Beware of rip-offs! It is a lost place where rooms are rented out! When we arrived at the check-in time agreed upon through Booking, all doors were locked and NO ONE was there! Neither anyone at the reception nor any guests! There were two numbers posted that you had to call, and a man answered with broken German. After two phone calls and more than half an hour of waiting in front of closed doors, the good gentleman came and unlocked the "entrance area" (which was also used by a snack bar). When we entered there was a smell of sewage and we were told that the restaurant was closed and that breakfast would only be available at a fixed time. We then got our money back with a lot of emphasis and a request via Booking for a free cancellation. IMPORTANT: in the original contract for booking with advance payment, you cannot cancel free of charge without getting the money you have already paid back!

If you want warmed up food, you've come to the right place :-( Small gyro plate for €9.90 Cold fries, gyros from a warming container and not recommended in terms of taste. The cola somehow spent its best times in a glass, so without carbon dioxide. And the end from the song, a terrible stomach ache and going to the toilet as quickly as possible. Doner doesn't look good and salad doesn't look fresh. After eating, it takes less than 10 minutes to defecate in the toilet.

The staff doesn't speak German and is absolutely unfriendly and bored. I ordered a sub and toasties, and the employee didn't even know what toasties were or how to top them and then had to ask a colleague who then put the wrong toppings on them. There was supposedly no salt/pepper for the sub, which was brought from behind after several requests. Unfortunately, the subway in the city center is now complete rubbish for us and we only go to the one in heinekamp, ​​at least there are competent employees there.

We had something to eat there when we were in the Autostadt. For me personally it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life!

Nette Bedienung, entschuldigte sich mehrmals, dass sehr viele Gäste und wenig Personal...Wartezeit für Getränke und Essen extrem lang. Pizza sehr "lieblos", ein zwei Stängel Rucola oder Ähnliches wäre nett...Spaghetti ai Finferli mit Pfifferlingen, geschmacklich fad und alles zu weich gekocht. Bei den nun schon im Stress befindlichen Personal verzichteten wir auf eine Reklamation. Schade, wir kennen die Gastronomie aus vergangener Zeit und waren einst sehr zufrieden.
