Friendly staff and very tasty food.

We were looking for a nice restaurant for lunch and came across this by chance (Google recommendation). We were not disappointed. It was definitely the tastiest meal I've had in a long time and at a completely fair price. The service was very warm. We'll definitely be back!!!

We had dinner there. And we were very happy with everything. There was plenty to choose from on the map - so everyone should find something. It came quickly - and the food was plentiful. (Also sauce, which for many people isn't enough until the last bite) The service was very nice - they were also very friendly and nice on the phone to make the reservation. My exchange for a salad without tomatoes was delivered immediately without any complaints.

Birthday party in the Steinsmühle It was my first time as a guest at the location and I was pleasantly surprised. 1) the ambience was cozy, neat, well maintained and well organized 2) the waiters on the evening of the event were extremely hard-working, running around non-stop and serving. 3) the food was buffet style with a good selection. It was fresh, well seasoned and always plentiful. 4) I slept on site. The room was nicely furnished and modern, the bathroom was large and clean. 5) the breakfast buffet was large, there was a lot to choose from and supplies were constantly being delivered and special requests were asked. All in all, the birthday was above average. Great location, friendly hosts and staff and delicious food - what more could you want.

The opening hours on maps only show the café part. The kitchen for the restaurant is CLOSED on Mondays and Tuesdays. Interior is classic (old).

We entered the restaurant through the side entrance. The lady who was right near the entrance showed us the way, so to speak. The restaurant is open when the door is open. "HELLO" How did we get to the restaurant? Such an unfriendly person at the entrance. No thanks, we chose the restaurant next door.

Service and quality have gotten worse over the years. Price-performance ratio is no longer right at all. Cappuccino for 3.50 euros in a small paper cup without milk or milk foam, but with the stupid answer "if you want, you can add condensed milk from portioned plastic pots". There was also no salt for re-salting in the bag - when I asked, the operator reacted with outrage and deliberately over-salted my two portions of currywurst with fries. Before the flood disaster, regular visits to the Airstream food truck in Bad Münstereifel were always a highlight for me - that's history since yesterday. I definitely won't go there again and many of my motorcycling friends feel the same way. Too bad!!!

My partner and I ate there with our 2 dogs. Although dogs are not allowed inside the restaurant, they are allowed on the terrace and the fan heater was turned on for us. The service was friendly and the food was very good, the meat wasn't too fatty and the vegetables were very crunchy and fresh. We would definitely come back.
