Terrible visit. The waitress is hard of hearing and has to shout to order. The whole store is dirty, nothing is clean, not even behind the counter. Meat is sometimes cut off the skewer, sometimes something is taken from the microwave in the next room on the right. If you take a quick look in there you'll see that everything is dirty and full of rubbish.

Super tasty and fresh food for a reasonable price! I can definitely recommend it to everyone. The people are very nice especially the little man.

Extremely good Turkish cuisine, a must-visit in Bielefeld. The food is amazing; the shrimp and meat taste amazing. The angel hair dessert was also a dream, and this wine was also recommended by the chef and is definitely worth recommending.

An absolute disgrace. The chicken was bone dry, tough as cardboard, and completely tasteless, as if someone had put a piece of cardboard in the oven. A complete culinary failure. But it gets even worse: The toilets were in a disgusting state, full of shit, filthy, and apparently hadn't been cleaned for days. Anyone who comes here needs strong nerves and better not have any desire for pleasure or hygiene. Never again.

The store has become a tragedy. I used to often order from Croques Express. The baguettes taste really good, especially the homemade tartar sauce. Ordering via Lieferando is no longer possible, so I ordered via the company's own homepage (I was a bit put off by the reviews at first, but the desire for one of the delicious baguettes was so great that I still wanted to try to order). It is also one of the few shops that sells baguettes with this selection. Long story short: Order placed, order status didn't update after ordering, couldn't reach anyone by phone, didn't receive any food, hope I get my money back. It's really a shame about the delicious food!

I was always happy but this time they threw my order into the dice. Got a mangy gyro pizza even though I ordered hollandaise with chicken, broccoli and jalapeños? It couldn't be more wrong.

We had been to the restaurant for a long time and were shocked. The service was okay but the food was subpar. My chicken was undercooked and pale, I had to leave it more or less completely and then only ate the salad and the rice (rice was okay, it should have been warmed up better, that's why it had a neutral taste). One of my companions' kebab plate was very dry because there was no sauce. When we asked why the chicken wasn't cooked through, we were told that the owners always did it that way, that it was always like that. Well, that wasn't the answer I expected. The only one who apologized was the nice young waitress. Well, it used to be really good, but unfortunately that was a real disappointment... What a shame.
