Went there for breakfast yesterday. Unfortunately, the table was not decorated according to the occasion as discussed in advance (my daughter's birthday). Instead, we were seated at a used table that had to be cleaned first.
The selection and food were very good and the only thing I missed was fresh bakery rolls. That's just what I expect in this price range. It's a shame, otherwise everyone was happy with the location.
Hello, I ordered a kebab box there for the price, they are too small and not much, only fries and meat sauce, not even salad, so they don't deserve more from me. I think the service was very bad. Fries were just barely meat is always good too much sauce. If you sell a kebab box, there is no ketchup or mayonnaise on it but the price for size M is 7.90 euros too expensive
We had pre-ordered food. Everything worked out great. The food was ready before the scheduled pickup time. The taste was also very good.

Waiting for over 2 hours, then you had to check the food 3 times until you got the right one. Sushi is not cold because it is transported in the same box as the warm food.
Beware of rip-offs! It is a lost place where rooms are rented out!
When we arrived, at the check-in time agreed upon through Booking, all doors were locked and NO ONE was there! Neither anyone at the reception nor any guests!
There were two numbers posted that you had to call, and a man answered with broken German. After two phone calls and more than half an hour of waiting in front of closed doors, the good gentleman came and unlocked the "entrance area" (which was also used by a snack bar). When we entered there was a smell of sewage and we were told that the restaurant was closed and that breakfast would only be available at a fixed time. We then got our money back with a lot of emphasis and a request via Booking for a free cancellation.
IMPORTANT: in the original contract for booking with advance payment, you cannot cancel free of charge without getting the money you have already paid back!
We are very satisfied. The food is delicious and we were given good advice. We were also offered good table service and brought a chair for our baby. We were looked after. The atmosphere among the employees was also very relaxed and friendly.
The sub was delicious so far with the best in the area.
Unfortunately the cookies didn't taste fresh, they tasted older.
The staff wasn't particularly motivated and looked at them in a friendly, disparaging way
Except for the young man, he was polite and knew his job.

I love chicken kebab, it's always delicious here. The staff is friendly and the seating area is beautifully designed. Parking spaces in front of the door, what more could you want.

The food was delicious and served quickly. The cocktail was also excellent. We were particularly impressed by Mr. Fröhlich. He is very personable, tidy, thoughtful, and quick. A real asset in terms of service. We are happy to award him five stars for this.
It was all the more unpleasant for us that he was called away in the middle of a service conversation by a colleague or supervisor in front of the guests. This seemed excessive and inappropriate. Mr. Fröhlich merely said a few words about cars in accordance with the location when we asked him.
We regularly visit the Autostadt and have never experienced such behavior before. Good employees like Mr. Fröhlich are rare. I would gladly have him in my own company at any time.
