We wanted to stop by Ferdis again after a long time. Was a failure. There is nothing left of the once delicious pizza. The spinach pizza is not edible. Drown in creamed spinach... it also goes well with potatoes and fried eggs, but it has no place on pizza. Every frozen pizza tastes better .... Well, that's a shame. Maybe this is a wake-up call to get better again

It used to be a pretty good restaurant, but is now a bit outdated. Likewise the innkeeper (well over 80, one is ashamed to be served by such an old gentleman)

Very tasty there, super nice staff and there was also a cola on the house. We always like to come!

Very strange event experienced today. Wanted to order two kids menus. Answer was "no". When I asked, it said it was only for children up to 16. I looked at my daughter (looks like she's 16, but she's not). The waitress looked at my daughter and corrected to “until twelve”. Hmm, ok. One rest stop further on it also tasted very good. 😂 I still have to laugh about it now. They probably don't want to make any money.

Was there with friends after the renovation. Mediocre service, poorly mixed cocktails. Very loud and uncomfortable. I used to go to Alex every now and then, but not anymore. There is a lack of love and heart. You can tell that the restaurant is only run for profit.

It's going ok. Toilet visit instead of Serways with toilet man for 1€.

Unfortunately a disappointment 😔 a well-attended restaurant, it was very busy, the service was very nice, the food was at the table quickly, but the chicken wings from me and the others were lukewarm, I wanted to point it out, but the service was overwhelmed with the large group. Finally, I wanted to use the sanitary facilities but they put me off because the squat toilets were all broken or locked and the toilet seats were broken or messed up. Very unfortunate. It used to be much better, now it's rocked down.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is cold and there is no attention to the customer. The place is also dirty and there is dust all over the restaurant on the shelves, on the chairs and on the tables. There are leftover food. As for the food, it is okay.

Simply great! Pizza rolls are great! Food is ready in 10 minutes and can be picked up straight away.

I was taken for a ride. I wasn't told that my order wasn't possible, then I had to pay an extra €40 without being informed, the owner told me it was my mistake and then just hung up in the middle of the conversation. An impossibility, we will never order here again!

Ordered via Lieferando. Food arrived quickly, pasta and pizza rolls were delicious. Next time we are in Bielefeld we will be happy to order from you again. :)
