation. Multiple requests to the staff to assign us another seat were not fulfilled because there was no space in other seats. In addition, our request to clean the bench seat was only met with annoyance. Since we didn't feel comfortable due to the unhygienic conditions and poor service, we decided to leave without ordering. It's a shame that a restaurant like Pizza Hut, which is usually known for good food, is negatively affected by such poor service and lack of customer focus. We will consider visiting this location again in the future.

I have to agree with the very bad reviews. We were greeted and served very rudely. After we asked if anything that was oily on the seats could be cleaned, the service became even less friendly. I will never enter this store again. I'm really shocked. But after reading other reviews here, nothing surprises me anymore.

We bought a few dishes that weren't cheap at all and they didn't even give us a fork. Even though we asked for it. It was also not possible to eat on site, even though it was still 40 minutes before closing time. Very unfriendly staff. The food was ok.

There were almost no drinks on the menu and Pepsi schwip schwap etc. Only iced tea and zero drinks. But if I come from Essen specifically to eat pizza at their place, I expect that I also have a choice of drinks. The service was very nice

Pizza Hut offers delicious pizzas with a crispy base and a wide range of toppings. The food was fresh and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, the friendliness of the employee could be improved as the service seemed a bit impersonal. Still a good place for a quick, tasty meal!

The service was worse than anything else, I thought I was in a circus and the atmosphere was more like a kebab shop than a pizza hut. My tip is to fire all the employees and bring things back to order. I have rarely experienced such incompetence

The pizza was terrible, hardly any toppings (at Chicken Supreme you have to work hard to find the three pieces of chicken. But you find a lot of mushrooms that weren't mentioned in the menu at all. It said chicken and vegetables. The operator means vegetables Peppers with a few onions) and for 30 euros it's supposedly 33cm (more like 29cm by eye) pizza that you wait 30 minutes for. Only the dough tasted good and the employees were friendly and nice. Lots of vegetarian options on the menu, but everything is also overpriced. 0.33L glass of water as expensive as three sixers of good and cheap water.

Chronology of a depressing evening: Since the waitress basically “asked” me to do this, I’m now writing a review. On a Saturday in January '22 we decided to go to Pizza Hut again after a long time. It was early evening and the restaurant wasn't overly busy. The waitress then took our order. There were 3 of us and we ordered 3 pizzas, 2 soft drinks, 1 non-alcoholic beer, garlic bread and a coleslaw salad. While ordering, we noticed that the waitress either hadn't been there long or didn't really know the products she was selling well. Soon the waiter brought the drinks. 2 soft drinks, 1 non-alcoholic beer...and one alcoholic beer. ..... can happen, the beer went back. Then came the garlic bread...it worked. The waiter then brought a CUCUMBER SALAD. Okay, I'm not an entremetier, but a coleslaw looked different than a cucumber salad in the past. We informed him that we didn't order that either. The astonished waiter went to the waitress looking after us, who then went to a person at the counter and spoke to him. Then she came to us. "We just discovered that the coleslaw is out." She said and asked "if we would like to order something else instead". We declined, a little surprised, and so she walked away from the table again. At some point the pizzas were brought to the table......2 pizzas, but the waiter only has 2 arms. Time passed, my family started to eat, otherwise it would get cold. My wife said jokingly (or wasn't she) that they must have forgotten my pizza. She should be right...it ended up being 2 pizzas. Sometimes you're lucky and the waitress comes by and asks in a very friendly manner how you're feeling. I think she didn't do it out of consideration, since I was able to scrounge up a few pieces from my family. But then she rushed to the table to pay. The well-known words followed: “Was everything okay with you?!?!?!” Unfortunately, my wife didn't do her a favor and responded with the obligatory "Yes, thank you very much." Rather, she pointed out what had happened before, whereupon the waitress went back to a man at the counter and discussed it with him. She came back to the table and told us the following: "Yes, we already noticed that and didn't eat a pizza." We looked at each other in disbelief. She didn't say that so that they noticed... She said it with the conviction that she had done us a favor. There was no apology or gesture. No offer of a drink, cookies or whatever. When I commented that there are social media outlets where you can express your opinion, she said "yes, do that." And with that, I have fulfilled her wish. Then I went to the bakery and got myself a streusel cookie...it's also something similar to a coleslaw salad.

The service is now underground. After we got the pizza, after a few minutes we had to ask for cutlery and plates. We only got parmesan and chili after we asked again. The tables around us were not covered. It looked totally chaotic and there wasn't much going on. The staff prefer to stand around and chat. The prices are now just really cheeky and outrageous. We won't be coming back

I can hardly believe it, what happened? The food was phenomenal, nothing compared to a few years ago. Pan Pizza 1a Service 1a Prices are okay, but there are great specials to save your wallet. We will be back!

Service absolute disaster. Fire the current staff if you want to save the store again. The one with the long dark hair is such a lazy one. Would rather chat in private all the time than move. The only one who rotates all the time is the friendly blonde one.

The pizza was fantastic. Unfortunately the tables were very sticky and we had to ask for the bill several times. Since we wanted to go to the cinema afterwards, it was unfortunate to wait so long for the bill. But the employees were very friendly.

We're really sorry, but we're really done with this Pizza Hut branch. At 30 degrees outside temperature, we waited for our drinks 40 minutes after ordering in the empty restaurant, where a maximum of 3 tables were occupied. After repeated attempts at Pizza Hut Ruhrpark, we have the feeling that training employees here has not been the highest priority for many years. The prices at Pizza Hut are generally so high that the food there is simply no longer worth it for us (for example, our adult daughter's pizza costs €25). In addition, the peppers that have been common for decades have unfortunately been changed. Why do you do that?? Normal Coke is no longer available - you only have the choice between Max and Light. Went to the Uci Lino on July 9, 2024 and wanted to eat something at the Pizza Hut. Opening time according to the notice board was 12 p.m. At 12:10 p.m. all the chairs were still on the tables. We then left because the staff obviously wasn't able to close the restaurant on time open.

Has slowed down a lot. Facilities rocked down and broken. Everything very dirty. The pizza was very greasy and no longer edible. They used to have my favorite pizza. They only sell drinks with sweeteners and don't even say so beforehand. Apparently because of a sugar tax. I feel dirty even the day after. The pizza has also become extremely expensive. For a rag full of fat and salami €22.00 with a diameter of 28cm. Pretty expensive, right? I'm never coming back. It's a shame another store has run down.

After we were allowed to stand around in the entrance for 10 minutes and only got a table after asking several questions. The service was also very unfriendly. We were immediately told that it might take a while because the store would be so full……. There were exactly 6 tables occupied with 2-4 people each and the service was absolutely overwhelmed and lazy. After we had Ivan something to drink we were ignored. The glasses are placed wet on the table without a beer mat or anything similar, so the table gets pretty wet. The cleanliness is also pretty shocking for a restaurant, not only is it stuck to the bench, the table is also greasy. And the dirt on the windowsill has been there for a long time. A table next to us became free when we arrived, and when we left after an hour there were still leftover food and plates there. And everything wasn't full. That was pure laziness. The only thing that was okay was the food. Only lukewarm but okay. We will definitely not be coming back.

Since the new owner took over the shop, things have been disastrous. Employees are saved and accordingly people wait for their pizza. People picking up their order will be given priority. Never again.

Despite several free tables, we had to wait 30 minutes for a seat because the employees were obviously overwhelmed. There were three waiters on site who only wanted to take our order after 30 minutes. This resulted in other customers being sent away. The organization and service were very disappointing and so were the excuses.

Pure overwhelm. 15 minutes for 4 drinks. I waited 20 minutes until I could place my order (takeaway), during which I could watch this person itch on and in his ears and then take clean glasses to fill them with drinks and serve them. I won't go here anymore. Level of a chip shop in Gelsenkirchen.

The pan pizza salami plus peppers was perfectly topped with enough slices of salami under the cheese and plenty of tomato sauce, which was completely unburnt. Exemplary! Also great location on the 1st floor of the UCI with lots of window tables. Saturday, March 11th, 2023 from 3 p.m. it filled up quite suddenly, the number of waitresses became scarcer, but the shift manager made up for everything with her good mood and quick reaction. Update May 8, 2024, 1830h: Mild peppers have been removed from the menu in favor of hot jalapeños - a bit of a shame, but the jalapeños are a worthy, albeit different, replacement! Otherwise, everything mentioned above also applies today.

23 euros for a pizza.... Never again

Food had great texture but just lacked a tiny bit of taste, the fat was a bit too overwhelming to me.

Had dinner there. The food was great, but unfortunately you can't go to the toilet there because it smells very strong.

Just wanted to eat here. My wife wanted pasta. But despite the menu with various sauces, the cheese sauce is probably printed incorrectly. These don't exist at the moment. Then we wanted to order a Mirinda/Fanta for our child. Well, it's on the map, but you don't have it. Children are supposed to drink cola here. Sorry, we then got up and left. Make a new card if nothing written on it is correct. But I've probably never had the experience of not having Fanta in fast food. So I can't say anything about the quality of the food. No wonder there's nothing going on here.

How is this all out of proportion? I had a medium size pan pizza for just under £24!!! Euro. I got a really tasteless thing made with the cheapest products that was just warm in the middle. As a starter we had baguette 😂 4 slices carelessly thrown away and the taste was terrible. For me it was the last visit to this chain.

It's a shame to see what has become of Pizza Hut. The service is overloaded and takes a very, very long time to accept a customer request. The dough was out for medium pizzas and cheezy crust. It wasn't necessary to order drinks or food because instead of a wheat beer a light one came and the pizza didn't have the desired ingredients... Please Pizza Hut! You can do better. Nowhere do you wait 45 minutes for your pizza...

As always, very disorganized! You have to wait at the entrance, even though you want to sit down, before the takeaway orders are processed. A second snake would make sense here. When we arrived we were greeted with the words that there were no more Cheesy Crust and L pizzas. In any case, the pizza, starters and drinks were very tasty and came relatively quickly. In terms of price, the whole thing is relatively expensive. Over €20 for a large pizza is a lot. We use a Groupon voucher which was accepted without any problems. The toilet should also be noted; it didn't smell particularly good and unfortunately the faucet was also broken.

Eating beforehand was delicious. Unfortunately the visit was not pleasant. Had to wait longer for drinks than for the starter. Then half of the main courses were delivered. Unfortunately there was no cutlery and no one was available, so I had to go to the cutlery drawer myself to get cutlery. I was able to start my meal about 15 minutes later, when everyone had already finished their main course. Of course the cutlery was also missing, I had to get parmesan and chili myself. This is by far the worst service I have ever “enjoyed”. Staff visibly overwhelmed. Not because it was so crowded, but because it was completely untrained. Pizza Hut used to be really good, but after being here today I won't be going back to this restaurant.

It was my first and last visit there. For some impressions there is no second one. The Pan Pizza Magherita was still raw under the cheese, the child's pasta was only lukewarm, the shop is dark and uninviting. We were among the first guests at lunch and it was dirty, there was still leftover food on the window from the day before and it was also very dirty under the tables. The service was unfriendly and didn't really listen. There was a lack of disinfectant in the toilets. Plus it's just expensive for such a bad meal.

Haben bei den Preisen wieder das Lokal verlassen... Was zum Geier geht bei manchen Lokalen ab haha Die Preise sind wirklich frech was aber auch bestimmt daran liegt das nebenan das Kino ist.

Wer für 40 Euro 2 Pizzen im Stehen essen möchte, ist hier goldrichtig. Nach der unwahren Aussage des Personals, man könne die Pizzen auf den UCI Plätzen im Vorbereich essen, dürften wir das im Stehen tun, weil das Restaurant unterbesetzt sei und das UCI kürzlich die Akzeptanz von Pizzen des Nachbars eingestellt hat.

Meine Erfahrung beim letzten Besuch deckt sich leider teilweise mit vorherigen Rezensionen. Wir bekamen die passenden Karten und konnten schnell bestellen. Nachdem die Bestellung aufgegeben war kam die Servicekraft nochmal, da nicht alle Zutaten für meine Pasta aus der Karte vorrätig waren. Kurz vor dem Servieren stellte sich heraus, dass auch für das zweite Essen eine bestellte Sauce nicht vorrätig war. Der Brokkoli in meiner Pasta war noch mehr als bissfest und das Hähnchen zäh. Dieser Besuch erfüllte nicht meine Erwartungen an Pizza Hut.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne, so wie gestern Abend. Besonders hervorheben möchten ich Hazel, eine so freundliche und herzliche Kellnerin macht den Abend nochmal schöner. Von dieser Sorte sollte es mehr geben! Herzlichen Dank

Einfach ehrliche Pizza die verflucht gut schmeckt. Zu teuer, aber hey, muss man ja nicht jeden Tag machen. Kein Plan, warum ich 20 Jahre nicht mehr dort war. Jetzt definitiv öfter.

Heute waren wir zu zweit mit Baby vor Ort. Wir hatten nicht reserviert, konnten uns einen Tisch aussuchen. Ein Hochstuhl für das Baby war vorhanden. Essen war wie gewohnt lecker, außer dass die Pizzen in der Mitte etwas kalt waren, dies haben wir einer Mitarbeiterin mitgeteilt. Der Service war gut, freundliches Personal. Ambiete für ein Schnellrestaurant angemessen. Die Sanitäre Anlagen waren sauber und es gibt einen Wickelplatz. Da aktuell eine Rabattaktion läuft, haben wir ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis erzielt.

Mein Sohn sollte mir meine heiß geliebte Nudel mit bringen. Als er sie bestellen wollte wurde ihm gesagt das die Knoblauchsauce nicht verfügbar, ihm wurde im Anschluss darauf käsesauce anstatt Knoblauch Sauce zu den Nudeln Angebot was er für ok hielt doch ihm wurde es mit Tomatensauce und ohne hähnchenstückd serviert und das ist nicht das was ich wollte.

Für das Geld sehr schlechter Service. Mussten 20 min warten bis wir überhaupt die Bestellung aufgeben konnten, obwohl es nicht voll war. Hatten eine Vorspeise bestellt. Plötzlich kam unser Hauptgericht. Vorspeise und Getränke wurden vergessen. Der Kellner hat es noch nicht mals für nötig gehalten sich zu entschuldigen. Herr mit langem grauen Haar.

Seit gut 14 Jahren kommen wir nach einer Shoppingrunde immer noch sehr gerne hier hin. Es ist nach der Umgestalltung nicht das Schönste "Restaurant" aber wir fühlen uns immer wohl. Besonders wenn man bei der Reservierung um einen Fensterplatz bittet. Die Pizzen sind die leckersten die wir bis jetzt gegessen haben. Leider sind die Chicken Wings nach dem Wechsel nur noch 0815 Wings. Aber man kommt ja wegen der Pizza, und die ist weltklasse. In unseren 5000 Pizzerien in der Stadt, bekommt es keine hin auch nur annähernd so leckere Pizzen zuzubereiten. Getränke sind nach dem Wechsel von Coca auf Pepsi auch nicht mehr so lecker wie vorher. Aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Bedienung war bis auf eine Aussnahme immer sehr freundlich und es wurden immer alle Wünsche berücksichtigt. Leider sind die Preise enorm angestiegen, dafür gibt es die Pizzen jetzt in drei statt nur 2 Größen. Wenn wir hunger auf Pizza haben, gehen wir hier am liebsten hin. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Unfähigen Service das was wir heute erlebt haben habe ich noch nicht erlebt .... Tisch bekommen 20 min gewartet das man was bestellen kann Auf Getränke wieder 25 min gewartet auf Nachfrage keine Antwort bekommen und immer wieder so gelaufen das man nicht an uns vorbei gehen musste und eiskalt ignoriert Essen war gut der Rest sollte eingepackt werden dieses wurde mir ja ok beantwortet und wieder 15min gewartet das der rest zum einpacken mitgenommen wurde. Unser geduldsfaden war nur noch ganz kurz Als es hieß wir wollen bezahlen .... siehe da Servicekraft kann doch schnell Ironie aus Das war das letzte mal das wir dort essen waren.
